Block 60 000 has been reached, and the miner reward has been reduced again. As miners are moving away from the coin, the interest is fading.
but since diff went down, speed of mining (coins/hour) is even better ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Looks like the miners are dumping their signatum coins and switching to mine the clone. No Limit's. Much more profit. Don't need to share the profit with the biggest stakeholders. (POS) Impressive collection of miner software here, but sp-mod #6 seems to be missing. http://pool.magnatum.io/site/miners![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fimage.ibb.co%2FiCcp3a%2Fskunk_this.png&t=663&c=vLIFD3ZkzHtGkQ)

ok, let me rephrase. Most of the new Pos coins are scam coins. And most of the minable coins that eventually end up pos usually end up with the donut...

The opensource has improved, but still slower than the sp-mod... Here is a user mining MAGNATUM. my gtx970,int-22 (pl=72,core=+210,memory=-300):
Sp8-18,50mh/s ccminer 2.2 (64/32b)-17,90mh/s palgin mod-17,75mh/s
Liking the look of Magnatum Pure pow No limit. Not another POS scam coin. I don't remember a single sucessful pos coin, and still 9/10 new coins are pos.. I usually dump all the coins I mine when they go pos. Looks like Cryptopia has closed signatum deposits. (3 days). Doesn't look good. Problem with the chain? Or perhaps the chain in command. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fimage.ibb.co%2FcHPowv%2Fnopow_nocash.png&t=663&c=TGQFl9Ff6Oswow)

Signatum is moving from POW to POS, and you can see the result on the price. Block 60 000 has been reached, and the miner reward has been reduced again. As miners are moving away from the coin, the interest is fading. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fimage.ibb.co%2FcHPowv%2Fnopow_nocash.png&t=663&c=TGQFl9Ff6Oswow)

Your spmod's are slower than some other miners.
skunk sp-mod #8 is faster than all the other mods.. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fimage.ibb.co%2FfgmMia%2F10606gb.png&t=663&c=poJqIFj0FNGzlA)

In search for new coins to mine I found this one. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ulatech/I had a quick look at the sourcecode, and it seems to be using murmur hash as the POW. From wikipedia: Unlike cryptographic hash functions, it is not specifically designed to be difficult to reverse by an adversary, making it unsuitable for cryptographic purposes.

Except for the free ccminer 2.2 of course ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Here is an old post. comparing ccminer 2.2 and sp-mod #6 sp-mod #8 is doing 20.2MHASH on the same clocks/config. (so around 3.3% faster than #6) Why does everyone compare with sp-mod #3 (25-jul-2017) and #5 the latest release is #6 and works good on 1060 and 1070 cards. I did a comparison on my gtx 1060 3gb card and here is the results: sp-mod #6 (tuned for the 1060) 19.55MHASH ccminer 2.2. 16MHASH (fluctating hashrates. The sp-mod is 22% faster on the same launchconfig and clocks ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FSz0m3II.png&t=663&c=32dQRgxNQR5_ew)

My skunk #8 is faster on all cards. 1060 3gb is 13% faster than ccminer 2.2. Monero: Sp-mod pascal has been mining on 100's of rigs for a long time. The results are real and verified by many users. The free miners cannot do 800+ (808 with micron memory. gigabyte G1 gaming) samsung can go higher. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fimage.ibb.co%2FebgLz5%2Fcryptonight_spmod.png&t=663&c=icY3lbPAw2roEg)
