The third and fourth position is still very open until the full Time match of match Day 38. Chelsea is playing a difficult opponent Aston Villa, leachester is playing spurs and Liverpool will be battling Crystal Palace. Let's say the easiest is the Liverpool match. But remember Crystal Palace are capable of making the impossible possible.

Crystal palace could be surprise at times but they are facing problems in defense and have been conceding a lot lately. With Liverpool attack showing signs of improvement I think Liverpool has fair chance to win the game. Someone experienced as Benteke and Zaha could become trouble for Liverpool's defense as well so they might need to check that down as well.

Aguero done and now Messi will probably stay there too since they are friends.

Yeah very likely be would stay. Lot has changed since Messi announce him being unsettled at Barca. Well good that they thought about it and did it "Messi way" I suppose. That's a good experience striker which would solve problem of Barca to some degree in next season. Glad for Aguero as well leaving from one big club to another.

honestly its sacks being Tuchel  right now because making the wrong call could mean no Champions League football next season.

Yeah, football is so unforgiving. They forget that when Tuchel took over they were in 9th place or something midtable, and looking like they would get out of Champions League. Two finals should have been enough to at least secure his job for next season, but I guess his main job should have been Champions League qualification. Sucks to be him indeed.

It's just my feeling that ever since COVID came clubs became restless and started sacking managers over just some little period of time. They didn't give manager much time to check squad and settle things. Check  Watford for example....and so many. I am sure Chelsea would have asked for some targets from Tuchel to meet and given the dense squad he had to work with I am pretty much sure top 4 finish would be one of them. This puts a lot of pressure on manager when if there is not some margin of exception.

I think so far Tuchel has managed it so well. He started with draws when he came and has lost only two games every since took the command of the team and that's a job extremely done if you ask me. I think Tuchel would be fine.. wonder what would have happened if Lampard would have been a still Blues manager?  Roll Eyes

In the comments they make a vital point that the fault was not on the Nip side but via the host server themselves.   I dont know if thats true but if provable it explains why in this case they get the rematch where lewis is also correct nobody would really care if the smaller team had a problem.
and things escalated very quickly on social media https://twitter.com/jonasgundersen/status/1394752609634951170
I feel like there's been nothing but complaints and controversy around Flashpoint 3 so far. Shitty production, average casters messing up when they're on the mic, and now this  Lips sealed

Wow just noticed such a big drama. They were having problems then but didn't thought that this would be such a big issue with some sites claiming one of the worst controversies. Still some fans really take it so far with death threats to players. I don't recall the incident but there was one team who were receiving death threats from brazilian community. Guess it makes whole lot easier to make a death threat when you are on internet no? Wished we have something of a better solution to deal with this pathetic kinds.

I also agree that only Manchester City or PSG will be able to buy Kane from Tottenham. Moreover, Manchester City do need an attacker
to replace Aguero. But the possibility of Kane not moving is also there. Moreover, based on the news I read, Daniel Levy actually wanted Kane to stay
at Tottenham for one more season. Actually there are many possibilities that could happen, but I think Harry Kane should move at the end of this season.
Because I see no chance for Kane to get a trophy if he stays at Tottenham.

City already has Gabriel Jesus and have played for quite a while filling Aguero shoes when he was injured and made into the the first team picture. I don't think they are in that dire need of a striker but yes every team would love to have Harry Kane and yeah there is a bit possibility but given he is a world class striker I don't think it would happen.
2546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 20, 2021, 03:54:14 PM
Levy may not be so willing to sell him to a rival club. But if a big team from another league don't want him this summer, I think that Kane definitely would like to go to another big British club. As long as Kane wants that so much, I don't think that Levy will manage to convince him to stay.

Now the thing is that tag is too much and considering the point that Levy might not sell to clubs in PL, question is that is there any club to match the price tag which is around 150m euro? I hardly think there is.. Kane wants to move forward and I think Levy might have to think about not selling him to PL clubs. Damn...this is pulling off a lot of drama at last minute.
2547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: May 20, 2021, 03:48:20 PM
I pay more attention on how Harry Kane stay in the stadium and march around it for a while. I don't know what he thought and what is the meaning of that moment. Some news spread it as a very last moment of Kane in Spurs. He raised his wish to have a transfer and that moment as a Farewell was concluded as another signal that he really want to leave the club.

Yeah that is gonna shift lot of attention from big teams towards him and probably change their targets. Still 150m is a bit too much for Kane. His price tag is fair but it would really take a toll on pockets of team if they were to target him. With Gary Neville, he said that he still needs to have honest conversation with Levy and let's see for now where it goes.

It's a difficult decision. And it's made worse because this is a bad time to play Villa. They have been poor for the last few months while Grealish was out, but now he's back... and his first full game back, they beat Spurs. It's also the end of the season, Villa's position in the league table is already decided, and they have absolutely no pressure on them both in terms of league position and in expectation against Chelsea, so they can just enjoy their football.

Yeah Villa could be a surprise sometimes and their attack would be really bolstered with the return of Grealish from injury. They defeated Spurs yesterday but there are lot of problems going inside Spurs as they are without a proper manager and nothing is working for them right now. Chelsea on other hand are playing great football. They have lost twice ever since Tuchel arrived and have been playing defensively quite well. So I am kinda inclined towards Chelsea win here.
2549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: May 20, 2021, 03:46:43 AM
Chelsea must prepare their best players in the Champions League to face Manchester City. And it looks like your prediction will come true because Aston Villa is the Underdog Team in the Premier League this season.

Chelsea have a good and dense squad so they have lot of players. Tuchel knows how both games are important for Blues and there is lot of time for them between the last match of PL and their CL match. So not a headache for Tuchel as it seems. I think he is gonna put the best squad in both- probably a bit of changes in wing areas and right-left back areas but except for that don't think wouldn't be much changes.

This is a competitive game, we have to wait for who gets a failed, Chelsea, Leicester, or Liverpool.

Although Chelsea played well but I think Leicester could have avoided those goals. Chelsea on other hands kept on trying so much and so many goals were voided due to offside , handball. Out of the two teams Chelsea were the better team and they deserved win clearly. Leicester have next tough match against Spurs, Chelsea are up against Aston Villa and Liverpool have matches against Burnley and Crystal Palace. So yeah anything could happen but honestly I was hoping Leicester would be able to be in a good position for CL position.

only for Alisson to goal 90+5 minutes.

I seriously thought about Allison scoring when Alisson was coming up for the corner kick but West Brom really did poor defending against that corner kick and they left Alisson unmarked and Alisson had a good sight to the ball and to the goal and what a header that was to keep the Champions League hope alive for Liverpool and what a time to score a goal. Absolutely unreal.. Cheesy

However almost official this one for Liverpool

Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1393186668455337985

there are speculations that fc liverpool would rather sign the defender Ibrahima Konate from leipzig instead of Ozan Kabak

Quote
According to the Liverpool Echo, however, the Reds will only add one expensive player to their defense. The Daily Mail, among others, reports that Liverpool FC has decided against signing Kabak, who would cost a base amount of €21 million. Money that Schalke need to rebuild their side in 2.Bundesliga.

The Athletic reports, Konaté has an exit clause that is said to be €40 million. "I have a contract until 2023," Konaté said to Bild when asked about a potential transfer to Liverpool. "And contracts are there to be fulfilled." The fact that Konaté had deleted the words "RB Leipzig player" from his Instagram profile on Saturday caused a stir among Liverpool fans.

Oh, didn't knew that Ozan Kabak was on loan at Liverpool until this post. Well that's good Ozan Kabak hardly had any moment at Liverpool. It's good to see Liverpool finding options for defense line and that's a good addition in CB area. Also doesn't matters how much Kabak would cost but he don't have much experience and has lot to learn and Liverpool need someone experienced.

The draw obtained by West Ham when dealing with Brighton did indeed close the opportunity for West Ham to enter the top 4. Now the points gap
with Chelsea is deep, and only two games are left. Even West Ham could be thrown out of the top 6 if they dropped points again. So towards the end of
this season it is necessary to be consistent in playing, if it cannot be replaced by another team in a position below it.

Chelsea defeat opened the chance for West Ham to cut the gap and come close but the point drop in yesterday's match close any chances for the top 4 finish. Now they are contesting for Europa spot with Liverpool. Still they had a very good season. To think how they were ina last season having relegation scare and now giving top teams with some spot scare is really something. Also it is still on though ..

West Ham United blew a big chance for top 5 today. I couldn't believe how they get only draw against Brighton & Hove Albion. Moyes didn't even use his substitution rights, we saw only 1 change for West Ham. Why couldn't he give chance to Yarmolenko?
Liverpool should be happy watching this. I just hear Yarmolenko get a little injured. Moyes still use formation 4-5-1 which only 1 attacker, I think this isn't effective while isn't enough ball supply for Antonio. Brighton has a 58% Ball position and 2 shooting goals which 50% success. If Brighton is still consistent they would be a win in the next match. the club should be happy has been spared from degradation zone.

4-5-1 is a good formation. I disagree that it doesn't gives supply to Antonio. Antonio is not quite a pacy one but Lingard, Bowen and Formal does. In case of counter attack when there is much space they will always give ball to Lingard to lead which he does beautifully to get to another end of the pitch and that gives him option to pass onto Antonio who is a good header of the ball. Secondly the formation allows many player upto like midfield to put pressure which is too much for opponent to handle. It has been working for them for so many time so I don't think it means it's not effective. If the player is being utilised properly with their roles in formation then it works most of the times. Yesterday's match was a crucial point drop but Brighton really played well and they have been doing so for quite some matches now.

I have said that Chelsea will be beated by Leicester. Based on track record, Chelsea is one of unstable team. For me, too risky when I bet for Chelsea matches. They always get result which is the different from everyone's hopes.

Well it was final of FA Cup and that wouldn't have been easy for Chelsea. It meant a lot to Leicester as it was their first FA Cup and what a moment they had. Chelsea were much on the ball but Leicester defense and Schmeichel pulled off some extraordinary saves. It really meant too much for Leicester and  what a moment for them after they won.

Here is a clip along with the owner. You won't see anything like this but it really meant to all of them , players , staff , owners... : https://twitter.com/btsportfootball/status/1393635970893897730

Hmm I don't think Chelsea will lose today because let's remember that Arsenal won with pure luck the game with Chelsea as without that BIG mistake from defenders the score would've probably be 0-0. Today, I'm expecting a Chelsea who will play in full force trying to win the game but on other side, Leicester has nothing to lose and they will come to play their best football to so expect goals today.

There are lot of things to protect right now for Chelsea. They obviously do have dense squad but there are not many impact players. As for Leicester they don't have much games to play and have very good strikers as well. So yeah doesn't feels like it's gonna be too easy to say Chelsea win.

Ninjay in pyjamas vs HYENAS  very easy for ninjas they should win this match.

Didn't thought NIP would lose against Anonymo and drop to lower brackets in Flashpoint. Plus I slept after watching 16-3 on overpass and thought that NIP would be easily winning the second one as well but couldn't believe the result that they lost 2 maps straight after that. Anyway they've spoilt device's debut but NIP would be going away with lot of lessons and fixes and adjustment they need to make inside the team.

If you guys didn't watch the game won yesterday by Manchester City, watch at least the highlights: an amazing game.

Yeah Newcastle lately have been giving up a tough contest no matter what their opponents are. They definitely have some good players like Maximin , Shelvey, Joelinton.. Yesterday's match it felt like more of some errors which led to Newcastle goals but honestly they did pushed the City to make those mistakes. They were good to charge inside the box and surprise them. Well it's been a while since we saw someone giving City tough time and let alone pushing them to concede 3 goals.

Anyway, speaking of shirts promos, Arsenal unveiled their away kit for 21/22 season, and since they have a three-year betting deal with Sportsbet, this is what we can expect:

there is a cute little "Arsenal for Everyone" logo on the back, high-res gallery here @ hypebeast.

Love the colour of away kit. So pleasing to eye and will love to get hand on this along with the third kit below next season. Third kit of Arsenal is also quite good. Home jersey is simple like the last season just added some stripes and all but yeah away and third kit are very good one.

NIP vs Anonymo is ongoing right now in Flashpoint 3 and this is the debut match for device with NIP after the transfer from Astralis. So excited to see how well he will do today and adjustment with his teammates. Anonymo shouldn't be a tough opponent today and in the next they will face FPX/Hyenas (FPX likely) so yeah the real test of team will pick up slowly and slowly so good way and tournament to test their new team.

Liverpool actually does have a lot of depth. Their problem this season have been injuries.

If you put Liverpool's best 11 on the pitch, the options for the bench would be Matip, Tsimikas, Wijnaldum, Kabak, Milner, Oxlade - Chamberlain, Keita, Jota, Shaqiri, Origi, Jones and a few kids as well.
Some really big names here, but when you are having 5+ injured players constantly throughout the season, the team looks a lot weaker than it really is.

For the game vs United Liverpool was without Van Dijk, Matip, Gomez, Kabak (4 CB-s!), Keita and Milner.

Yeah injuries hit them quite bad this season. Bit unlucky but I would say injury of Van Dijk hit them the post. He is the most experienced and like pillar of Liverpool's defense. There are players whose presence on pitch also effects other players and Van Dijk is one of them. Somewhat a real leader like City had Kompany IMO.  But despite that I would give it to them for still fighting till the end and keeping on the pressure for CL spots.
