Would you like to add another to your collection? 4BTC is an excellent price right now Smiley

4BTC without escrow = a 4BTC loss which would throw out my gold cost per oz average.

I would not even buy this a 1BTC

Would anybody be willing to escrow then?

I'm coming out and calling you a scammer.  Started another self moderated thread offering the coin about £160 under spot, no escrow and buyer sends first lol.
2526  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling 1.3 BTC For PayPal Funds on: February 22, 2015, 09:46:13 PM
If im trying to keep my Private BTC addy Private by going thru a washer why would I sign my coins.... I live to live anon....If it is this much hassel to sell with paypal how about this..............

I will accept WESTERN UNION, ONLY THRU ESCROW , AND THE ONLY ESCROW I WILL USE IS TOMATOCAGE.....

I WONT DEAL WITH PAYPAL UNLESS BUYES SENDS FIRST

Good choice of escrow, you should sell those coins quickly now.
2527  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling 1.3 BTC For PayPal Funds on: February 22, 2015, 09:23:15 PM
p.s. why not post the address holding the 1.3BTC + a signed message from that address to prove you own them.  Its a good start for a new account to build some trust.
2528  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling 1.3 BTC For PayPal Funds on: February 22, 2015, 09:08:00 PM
I suggest you read this forum, the paypal scam has been covered many times.

Why would you not escrow?

Put your coins in Escrow with a well known trusted escrow provider.
Buyer pays you.
After you have withdrawn funds give the ok to escrow to release funds.

p.s. why not post the address holding the 1.3BTC + a signed message from that address to prove you own them.  Its a good start for a new account to build some trust.
2529  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Have $100 in Paypal, looking for btc on: February 22, 2015, 09:00:34 PM
Dont forget Escrow, paypal does not fully protect the buyer!
2530  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling 1.3 BTC For PayPal Funds on: February 22, 2015, 08:54:08 PM
the buyer is not completely protected by paypal.

Suggest buyers use Escrow to be safe.
2531  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] .9999 Silver 100oz RCM Bar & 10oz .999+ NTR Bar on: February 22, 2015, 08:22:07 PM
I think in the UK it works out cheaper to buy legal tender silver coins from Germany to avoid the VAT.

Still prefer the look of a huge bar though, may have to settle for 1kg coins.

Nice looking bar though and a fair price.
2532  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] .9999 Silver 100oz RCM Bar & 10oz .999+ NTR Bar on: February 22, 2015, 08:06:40 PM
Shipping to the UK for that 100oz bar would probably be a killer, especially after import duty and handling fee Sad

Been all in on gold so far (just hit 30oz) now after some silver and trying to avoid VAT Smiley

Where are you shipping from?
2534  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Trading 200 BTC for PayPal money on: February 22, 2015, 07:40:15 PM
would appear the op also recently posted another thread trying to sell $200 worth of BTC for paypal after this thread but then deleted it after I linked back to this one.

Tagged him as a scammer to stop wasting everyone's time.
2535  Economy / Auctions / Re: 1 oz .9999 fine gold 2015 Buffalo/Indian Head coin on: February 22, 2015, 07:20:57 PM
Also if anyone does purchase make sure you get the coin xrf tested before releasing Escrow funds as there are a lot of fakes out there -

2536  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Trading 200 BTC for PayPal money on: February 22, 2015, 07:15:41 PM
Post the address that contains the 200BTC

Sign the address showing that you own the 200BTC

I will chug a gallon of bleach if this happens.  Tongue

Im waiting for the excuse "I kinda new to bitcoin and I don't know how to sign my address"

And afterwards: "What's this escrow thing? Why would I send first if you can revert PayPal?!"

That is the latest newbie scam, even though its getting old already  Roll Eyes
2537  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Trading 200 BTC for PayPal money on: February 22, 2015, 07:10:39 PM
Sounds a little dodgy.

Probably only a few members that could buy 200BTC in 1 or 2 transactions.

Try the usual currency exchangers like cryptology, shdvb, Dr-Exchanger.
2538  Economy / Auctions / Re: 1 oz .9999 fine gold 2015 Buffalo/Indian Head coin on: February 22, 2015, 06:47:55 PM
I cannot locate a forum rule that imposes an escrow service on the auctions here.  Would you kindly provide the URL to this rule?

Try applying common sense, would you send 5BTC + to a complete stranger that has zero trade history, no transaction feedback and only joined a few hours ago on a promise they will send you an oz of gold.

Escrow providers like Tomatocage, OgNasty etc. are trustworthy and have handled $100k's worth of Escrow previously.  This provides buyer and seller protection
+ will help you achieve the best price for your goods.

2539  Economy / Auctions / Re: 1 oz .9999 fine gold 2015 Buffalo/Indian Head coin on: February 22, 2015, 06:23:39 PM
and Escrow?
2540  Economy / Auctions / Re: 1 oz .9999 fine gold 2015 Buffalo/Indian Head coin on: February 22, 2015, 06:21:01 PM
Quote
Payment by BTC upfront, and coin will ship within 1 day of payment.

Also this is not going to happen with a newbie who's first post is selling an oz of gold.  Without Escrow your not going to sell it.
