2541  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to find a promising projects? on: January 20, 2022, 10:32:35 PM
hello everyone
my question is how to find a promising project? how to check the project is scam or real? if u have experience  can u share this experience in here
thanks

Almost all projects do have a promising development. The question is, will they able to keep their promise and follow properly the roadmap on the way? It's hard to determine if the project will be a scam if the developers are active on the way, of course, unless the projects show the common and usual behaviour that they are scams from the start.

I will assume you are an internet guy for a long now so I guess you already know how to spot obvious traits where you can call a project a scam. Now on the part of how to choose legit ones, you really need to enhance your DYOR.
2542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: January 18, 2022, 10:52:41 PM

We only have 2 games later and I will pick the game between New York Knicks and Minnesota Timberwolves.

Still thinking about what should I choose here:

Over 214.5 @ 2.00 - If we look at both teams' total points average, Twoves has 110 PPG while NYK has 104 PGG. Seems they can cover the total. Not just that, if we look also at Timberwolves' last 5 winning games, their total score alone is one of the highest in the league.

Timberwolves -4.5 @ 2.10 - As a reference to what I just mentioned, the last 5 winnings games of Timberwolves are averaging with a 20 points lead. New York Knicks is also inconsistent and if their momentum got wrecked early at the game, no way they can make a rally. I'm sure this can be covered by the Wolves.
2543  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: GGG vs Murata - Reschedule on: January 17, 2022, 11:30:36 PM
If in case there's a chance for them the advantage still favoring Canelo, it's been mentioned that age is the big factor, Alvarez still on his prime

And if we think about the timeline for the possibility of Alvarez vs GGG III, it will take about a couple of years early since Canelo has already more lineup on his plan. GGG during that time will be on his 41st or 42nd which is now considered as too veteran fighting against the prime.

The only thing I can think about if we will say we really have to see the third bout between these two is, if Canelo will lose on all his next scheduled fights.
2544  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Gary Russell vs Mark Magsayo WBC Featherweight Title on: January 17, 2022, 11:26:47 PM
He needs to be a champion first before he learns how to speak English well. That's the process most boxers has to follow in the Philippines. I just hope for his success on the biggest fight of his career, then maybe if he will follow Pacman's journey, he might also take a course and study to improve his learning, and probably enter into politics too.

Why others are now talking about the English language lol. Smiley

Let's forget that. It's not necessary to learn that language when it comes to building a good boxing achievement.

And lastly, Magsayo has its own journey. There's not something he should follow on what Manny Pacquiao achieved. Let alone he builds his own path rather than stick to the idea that he has footsteps to follow.
2545  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 17, 2022, 11:24:33 PM
Not too easy,  they have Harden and Irving now, though the Cavaliers are on the lead already it's still too early to conclude. The game is ongoing and anything could happen, but just like some bettors here, I also put my bet on the Cavaliers, I just don't want to get excited, just relaxing while watching the game and hopes for a win.

Regarding that game, the Nets should somehow pull a win against the Cavaliers even without Kevin Durant on the floor. However, the Cavaliers are really doing great and spoiled another match where Kyrie Irving is present. Overall, the game is close but the Nets fell shortly during the last Q.

Not actually a problem though as in the series match, things will be going different. Kudos to the Cleveland Cavaliers on winning that match especially on their rising stars on the progress.
2546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: January 17, 2022, 11:17:48 PM
Remember, the last fight was cancelled not because of his sickness but there were rumors that it was because he didn't make the cut for the weight. Maybe, just a coincidence that he was at the same time sick. So hopefully, he will be disciplined with his body and not create anymore delays.

Since Casimero's camp was able to show a medical result, we can now close that rumor. But the thing is, he shouldn't get being infected with gastroenteritis if he is responsible for caring for his body. As far as medical-related stuff is concerned, a person won't be infected with that if being serious about health.

Moving forward, let's just wait and see if Casimero will be on his 100% on that fight. As I posted previously, I don't like the idea that he is too confident in the fight wherein training-wise and hard is not necessary against Butler.
2547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Thurman vs Barrios - Feb 5 on: January 17, 2022, 11:13:09 PM
If there will be unification fight that will happen in the future,

There is one, the fight between Spence and Ugas is a unification fight.

Ugas is currently the WBA welterweight champion while Spence is the WBC welterweight champion.

reference :
https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/541777 ..https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/629465

That's an exciting fight, majority are on Spence to win, but Ugas is really a tough champion, he hasn't been KO in his past losses so I can say that he is a durable fighter who could give Spence his first loss then he will be out of the top boxers in the ranking.

_____________

Crawford is just waiting because he is the current WBO welterweight champion.
He has an easier journey, but now that his contract with Top rank is over, he can get a more challenging fight to push his limit.

But for now, it will take at least a year or two before we see both boxers at the subject (Thurman or Barrios) to challenge either Spence, Ugas, or Crawford. Those 3 are expected to face each other this year to settle anything at Welterweight division.

My speculation is, if Thurman will win here, he won't go directly to a big challenge next. There will be at least 1-2 boxers on the mid-tier rank he will probably requested to fight instead of jumping right away to those in top. He can do that all this year.
2548  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: January 17, 2022, 11:09:23 PM
There's no reason he will not be in the number 1 as he would be holding 2 belts that time. Crawford would surely be interested to fight Ugas as he would think he can beat Ugas since he beat the guy who beat Ugas, and that is Shawn Porter. If we see the fight of the best of the best, that would really be a big treat to the fans as we will see who will be the undisputed champion.

Honestly, whoever wins in this match will be a ticket to fight Crawford as he's the only remain who has a title at stake to unify. After the match, the negotiation to arrange the match with Crawford will surely commence right away. If there's no problem on the way, we can expect that fight to happen maybe around July-August at early.

so if you can get some decent odds for the upset then it may worth to put a small bet in favor of Ugas.

I'm really considering that based on the odds distribution. I will wait then.
2549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: January 17, 2022, 11:04:37 PM
we can follow some updates on these sites.

https://pba.ph/
https://www.spin.ph/basketball/pba?ref=nav_link

And their facebook page as well.  https://web.facebook.com/search/top?q=pba

It's good to follow news on Spin.ph or some public groups on Facebook like "We are PBA Updates" or those accounts of the team itself like in Brgy. Ginebra where they giving updates generally aside from what happening on their team in general.

PBA.PH news section is sometimes late in the action.

yeah, there's no news regarding the import, maybe they have already gone back to their country because the chance of the PBA season to resume is very dim. Sorry to say, but since the cases are growing fast, I'm not expecting a resumption soon.

I think they are not allowed to do that since they are under contract. They need to wait first if Governors Cup will be resumed and until then, they have to stay here and kill their boredom the way they want.

Since everyday we are hitting the daily high, I think we just have to wait next month before seeing a good progress.
2550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Big Wins of 2021 ($550,000+) on: January 17, 2022, 10:57:09 PM
not many gamblers here can bet that big and win big. also, it goes to show that stake can handle this big amount of bets and winnings.

It's not about the betting amount. Even a $5 would do at your case if that's your concern since, in a parlay bet, it's always associated with a big multiplier. Just look at the final odds on those screenshots.

The point is, OP nailed those parlays regardless of how much money staked on those bets. It's hard to do it honestly even you know and are familiar with the sports or the league itself. I've been doing this small bet parlay with an average of x1000+ odds for quite some time but never I nailed at least once. I'm hitting parlays but not on that line of odds.
2551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake.com & responsible gambling? on: January 17, 2022, 10:51:31 PM
Just block them or simply move it to spam folder, do we need this much amount of discussion for no real problem?

If you refer to the screenshot provided by OP, there's already advice that Stake gives but still, OP wants the problem to be resolved by Stake itself rather than move forward on its own. Since Self-Exclusion is part of Stake's policy as a responsible gambling operator, OP is looking forward that the platform will properly follow what are those on the terms.

OP really wants to solve the problem by waiting for Stake to fully follow the terms about Self-Exclusion. I don't know what OP went through in the process to the point that he is not considering any alternatives (which is lots) to solve the matter and help himself.
2552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: January 16, 2022, 10:48:06 PM
There's an advantage too but it's only in the tough times, I guess even if SMC did not own the majority of the teams the league will still survive if the team owners are capable of raising funds to continue its operation.

I doubt that. There are teams already in the league that shows unable to handle the cost of their operation even before the pandemic. SMC is the only one who remains tough since the beginning that's why I doubt that the league will reach the current status of popularity if SMC only owned 1 or 2 teams.

But regardless, and again, I'm not really concerned about the dominance of a single or two companies in the league. It's just that, these big companies can influence the trade and according to them, the trade is mostly "fair".
2553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Local league or international league on: January 16, 2022, 10:40:31 PM
What are the advantages and the disadvantage of the two of the matches to bet on, I know a lot of local football leagues on the betting site and they offer big odds and also the International league such as the Fifa world cup and lalliga, which of this will you advise a newbie to football getting to choose from?

It depends on your own preference and knowledge about the league.

If you think you can handle both, then give it a shot.

In the first place, you will not end up on that question if you are not familiar with that sport, especially with the league. I don't see any advantages or disadvantages since the process will just be the same, you will bet on what you think is worthy regardless of the odds.
2554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Thurman vs Barrios - Feb 5 on: January 16, 2022, 10:32:07 PM
Thurman is sporsbet guy? There is no contest to that yet but I think because he is already in the division before Barrios climb up making him look as if the challenger. 2.24 is like undermining Barrios skills. Although he will be adjusting the body weight, Barrios is younger and eager to prove in this class while was off the grid from some time.

Barrios @ 2.24 is even fair and not that he was really considered as a heavy underdog on that match. A heavy underdog was always on the odds of around @3.

Odds provider maybe thinks that Barrios can upset the Favorite Thurman, maybe because of the latter's inactivity and hiatus on boxing for 2 years. Less than a month to go before the fight, that speculation if Thurman will still be on his prime level on the day of the fight, will now be witnessed.

My take is Thurman winning by KO at rounds 6-7.
2555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: January 16, 2022, 10:25:58 PM

I watched this video and I'm looking for an article if this is true:

"Casimero: DUROG yang Butler kahit wala ako ensayo!" translated to  "Casimero: Butler is nothing and I dont' even have to train"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=meusBDhO5uY

I don't think is something related to marketing the fight but that's how Casimero looks at his mandatory challenger, Butler. Seems he really underestimating the number 1 challenger and 100% confident that he will win without any seriousness lol.

2557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: January 16, 2022, 06:45:02 PM

Utah Jazz is coming from a 3 game losing streak where their big loss this season happened in their last game against the Cavaliers. Utah Jazz is also in 3 games losing streak playing in road games, all being downed by a double-digit margin. Denver Nuggets which struck down the Los Angeles Lakers by 36 big points last game, will host the game against the Utah Jazz later.

But despite those losing streaks, Utah Jazz is Still the Favorite to win in that game but I will bet against them.

Nuggets @ 2.7

Hi guys do you think APPC good to invest at current price ? do you think th price can reach 100-200 sat ?
https://hitbtc.com/appc-to-btc

The trading volume is not good. If there's no good development, it will even struggle to reach 50 sats.

Why in the first place did you consider investing in that coin? Because of its price? Total supply?

I don't know much about the coin but for me, it's "NOT" worthy to invest in.
2559  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any website without a dispute here? on: January 16, 2022, 05:41:28 PM
even if a site has a dispute you have to read what happens before taking your judgement.
each time I see a scam accusation or reputation discussion about a reputable casino I take my team to read better what happens. Mostly is related to T&C of each site. If you don't like something but you're still playing on it you can't blame no one except you that are using a website despite you don't approve their conditions.

That should be the common and usual approach. Check both sides' arguments first then decide from there what to believe. Somehow, we can determine right away if the complaint does make sense or not. Sometimes, there's an attempt of degrading the site's trust or the problem is due to a technical error on the site.

The bottom line, there's no perfect platform. Even with how good the service is generally, there's always a complaint.
2560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you invest in new projects? on: January 16, 2022, 05:10:44 PM
I can't comment much on that project but you can refer to their community and see what others think about the project.

Check their website. It should have a link for their community platforms such as Telegram.

In that way, you can talk and share views with those users who are also following that project.
