...if you'd stop with the roids you might not be so angry all the time. Ya think?
Were you interviewed for the job? If so by whom? Does ANYONE at BFL review your performance(s)?
I'm serious with these questions BTW, I'd really like to know, though I don't expect str8 answers.
I'm largely staying out of the deleted post conversation in case you haven't noticed as I do not frequent BFL's forums. Any relevant (dis)information eventually gets linked here anyway and I can do without all the rah rah cheerleading.
PS. Don't let any of this stop you from explaining how/why you think I or anyone(everyone?) else here is an idiot. Let those true colors shine through bubba. Potential victims customers should be informed to whatever extent possible wouldn't you agree?

I've successfully launched and manage two funds currently([LTC-GLOBAL]LTC-DMF and [CRYPTOSTOCKS]AGLTC), but this is my first stock. If there is something that is unclear in the contract or someone has a suggestion that would provide additional clarity I'd be happy to hear suggestions. The stock is not open for trading or moderator approval at this time. This is the time to work these things out. When are you planning on unlocking the asset? When you receive the asics? Looking forward to invest in bASIC. I hold a few DMF shares at the moment and I really like the transparency. If you continue that with bASIC it should be a successful stock. PS: You should fix the profile links. I'm hoping to unlock it for approval this evening and begin trading as soon as it's approved. As I'm a miner and have been for 1.5ish years I have a modest revenue stream to share until BTCFPGA ships bASIC units. In fact due to the way in which I've structured the IPO and the fact that expenses come only from dividends on my own shares I will be in the red for some time as revenue from the GPUs will no longer be paying the electric bill. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Thank you, I've enjoyed creating and running LTC-DMF, and one of the first thoughts I had with regard to creating bASIC-Mining was that I would be unable to add it to LTC-DMF's portfolio due to the obvious conflict of interest. I intend to manage bASIC-Mining in the very same transparent fashion. I had no idea there was a problem with the profile links. What happens when you click them? I believe you have to be logged into BTCJam to view profile information, I don't know a way around that, other than a screenshot. Edit: Profile links fixed.

So at a full sale 6250 shares will be out of which 1250 will belong to Eric Corlew. At 0.33BTC you value the entire company at 2062.5 BTC or approx $28k at today's exchange rate.
Also on the 4:1 distribution base I think it is unlikely more shares will ever be issued if a majority of shareholders is required to agree. I intend to issue only 5000 shares in this IPO including the shares issued as a founder's stake. I apologize if this was unclear. I have fronted the capital for the pre-ordered bASIC01 and all mining hardware. It's difficult to determine the future earning potential of this hardware as it's not yet available and there are many variables affecting it's potential future revenue(difficulty, time to market, future BTC price, etc...). A now closed batch 1 bASIC01 has the potential to earn many times it's purchase price over it's serviceable lifetime. Funds raised by the IPO are to be used for the bulk purchase of more ASIC hardware, that would then be owned collectively by shareholders. I realize this is a significant pooling of resources that is why I've included my personal information. Thanks for posting.

A more detailed list of assets owned by bASIC-Mining is being prepared for posting to the homepage. Until this is prepared here is a summary: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fimg.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fv718%2Ftimonex%2FbASIC01_zps4ae99172.jpg&t=663&c=KdLiXL8pO_wadQ) 6950x1 6870x1 6850x1 6770x2 5830x1 All GPUs are currently mining Litecoins at present on Ozco.in as this is currently more profitable than BTC mining. mining BTC at bitparking.com.

Glory to People's Republic of China where your comments are deleted and nobody cares. Egads. BFL's public image would be in much better shape if someone would follow behind their always angry foul mouthed COO deleting those posts. It's difficult to envision anyone being less well suited for an executive position or interfacing with customers/potential customers.

Announcing -- New Dividend Reinvestment Program! (DRIP) [...]
For something that was supposed to be "maybe sometime in the future", that was sure quick ;-) That seems to be the MO for this thing. Proposed changes routinely turn into reality within hours. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

How can I profit from maintaining the network?
By mining ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I was thinking more about what was said about " more income will be produced by fees than by mining ". Who profits from transaction fees? And how do I get in on it? BY MINING

How would they even begin to prevent customers from exploring the workings of their own hardware? A "warranty void if removed" sticker isn't all that menacing to many.

21st December 2012 is when i think they will deliver Not a chance. 10 Dec 2012 BFL ASIC Update After talking with our liaison tonight and still having not received a final confirmation date, we were as tired of this as everyone else is, so we continued to push for a date and they gave us 30 days from today. That's my update. It's an update I'm not happy about at this point and it may very well be that things will wrap up sooner than that. I am hoping I was just given a date that they would be sure to be ready by so we would get off their case. When pressed for a reason why, I have been told that because this is a very dense, hand routed design they are afraid of making a mistake and have required extra checking and sign offs which has slowed down the whole process considerably. They don't want to be on the hook financially for having to redo the whole order. It sounds reasonable to me and I have no reason to doubt this, but it doesn't make it any more palatable at the moment. That said, after reviewing the new information coming out of the bASIC camp and the Avalon camp, I'm pretty convinced we won't see a shipping product on their current timelines either, or at least not a product that is at the specs they have given. Unless they have significant information they are not sharing in their released information so far, I suspect they are going to run into some of the same problems we have run into and have resolved, which has caused our delays. This does not excuse the fact that we are delayed again, by any means. I just want to point out that this process (developing ASICs) is not a trivial process and there are bound to be bumps in the road, which everyone, including us, are experiencing right now. Be that as it may, as usual we will gladly honor any refund requests on orders people have placed with BFL. If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, please email office@butterflylabs.com with your order number and customer service will be happy to accommodate you. I apologize for this new delay and I am exceptionally displeased at the moment (to put it mildly). I am hoping for better news at some point in the near future, but I am not counting on it right now. I don't have any additional information at this time; I have pushed for as much information as I could get and this is what I received so far. I'm afraid of running into the soup ASIC nazi.

Once my two-sided chips are delivered from the FAB, my staff will be installing them into the two-sided mining rigs. The way ordering will work is that I will ship out a third of the rig to everybody at the back of the line first, then the second third to those in the middle of the line, and the final third to those at the front of line. Nobody has to pay until everybody gets their rigs. All chips used will be fully-full-full-fully-custom-custom fully. The FCC has already approved our chips and rigs, but there is a warning: Please do not put more than three in parallel like so:
They claim it has something to do with buffering the whales mating calls during mating season in the Pacific.
FAQ:
Q: How are the chips cooled? A: You're a fuckin' idiot! Q: Was that called for? A: Yellow, but blue will work also. Q: When will you be shipping? A: Minecraft. Q: Purple. A: Does anybody else hear elevator music? Q: When are you going to address Bruno's questions? A: My sockpuppets are now going to report this thread.
I am Furry, hear me roar!ROFL

He didn't make any money, nor lost. The price was in $ so when he preordered he sent more BTC because the rate was lower and now he gets back less BTC but with a higher rate. All in all it's $163. If we're to say that he lost something, it's the potential to sell those BTC now at a higher rate or in the future at an even more higher rate. But that's (was) pure speculation. He lost the use of his BTCs for that duration as well as any profit or loss that may have resulted therein. This occurred because he believed the loss of the use of those BTCs was justified and that he'd be sufficiently compensated by the product he was to receive in October, November, December, never.

If they come, beginning to feel a little paranoid about everything that's going on...... Heard rumors that BFL might be going bankrupt also. (cant verify this though)
I'm pretty sure that if there going bankrupt that it really dosen't matter,, everyone would lawyer up and sue in which BFL knows that. no need to worry, im sure next month will be the golden month Surely you jest.

Why shouldn't I try to win a FPGA while I'm here? I said I'm not biased, I never said I wasn't a cheap whore. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I'm definitely in the running for gold in the cheapest cheap whore Olympics and I won't advertise for anyone so cheaply. If I did I'd expect to take a credibility hit when my statements appeared to be in defense of the company that had bought my signature.

You may perceive my questions as being pro BFL because I question the motives of those bashing BFL. This is a common reaction for most people that are emotional about a subject, including myself. When in fact I'm trying to approach this in a logical manner and not emotionally. Just take a look at my posts a few months from now when you are no longer emotionally charged about this subject and you'll see what I mean. It may help your claim to be a non-biased non-emotional logical thinker if you remove the paid BFL ad in your signature. Just sayin'.
