2521  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜 — Spinomenal Series Tournament 🏆 100,000 USDT prize pool on: August 09, 2022, 04:40:38 PM

Do you guys have a favourite this week out of our new slots?

Have a good week ahead,
Karl

I must be honest, I totally degened on the "Baba Yaga Tales" Slot.... because I wanted to see what all the steps in the Free Spin modes was... and yes, I played until I hit it 4 times... (I like the house with the tree feet the most)  Grin

I was a bit disappointed with the new Hacksaw game, "Fruit Duel" ... because I feel the old 3-reel, 3-row game panels are outdated and lack any excitement. The volatility are a little bit less than other Hacksaw Slots, which helps a lot to break the boredom of watching 3-reel, 3-row game panels.  Roll Eyes
2522  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: August 09, 2022, 04:14:48 PM
A Happy belated Birthday, Stake.com!

It was nice to wake up with a nice fat and juicy bonus to start the day! I am so ...looking forward to the next 5 years, if I just look back at what you guys accomplished in just 5 years. (Yes, you had a bit of a head start, with the experience that you guys got from running PrimeDice... but it is still a very good accomplishment to be a leader in your field)  Wink

I opened a bottle of Champagne today and gambled to my hearts content with the bonus you gave us... Thank you for 5 years of joy and excitement.  Wink
2523  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What percentage of people in the USA do you think haven't paid taxes on trades? on: August 09, 2022, 01:13:18 PM
I do not know why the Americans always have to over complicate things.  Roll Eyes   In my country, Capital Gains on Crypto currencies are simple... you calculate how much money you spend on buying Crypto in one year.... and you subtract the selling price from that. That shows you the gain that you are supposed to pay taxes on.  Roll Eyes

We also have some exemptions that you subtract from the total that you earned from Crypto trading. It is really not a difficult calculation to make... and it takes like 1 hour to finalize the whole assessment.  Roll Eyes
2524  Economy / Economics / Re: Do cash control spending more than digital or crypto currency? on: August 08, 2022, 01:37:22 PM
Yes, I can agree on this.. because I still withdraw cash at a ATM to pay for certain things. When I "feel" and "See" the Dollar bills in my hand, I tend to spend less, because I continuously look into the wallet to see how much money I have left.

I think this will not be the same with digital currencies like Bitcoin, because that physical "touch" element does not come into play. You see a bunch of numbers when you do the payment, so you are more aware of the amount of coins that are left in your wallet, so it is a bit better than simply swiping a card and not having that physical link to your money.  Roll Eyes

Cash is King.... Bitcoin is the Queen.  Wink
2525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino Games or Gambling Considered Sports, really! on: August 08, 2022, 12:57:37 PM
I seriously do not think "Poker" should be a Olympic Sport, because it simply is not practical. You cannot have a spectator sport for people to only cheer when the final result is shown.  Roll Eyes

You also cannot have a crowd of people cheering for a player... and seeing what their cards are.. and what other people's cards are.... without someone screaming at the top of their voice.. what the other players hand is.  Tongue
2526  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Real most rewarding Crypto Casino? on: August 08, 2022, 12:49:37 PM
I can tell you from experience.... if a casino tells you that they have a 99% RTP ..... then they are full of shit. It is one thing to display 99% RTP on the website in text, but a whole other story when you actually play it.  Roll Eyes

In any way, most of the casinos with a slightly better RTP, will offer you better reward options or a better rakeback percentage or a good support team, because they have the extra money to fund it.

Conclusion : A 99% RTP on it's own, does not guarantee a rewarding experience.  Smiley
2527  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Trading at a Discount, Says Bloomberg Senior Analyst on: August 08, 2022, 09:00:49 AM
Well, you do not have to be a rocket scientist to figure out that something that sold for $60 000 in the past ...and currently selling for $20k+ ....are selling at a discount now. The price history of Bitcoin has also shown us that a recovery is possible, so that is also not a big surprise.

What I think will have a longer impact is the after affect of Covid... and the higher inflation and higher interest rates. People simply do not have disposable cash to invest in high risk investments now. (or alternative currencies)  Wink
2528  Economy / Economics / Re: Nations should impose special taxes on oil firms: UN Secretary General on: August 07, 2022, 02:43:23 PM
The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) will only increase the oil price to absorb the taxes that they have to pay. They are the giants who are making the rules for the different governments.  Roll Eyes

I will rather put pressure on governments to remove all the fuel levies and fees and taxes that are added to the petrol and gas prices ....that are one of the main factors that are inflating the fuel prices.  Angry Angry Angry
2529  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Online Casino Directory: newcasinos.io on: August 07, 2022, 12:26:42 PM
It is never a good idea to cram a lot of information on the landing page, because a lot of people have slow internet and their first impression of your site will be that it takes ages to load. Put some of that content under menus to make it easily available.  Wink

I have to be honest but I have never seen any of the casinos that you posted or reviewed on your site. You know this is a Crypto currency forum ..right? (We do not really want to advertise FIAT casinos on here)  Roll Eyes
2530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: CRYPFANS on: August 06, 2022, 11:35:23 AM
You are offering pro packages for premium packages what does your social platform has to offer that popular and free media platforms do not have, I don't think this kind of project will take off if members will have to pay a premium to open up some of the features of your social media platforms, I have seen similar platforms like yours and all they want are money that they can get from their members when their members are the one that keeps the platform activity moving.

Yea, I am with you on that.... I was a moderator for a Crypto forum that also tried that... and people simply ignored that "pay for access" features, because there were simply not enough incentive to pay for the extra features.

I see someone already grabbed the "Satoshi Nakamoto" premium member name.  Grin Grin   Well, in any way... the site looks good enough on the demo account for me to try out on my own account.  Wink

I see the "Crypto Lottery" feature is blocked.... which is a pity... I would like to try it.  Wink
2531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rise of Streamers in Online Gambling on: August 06, 2022, 11:21:45 AM
Well, Twitch is a bit picky and full of shit when it comes to gambling on it's platform. You are not allowed to post your affiliate links anymore and you are not allowed to advertise the domain of the site that you are gambling on.

This is why Eddie (co-owner) of Stake.com moved away from Twitch and he is now streaming on DLive.  Wink  In any way.... Slot streaming will go down, when these platforms start to make more strict rules.  Tongue
2532  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜 — Spinomenal Series Tournament 🏆 100,000 USDT prize pool on: August 06, 2022, 11:15:23 AM
But in the end, p2p could be or could not be a great addition, but I know for a fact that if it was loved and requested by many, eventually they will do it.

Is this something like a player vs player type of game? If so, this could really become popular as it will bring out the competitive side among gamblers. More people will enjoy gambling not only those who are casual gamblers because they can challenge someone that they want to beat on that particular game. I remember the online tetris back in the days where people compete how much line combos they can make within a time limit.

Well, it is actually 1 player vs the rest of the others that want to challenge his high multiplier. So 1 player will hit a high multiplier ....and he or she will win a lot of money, then he or she use some of those winnings to start a challenge. He or she might put down $500 as a reward for other people to beat his or her high multiplier. (If you want to challenge ....you have to pay a small fee)

In the end, the person putting down the challenge might walk away with say 50% of the fees and the reward he posted for the challenge... or a challenger might beat it.. and walk away with the reward.

The casino get 50% of all the fees paid by the challengers to participate in the challenges.  Grin
2533  Economy / Economics / Re: Can the US become EU's oil supplier?? on: August 06, 2022, 10:55:23 AM
Can I give you a peak into the crystal ball... to show you what is going to happen in the future?

1. The war between Russia and the Ukraine is going to end soon. (over time the EU is going to forget about this)
2. The EU will start to invest more into renewable energy alternatives. (Reducing their need to rely on Russian oil)
3. The Russians will find other countries to buy their oil. (Example : India and more African countries)

So in conclusion.... Russia will still sell the same amount of oil to other countries and the EU will still buy from them after the war, because their alternative solutions will take time to replace their need for oil.  Roll Eyes
2534  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Early Adopters rich? on: August 06, 2022, 09:17:51 AM
Well, I bought some coins when the price of Bitcoin was just over $300 per coin. This does not make me an "early coiner" ....but it was early enough for me to make very good profits on those coins, if I held onto them until the price reached $60 000.

Now, you should know.... when the price hit $18 000 .... most people thought that was going to be the highest it will EVER go, so a lot of us sold some coins back then. (took profit) .......we did this again at $40 000 and again at $60 000. So what I am trying to say is.... not everyone are hardcore hoarders, you are tempted to sell at different price spikes.  Roll Eyes

The secret.... keep some of that profit and buy back some coins, when there are a big crash in the price.  Wink
2535  Economy / Economics / Re: Are we hodling BTC or we are hodling Fiat?? on: August 05, 2022, 08:04:11 PM
I see nothing wrong with this, because FIAT can also be used as a Commodity (Forex) and also as a Currency, so why can Bitcoin not be the same? There are too many people out there that are criticizing people's choice to use Bitcoin in the way they want to use it.

Yes, Satoshi had the vision that Bitcoin should be used as an alternative payment option, but he also knew people will use it as a store of value and that means it must be hoarded.  Wink
2536  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: August 05, 2022, 07:06:54 PM
Can one of the US stake users please post some screenshots and also a short explanation on how the US Stake site is working? It is just out of curiosity, because Eddie said your account on Stake.com will be blocked.. if you register a user at the US stake site and if you are not a US citizen.

What kind of prizes are on offer for the coins you guys are winning? Also.... what Slots are available to you guys?  I have seen the UK site and it is a very scaled down version of Stake.com.  Roll Eyes
2537  Economy / Economics / Re: Crude Oil drops below $100 on: August 04, 2022, 03:44:19 PM
The thing is.... large oil producers know that inflated prices will lead to demand slowdowns by the consumers and this will hurt their profits in the long-run. The consumer will be unable to pay the huge price increases and the direct result will be a cut back on travels or a shift to electric cars.

So, they just increase production to prevent slowdowns and to stimulate the demand side of the market and people still continue as usual. These rich b@stards just know how to manipulate the markets and the governments work with them, because they get a lot of tax levies in return.  Roll Eyes
2538  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you assess the value of Bitcoin? on: August 04, 2022, 11:45:23 AM
My moto for many years was to buy on a weekly basis, with whatever disposable cash I had at the end of the week.... but I figured out that it was a stupid idea. You force yourself to buy constantly, because you want to horde more and more bitcoins like Mr Scrooge... but you making a big mistake.

The golden rule has always been to "buy the dip" .... so if you just buy on a weekly basis... you are not buying the dip. I now push my weekly disposable fiat into my exchange and I wait for the dip.... then I buy like crazy!  Grin
2539  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜 — Spinomenal Series Tournament 🏆 100,000 USDT prize pool on: August 04, 2022, 09:43:06 AM

While some new currencies are getting ready to be available on the site...
I'd like to say that all the opinions you've shared on stable coins are greatly appreciated. You can be sure that whatever is discussed here, I take with me and regularly discuss with other teams.

Karl and team.....

Can you guys ask some developer to design some kind of Player vs Player feature, where a player can challenge other players to beat his or her multiplier (WIN) ..... so you guys offer the feature and the player puts up a bounty for someone to beat his win... within a specific time-frame.  Wink

Example : I win say $2000 on a 600x multiplier on a Slot.... then I put up say $500 as a bounty for someone else to beat the 600x multiplier within 3 days. (You guys can even add a fee for challengers to compete.... eg. $2 entrance fee.... (you give 50% to the player that puts up the bounty and you guys take 50%)

If someone beats the 600x multiplier within the 3 days.... you guys forward the $500 reward to that player..... and you give the 50% of the fees to the person that offered the challenge. (The fees are the incentive for people to do this)  Wink  {If it is not won... the reward goes back to the player that created the challenge... to decide if he or she wants to extend it ..or redirect it to his or her balance}

What do you think..... will this P2P challenges increase wagering and make things more interesting?

P2P challenge surely sounds interesting. I will be doing my research on it. Have you already seen it working somewhere else or is it just an idea you have?

Also, as the club football is approaching -just not fast enough- I have a cool piece for you. Until the weekend, if you need some more football in your life, here is a selection we've come up with:

Best Football Casino Games

Hope you find something you'll like  Smiley

I do not want to promote other casinos here, but the one starting with a "S" has got a "challenge" section, where only selected people can post challenges. (not open to the public) .... they also do not have a "entrance fee" option for challengers. (this was my own idea... and a new income possibility for both gamblers and the casino)  Wink

I know that there are also some Sport betting site that implemented something like this for Sports betting. (without the entrance fee option) .... so it is out there.

It can be beneficial for the casino (50% entrance fee and increase wagering) and for the gambler. (50% entrance fee and a possible reward that are funded by other gamblers)  Wink
2540  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Borrow fiat with your Bitcoin and never sell on: August 04, 2022, 09:33:20 AM
Ok, now tell me one thing....

What happens if the Bitcoin price dumps and it goes into a "recovery" phase for 3 to 4 years ....as it did before? Then you have to pay interest on the borrowed FIAT for 3 to 4 years.  Roll Eyes

Not just that.... the interest that you paid on the borrowed capital ....also lose accumulated interest that you could have received, if it was in a Bank. There is also no guarantee that the price will recover to a new all-time-high.  Roll Eyes
