every time we experience these crypto winters we should mainly remember that bitcoin was created to be a currency. So it must be spent at a certain point, it should be managed carefully, but it must be used precisely because it can be used to create value not only in a passive way (even if hodl it sure pays off, and isn't like hodl FIAT currency). I think that the lesson is to use actively, likewise to make investments, create the economy etc etc. If everyone hodl, the main feature of a coin would be missing. Ok we would have a "scarce" monetary supply, but if you can't use it to pay/spend/exchange, and you have difficulty finding it on the market, it would have practically no advantage, no real usage.

.... Does this mean that FTX site is down and they have officially scammed its users? The people funds saved in FTX are gone forever and there is no hope of getting them back this is a well known news, that is also appeared in main stream press, and not only in the specialized one of the crypto sector. what users can hope (a bit like what happened in other cases such as mtgox or cryptopia) is to wait for funds to be identified/seized and hope that they are at least partially returned to users. it's a long process, full of uncertainties, and which will never give back 100% of the investment, but I think it's the only thing you can rely on.

Italy was really unlucky in the doubles match against Canada I followed the match live and unfortunately there were a number of crucial mistakes in the last game Italy team has not been able to reach the final since 1998! and he won the title only once in 1976!... this year it seemed like it could make a difference since there are several top-players but nothing, sadly the winning shot didn't come this year either

unfortunately it's really easy to fall victim to such a scam also because any user will think... that it will ever be risking a few dollars when I can receive such big amount? in general, rule of thumb, when an opportunity seems too good to be true, it's simply a scam / rip off, there are never any surprises about it. it would be enough to look up the address online and find out that it is a scam but people are not using search engine to avoid scams

Is it possible to stick with free spins on online casinos and still be able to make some good reward?
I am looking into the free side of things, no risk at all with free spins but the question is has anyone ever make something out of free spins before? Something reasonable at?
The last time I earned something free from gambling websites was when BTC has very low value and many faucets still run, that's couple of years back.
first of all you need to define what is meant by "good reward" Maybe for some users it can be "a couple of bucks" for others is much much more by the way with free spins I don't think you can earn more than 100 dollars in a year since its a "free promotions", at most a few tens of dollars but nothing more. But it's also logical after all, why shouldn't a site pay a user who is not profitable?

this list taken from stake is for certain casino games (and providers of that kind of games). For what I know it's not not applicable if you want play only sportsbook or maybe stake in-house games. @OP check this topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5319239.0 with a full list of crypto bookmakers/promotion and more. ready always their terms of subscriptions. and check any reference online (name of the site + scam). have a look also in their topic here in bitcointalk

here is mine!
1 I suggest creating a sort of "olympiad" or a "decathlon" of games. users compete on different activities, blackjack, roulette, slots, video poker, mines etc and the winner is chosen from those who are able to achieve certain triggers in all games in the shortest time possible!
2 trivia! general knowledge questions / bitcoin theme give bonuses to players who are active in chat and provide the right question.
3 happy hour. at a certain random moment of the day, the possibility of playing some games with cashback/loss back promotions is offered.
4 insert a "points" system . every mbtc played allows you to get points that can be redeemed for cash prizes or physical prizes (gadgets / amazon vouchers etc)
5 head to head game. why gamble/play against bj admin? create match between players. it would be fun have a blackjack game between two random players (of course a percentage from each game is provided to admin...)

@wintomato Is it possible to know with what criterion the "value bets" are counted? what does the bookmaker do to realize this data? what algorithm does it use? for example, if the same odds occur on betfair.com (exchange markets), also in this case we can speak of value bets (regardless given that the odds are still wrong by the bookmaker??)

wherever there is money and the possibility of stealing it will create the possibility of having a scam or someone will try to steal it. it's the nature of the humans. especially on minor matches it is very probable that there will be rigged match attempts. i n the end we have seen these happenings in any sport and more or less at any level. I don't think MMA is excluded from this kind of issues

we are in the field of pure speculation. it is possible that his name has this origin but I find it rather unlikely for several reasons... Otherwise we dont know of he was really japanese ... I don't think we'll ever know why he chose this name, he's one of those mysteries that will probably stay with us for life
