2541  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy after COVID-19 on: December 14, 2020, 10:37:15 PM
The COVID-19 virus may never be eradicated. When the vaccine comes on the market it will be preventable. The current epidemic does not have to look to the future. But everyone will be health conscious. And leaving paper notes will be more attracted to the use of bitcoin or online currency. It may take years for the government to maintain economic balance.
Unfortunately not everyone is health conscious, when people are tired of facing this pandemic, they have the courage to go against all the regulations that have been made by the government such as health protocols etc. That way, economic improvement does not always wait for the government because the people will be more aware of financial and other economic improvements, so that the economy will always be strived to remain good and balanced because it will be done all the time.
Government has to be more strict, they are the law implementer, so they should implement the law, no matter what. What government serves is the interest of majority of people, there are only few which are against the government, but they'll really implement the law, these people will certainly follow the law. I would not talk about the possible penalty or punishment they'll put in place, it's up to them, their only job is to ensure the law is implemented.
2542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Ryan Garcia vs Luke Campbell WBC Lightweight Interim Title (December 5) on: December 11, 2020, 01:21:47 PM
If I will be placing my bet on Garcia vs Campbell I will do it with Garcia however, if it is going to be Garcia vs Davis I think I might go for Davis as of now.

Let's focus on the fight for now, Garcia as an undefeated with some high KO percentage is favored to win here. Luke Campbell also has a high KO rate but he struggle against Vasyl Lomachenko in his previous fight, so I think it will not help him in the coming fight and people would believe that he will loss against a young and undefeated champion.

It's a tough test for him, first it was Vasyl Lomachenko, now he is trying his luck to beat Ryan Garcia.
I hope he will be able to give a good fight, I would be happy if he will bring this fight to decision and give the judge some hard time on judging the fight.

2544  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The biggest 10 countries that gamble the most. on: December 11, 2020, 12:02:35 PM

I think both Las Vegas and Macau have a big fan of gambling, but we don't know for sure how big the fan. Both Las Vegas and Macau makes a lot of money from gambling, and that makes two places will be a heaven for the gamblers. But still, there is no valid info or data that will show the biggest places that gamble the most because the data or info will always change. Maybe in the next year, that list can change as the government gives the casino a chance to reopen their business.

Las Vegas is awesome, it's always such a great trip and vacation. I haven't been to Macau yet but I want to check it out after all the corona madness is over. In terms of online casinos the data might change easily, because people can switch around to other casinos very quickly. But seeing new cities such as Las Vegas or Macau is not very realistic I believe, because it takes a huge infrastructure to support such a gambling environment. You need fancy hotels, a good airport, nice restaurants and shops. Going to Vegas is not only about gambling, but also about all the goodies around it, like great dinners, awesome pool parties, nice clubs, etc.

You've been to Las Vegas? I envy you mate, it's been my dream to be in that gambling place but until now it's still a dream. If I have enough budget to go abroad, I'll certainly not miss that pace, it's alright to lose money as long as I can enjoy the place and feel the atmosphere inside the casino.
There're numerous spots around the world has famous for gambling. Without any thoughts Las Vegas one of the biggest and well known gambler cities and I dare to say if there any casino players exist could miss the make a trip there. I heard a lot of interesting things about Las Vegas through internet and I've same feeling as like yours.

When you are into that place, you'll not only enjoy gambling but you'll also enjoy going to different bar. I have watch a lot of movies about gambling and saw how fun to be in Las Vegas, ever watch a comedy movie entitled the hangover, I want to experience what they experience, lol, it's a different level of fun.

Big addition to the Lakers if this will be realized, they are all coming back soon, lol.

Lakers interested in Trevor Ariza if veteran wing gets buyout from Thunder, per report

Quote
Trevor Ariza broke out in the NBA when he helped the 2008-09 Lakers win the championship. Now Los Angeles is apparently hoping it can bring his career full circle. The Lakers are monitoring Ariza's situation with the Oklahoma City Thunder, according to The Athletic's Shams Charania. If he becomes available through a buyout, the Lakers would surely be interested in bringing him back.

He will be reunited with Gasol as both of them won championships with the Lakers uniform.
Just to be clear, that one that won the ring with the Lakers in Pau Gasol and not his brother Marc Gasol.

Yes, I know that, I was really referring to Pau Gasol because he also like to sign with the Lakers.

Pau Gasol wants to make an NBA comeback with the Lakers and it'd be the best

Paul George got the jackpot because he signed a maximum contract with the Clippers for another four seasons. It means that he will earn $226 mln for the next five years, considering the coming season.
You can read the announcement about this deal here.
After that awful playoffs performance, hmmm... maybe the team sees something special in him.

Regardless, I'm happy for him.
here's the link for people who wants to read the full information.

I got Fury, the Gypsy King. His fight with Wilder was big, it wasn't an easy fight but he should in two fights that he is the better fighter.
Also, not in the ring he entertain us with his boxing skills, he also has an exceptional talent in singing.  Grin

Those who haven't seen him sing yet, watch this.

By the way, do we have a betting line on this?

I dont pay Withdrawal fees when I gamble with Bitcasino and Sportsbet.
Of course because they don't charge a single cent, I've been gambling with sportsbet so I can attest that your statement is correct, however I can't on bitcasino as they don't offer a sports market, and we know these business are own by one owner so they have a similar feature in terms of deposits and withdrawals.
2552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ POLL ]: Boxing - Anthony Joshua vs Kubrat Pulev on: December 10, 2020, 11:24:50 PM
Joshua has a huge edge from all angle but he should knock Pulev out, Pulev is old he was knock out by Klitscko when they fought it should be easy for Joshua to knock Pulev out so he will have an impressive win going for the much awaited Fury encounter since Fury just come out from a very impressive knock out win against Wilder.
Exactly!
Statistically, Anthony Joshua has already an edge over Kubrat Pulev despite their age. I don't understand why Joshua still needs to fight Pulev as his mandatory opponent wherein it is obvious that Pulev is an underdog in this fight.

I'm confident that most of the incentives here will definitely go to Joshua, and even I had placed my bet on him for I am 99% sure of his win, unless an unexpected incident would occur prior to or during their match which could affect Joshua severely. In fact, I am just looking forward to Joshua having Tyson Fury as his opponent which could bring more excitement to all viewers and bettors.

Any fighter that would fight Joshua expect maybe Fury will be an underdog in the fight.
He is fighting him in preparation for a big fight and promoters are the one making the decision and I believe they are making the right decision.

If I am not mistaken, both parties or Fury and Joshua have already agreed to set a big fight, so this is a must done job for Joshua, hopefully he will make an impressive win here.
2553  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too much HODLing stealing opportunities? on: December 10, 2020, 11:16:57 AM
"Stealing opportunities" - disagree to this. These markets are based on speculation and there are several opportunities. We must admit that we often fail to recognize them.

It is based on speculation, you are right with that, however, if you are discipline enough to hold, you should not fail because the market can be bullish as well. Just make it simple, if you hold for long term, you need to ensure a target is already in place, for example, you buy bitcoin at $19k and you plan to sell it when bitcoin rises to $100,000, then you have to hold until that time will come, otherwise, that's the real meaning of missing the opportunity.

but, first, you need to believe that bitcoin could reach $100,000, when you are convince, holding until that time will come should give you an ease.
2554  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: December 10, 2020, 10:56:08 AM
Billions of dollars have been laundered through cryptocurrency exchanges — bitcoin businesses often find themselves on the front lines. Money laundering is a significant problem for the world economy
if you have a source on that better add it to verify your statement.
Money laundering can be done anywhere, either in crypto exchanges or even in banks, but without a source we can't verify how serious the problem is.

the fact that exchanges are regulated, they are already following some set of measures to prevent money laundering, and if we say billions, that should be coming from whales or any trader that has been trading using a significant amount and I guess crypto exchanges are already requiring a KYC compliance to people who risk that big money.
2555  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ Bet online ᐉ BTC Betting ᐉ Online betting odds on: December 10, 2020, 10:17:29 AM
A site will only be close if they are close by the regulators, they might have a bad reputation here but I'm pretty sure they still have a lot of gamblers, with that said, it means they are still operating profitable. I'm not saying I'm with them but I'm just trying to be realistic here, though we hate them but we can't dictate them.

Thank you for the interest. We are sorry to hear that you have a negative point of view before using our services.
We continually improve our service quality to deliver the best gambling experience and looking forward to hearing positive feedback from you in the future.

Why not run some contest or promotion in here? something that will not make people risk a decent amount to participate?

I'm not using the gambling site now, but if I will see a lot of new good feedback, maybe I would try.  For now, I'm staying away while observing at the same time.
i don't think they can run any promotion here if i remember they tried to open a signature campaign but no one wants to join since the DT members would tag participants who will participate on their signature campaign. what i really think they should do is to clear all the accusation, give good explanation to regain trust and players from the forum.

I guess signature campaign is not a promotion that people would want to see, a promotion like gaming promotion or sportsbook promotion, you know like a prediction thing. I think there are some gambling sits with bad reputation still doing it, so they can also do the same if they want.

now, if one will join the prediction game, I don't think DT would tag them as they are not promoting the gambling site.

and yes, they should solve the scam accusation also, they can do it at the same time because solving all the accusations will take a lot of time.
2556  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy after COVID-19 on: December 09, 2020, 11:20:42 PM
I think the economy movement after covid-19 would depend on how government would react and take action to improve their country.
So for me it would depend on them if they would start to help others or just sit tight and live on their own.
They need to start making plans on how to improve the country, even at the current situation, they can still make a plan, and this one really involves increasing taxes on other industries, some countries are increasing their taxes on gambling industry, so might be an effective strategy, or allowing more opportunity for operators to operate a casino in a country.

So now there will be all sorts of bloggers and kickboxers in the competition according to the rules of Boxing.
When the fight is totally an exhibition fight, it does not follow with the certain rules of boxing, they can make their own rules, and they can even rig the fight to make it last longer to entertain the fans, it's like we are watching a movie where everything is scripted.

2559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I guess bounty hunters really kill projects on: December 08, 2020, 10:38:54 AM
Why always blame bounty hunters? can you tell why YOUC trade volume is low? even under 1btc trade volume in 24 hours. Actually, the project is not good enough that's why YOUC is down. Youc team made the budget of 4Million USD for bounty. I think the price totally depends on project. If the project is legit then no one can dump the price.
They always think of bounty hunters, this is everyone's habit when the price of a coin gets low. It is true that the project isn't good enough and the trading volume is too low, the YOUC price may drop quickly after a few sell orders.
The problem is the trading volume and you can't expect a good trading volume if the team choose to list the project in a shitty exchanges where bots are just manipulating the orders, that's not cool and most likely we will just see the price dump than even bounty hunters will hesitate to dump since the price is very low.
2560  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy after COVID-19 on: December 08, 2020, 10:17:46 AM
economy after COVID 19, we hope to recover quickly. because seeing the current economies around the world collapsing and experiencing a decline. this resulted in people experiencing distress. so I thought that maybe a way should be taken to continue accelerating the economic recovery
We are all affected because of the virus. The economy of each country is now falling down because big companies are being closed to make sure the virus will not spread and it will contain well until the vaccine being produced. We are all hoping that the vaccine will be produced this year so that everything will go back to normal and also hoping that we can recover quickly, economically. The government should recover quickly after this pandemic so that the people will survive.
To recover quickly is highly unlikely, the virus has been already for almost a year now, and that span of time, it created big damage to our economy, and because of that countries that does not have a lot of reserve have to borrow money and they will be paying that long over a period of time, hence they need to improve their economy but it will not happen quickly.

Until now the vaccine is not release yet, so it's hard to speculate.
