Nicht ganz, in dem Fall würdest du tatsächlich zweimal zur Kassa gebeten werden: Zuerst für das Einkommen das fürs Posten einlangt (Berechnungsgrundlage ist hier der EUR Gegenwert zum Zeitpunkt der Verrechnung / Auszahlung), und dann noch ein zweites Mal für etwaige Wertgewinne die zwischen Auszahlung und Verkauf stattfinden (Kostenbasis wäre hierbei dann der EUR Preis zum Zeitpunkt der Verrechnung, der Gewinn der darüber liegt wäre dann mit der KESt zu versteuern).
Das sieht leider tatsächlich genau danach aus, ja. Man könnte nun natürlich argumentieren, dass das auch bei Aktien und co der Fall ist (das Gehalt, von dem du die Aktien kaufst, wurde ja ebenso schon versteuert), schmerzt aber natürlich trotzdem. Macht für mich mit 1.1. Signaturkampagnen doch um einiges uninteressanter: - 50% Besteuerung beim Zufluss durch meinen persönlichen Steuersatz
- 27,5% voraussichtliche Besteuerung beim Verkauf auf den bis dahin erzielten Gewinn
Bisher musste ich lediglich 1) "schlucken" und konnte mich nach einem Jahr über steuerfreie Gewinne freuen, das fällt jetzt komplett weg - zumindest voraussichtlich. Jetzt hast du dein mindestens Jahresgehalt verraten 😎. Aber zum Thema, man darf sich nicht wundern bei dieser Frechheit, dass sich immer mehr legal in Steuer schonende Länder vertschüssen oder um die Angebote "Biete BTC gegen Bargeld", wo ist da die Leistung unseres "tollen" Staates wo die größten Verbrecher und das korrupten Pack ganz oben sitzt... Höhere Staking Rendite als mit einem klassischen Validator, dafür aber zusätzliche Smart Contract Risiken. Du wärst sozusagen dann der Bäcker in Tezos und leute würden dir eth zum staken geben Ah danke, das wusste ich noch nicht und wäre ev. eine Option. Ich müsste dann dazu aber vermutlich meine ETH bei Rocketpool einzahlen, gäbe die also aus der Hand? Ist zwar jetzt bei einem Exchange nicht recht viel anders, vertraue aber einem (regulierten) Exchange doch noch einen Tacken mehr als einem Poolbetreiber. Alternativ müsste ich mir die restlichen ETH auf 32 noch besorgen, würde aber nur sehr ungern meinen Altbestand angreifen da nahezu zu 100% steuerfrei und in Österreich wohl heuer noch die Steuerfreiheit für Cryptos nach einem Jahr haltefrist fällt. Das wärs mir fast nicht wert fürchte ich ... auf sowas hätte ich auch lust aber da fehlt es mir an den ein paar sachen, zu wenig IT kentisse und das wichtigste zu wenig ETH. Ich warte bis ETH 2.0 läuft und ich keine komischen ETH token bekomme anstatt richtige ETH. Und ja Steuerfrei ist super wenn du jetzt umschichten würdest fängt ja die frist wieder von vorne an. Der einzige Vorteil den ich derzeit sehe sollte ich mich nicht irren, ist doch wenn ich einen neuen Tokens erhalte beim staking statt den Original ETH, zB. in xETH und die alten waren steuerfrei sollten die neuen xETH doch auch steuerfrei sein oder bin ich da jetzt auf dem Holzweg? EZ game for him, this statistic is useless  . On time Hamilton and Verstappen collided for 0 points in the race for both. And both of them got also a penalty with -20 position for Max and (for now) -10 for Hamilton. I would see it the same way, there were penalty's and Verstappen has bad luck with the tires several times this year or he was shot out. Bottas drives now certainly liberated that is of course also correct but for the title he has never really fought, not this year and also not in the past year a good midfield driver (wingman) no more and no less, next year the wind will turn for Hamilton in his own team by Russell. |

heute wurde mit Btblock die nächste partnerschaft offiziell verkündet
Wunderbar. So kann es gerne weitergehen. Der erste Hype, der im Kurs zu sehen war, ist zwar erstmal weg, aber wir werden sicherlich das ATH knacken. Ich hatte gerade mal nach Btblock gesucht und herausgefunden, dass sie seit 2019 eine Partnerschaft mit Kudelski Security innehaben. Wer es nicht weißt, Kudelski Security hat 2018 ein Audit für Monero durchgeführt. Derzeit ist ADAX eher in Korrektur als im Aufwind, aber das ist doch gerade bei jedem Coins so...  Ich habe schon überlegt ob ich nicht meine ganzen BTC aus der Roobet Kampagne bei ca. 1500sat riskiere aber ich denke ich habe dazu gelernt und bleib einfach auf meinen "hart" verdienten BTC sitzen, bestimmt auch kein Fehler  . Hatte wer von euch eine Order Ende September drinnen, da war anscheinend ein Ausverkauf? |

Ja, echt schade, dass der Bitcoin-Preisanstieg so am deutschsprachigen Forumsbereich vorbeigegangen ist und kaum neue Nutzer dazugekommen sind. Im internationalen Bereich sieht es nur geringfügig besser aus. Im deutschen Unterforum ist sogar nur etwas mehr Aktivität als im Forum vom Blocktrainer.  Und mit dem Coinforum braucht man Bitcointalk leider schon lange nicht mehr vergleichen, besonders was die Anzahl der aktiven Nutzer angeht und die Menge der Beiträge. Vielleicht schrecken die vielen Shitposts einige Nutzer ab. Naja... Dabei hätte ich noch einiges an Merit zu verteilen, also wer mag, kann gerne Qualitätsbeiträge erstellen. Sonst muss ich es irgendwann alles im internationalen Forumsbereich verteilen oder es verfällt... Was hat das Coinforum für einen Vorteil gegenüber Bitcointalk? Ich kenne es nicht und war auch noch nicht dort, hoffe ich muss mich dafür nicht schämen Ich weiß gar nicht mehr, wie ich in dieses Forum gekommen bin. Wahrscheinlich war es eine google Suche. Damals stand bitcointalk vielleicht noch höher in der Trefferliste als heutzutage. Ich bin jedenfalls gleich hier geblieben, da hier doch die freundlichsten und hilfsbereitesten User waren und sind. Vielleicht fand ich auch das Design angenehmer aufgrund der Schlichtheit. Gibt es denn in den anderen Foren auch Signaturkampagnen? Nicht dass ich da hin will, für noch mehr Forenarbeit hätte ich gar keine Zeit. Ich glaube bei mir war es ähnlich, beim einem Bullenrun in 2017 habe ich vermutlich einfach nach Bitcoin Forum gegoogelt und bin hier gelandet... Gehe davon aus das es dort auch Sig. Kampagnen gibt ohne nach zu sehen. Ich habe auch eine Antwort von Hhampuz bekommen (wie vermutet sehr nett und konstruktiv), die Qualität war bei einigen Posts für ihm unzureichend und wurden deshalb nicht gezählt. |

It must be really difficult for drivers who are in a top car, but then get moved to a car that's further back on the grid. I don't know how they maintain their motivation. Bottas will be an example next season, but it happens plenty of times. Vettel is perhaps the most notable of the current drivers, or maybe Alonso. It must be frustrating for these drivers to see worse drivers overtaking them simply because they have better cars. Of course we can say that the best drivers will always gravitate to the best teams, but it isn't always the case because with only 2 drivers per team, and multi-year contracts, it's rare that a space opens up. Perez vs Hamilton fight there was something awesome to watch as well, Hamilton might have pushed a little too much when Perez almost went into pitlane because of it, but he got it back so it is all good. I believe it wasn't a horrible race, but it wasn't amazing neither, it was just a "decent" race that I enjoyed watching, we can't have amazing races every week.
Perez is doing what Bottas should do when Hamilton is leading, make opponents lose time for overtaking. He is a good second drive for Redbull. Bottas is almost useless and it's years I'm saying it. I would say the same, except that Perez is still below his potential, Bottas has a benefit for Mercedes, he also continuously scores points for the Constructors' World Championship, Perez still has to improve. But I think he will, he gets along better and better with the car and will also score more and more continuously. Bottas will fade into obscurity at Alfa, how long did Bottas get a contract, after that will be the end of career. |

In general the second drivers haven't been good enough this year. It's been all Hamilton vs Verstappen. If you have two teams fighting for the title, then the performance of the second driver is crucial. Bottas should be taking points off Verstappen every time it's a circuit where Mercedes dominate, and Perez should be doing the same to Hamilton every time it's a Red Bull circuit. Plus, at every track the second driver should be able to cover off any potential undercut by the #1 driver of the opposing team. But it was nice this time that both second drivers played a valuable role. The second driver is crucial for both teams to win the drivers' championship and to help the other driver, and the points of the second driver are crucial for the constructors' championship. |

The league has just started. 8th week matches are over. There is 1 point difference between Ajax and PSV. Ajax is the leader for now. PSV's players are also very high quality. But I think Ajax is more likely to be the long-term Champion. In the last matches played, Ajax lost 1-0 to Utrecht. When PSV beat Sparta Rotterdam 2-1, the league's point lead decreased by 3 points. In the 9th week matches, Ajax will beat Heerenven and continue on their way. PSV, on the other hand, will defeat Zwolle, the last in the league.
Definitely the two surprise teams so far this season are Utrecht and Willem, but whether they can keep up the rest of the season? It was already mentioned Ajax has only 2 goals conceded that is already a madness although they have lost once. But I think Feyenoord will also be able to play for second place, if Ajax can keep the form, I do not think that someone else can win the championship, or the Champions League is too much for them, but I also do not assume. |

There is less than one hour left for the big race. Hamilton will have a really tough job to do in this race as he is going to start at the eleventh position. He did his best by ending the qualifying session as the leader. Bottas is going to start from the pole but I think that Verstappen will take the lead from Bottas in a short time. Hamilton must climb as many places as possible not to be left too much behind in the driver standings. I think that Verstappen will win the race.
Bottas had a very good start and is doing a very good job at the front, Tsunoda held Hamilton off for a few laps and cost Hamilton a lot of time and is currently 6th, but the Ferrari is also very fast and I think Ferrari will be on the podium. To be honest, I was really surprised by the decision of the team to change the tires of Seb during the race. Unfortunately, the risk did not pay off as it costed him as the rain continued to pour. As for Hamilton, the decision of the team also costed him some points which led to Verstappen to be at the top. So for me it was a classic complete wrong decision to change to slicks at Aston Martin, in no way the track has dried up only rudimentarily and also not until the end of the race it would probably have been possible to drive with slicks, also almost went wrong on the pit entry after a lap where the car slid around the track and Vettel almost blocked the pit entry., would it then have been a SafetyCar phase or even the red flag when the pit lane is blocked? Aber genau wie du wissen wir doch alle, dass es nur eine Frage der Zeit ist, bis auch du in einer Kampagne aufgenommen wirst. Du hattest ja selber vor kurzem gesagt, dass du eutwas weniger hier aktiv sein wirst. Also wieder aktiver beteiligen und dann wird es schon. Denke ich auch das es nur eine Frage der Zeit ist, ich habe gerade gesehen das mir nur 19 gewertet wurden und ich die 20 gültigen Posts also knapp verfehlt habe  , schade aber ist leider so und will da jetzt auch nicht unbedingt Einspruch erheben etc. einfach diese Woche etwas mehr zusammen reißen und die 20 Posts detaillierter und mit etwas mehr Zeit ausfüllen, wie es ist so ist es halt. Ich zähle bei deinen Posts komischerweise auch 20 und nicht 19. Einspruch erheben würde ich mich glaube ich nicht trauen, da ich keinen schlechten Eindruck erwecken wollen würde bzw. nicht einschätzen kann, wie die Gegenseite darauf reagieren würde :/ Ich wüsste nicht weshalb man mal nicht nachfragen sollte, hhampuz ist ein ganz lieber und ist da bestimmt niemandem böse, wenn er/sie nur ganz nett nachfragt woran es gescheitert ist? It was a good race because anything could have happened at any time and anyone from P1 to P7 could have won that race. What was strange is that we did not have a single abandon or safety car so we stayed on the edge that it could happen anytime but it didn't.
Personally, I feel bad for Lewis as he did not have a single easy race this year and he is fighting with all his powers in order to keep his car in front of Max but this time the strategist made a wrong call by making him pit with 8 laps to go.
That is true, there was a tough competition among the first 5 or 6 racers. If you see the final result, Max finished with a +14.5s, and the time difference between the 3rd and the 6th player is only 10 seconds which indicates that it was a pretty competitive match. But I am happy that Bottas has won it, I was so long waiting for him to win a race. The call from the strategist team cost Hamilton a lot. He placed 5th and also lost the lead of the F1 Championship to Verstappen. Verstappen currently has 262.5 points and Hamilton has 256.5. More was not inside for Verstappen, RedBull got the best possible out of the weekend it was this weekend no more inside, the Mercedes were simply faster on this course than the RedBull. Think even without the pit stop Hamilton might have been 4th, so one position better than in the final result. If I have not miscalculated, this weekend Mercedes has again made up a few points in the constructors rating, it could also be exciting. If RedBull wants to win this classification, Perez must become even more consistent. |

This weekend we start again with the following games, and I am curious if Ajax can make up for the slip-up from the last game. The chasers Feyenoord and PSV have according to the table easier games, an interesting game will certainly have Utrecht and AZ, should AZ also lose the game they could lose the connection to the top of the table.  |

Considering that track was vet,race probably wasn't most exciting. We didn't even had safety car on track and all 20 drivers reached finnish. Very confident Bottas win - he deserves it was very needed for him - this year isn't easy for him.
Max didn't had any chance to win today, but Red Bull should be happy about final result - double podium and Verstappen is championship leader again. 5th place for Hamilton - not great, not terrible. But I think that with earlier pit stop he would have chance to finnish on higher place.
I think overall Hamilton has to be satisfied with the result. Going into the weekend, no-one really expected Bottas to win. And looking at the starting grid, I would have thought Verstappen would win, and the best Hamilton could hope for was second place, and so losing 7 points (25-18). As it was, the Bottas win was crucial for Hamilton, as it limited his loss to 8 (18-10)... which is almost the same as him coming second behind Verstappen. Well I think it is but not fully satisfied with the results as we saw that Ocon tyres were okay without doing a pitstop so I think Lewis strategy was better for him in that moment and keep fighting for that 4th position. instead of pitting and losing 2 positions but ...it's easy from our point of view to judge but on those moment you rarely get a 2nd chance to think so every decision must be on point. The real big question is : Why did not Ferrari pit on the same time with Max and Lewis ? Because if he pitted then , he was doing a massive undercut and 2nd place was already locked for him but once again Ferrari strategist show us that they simply don't understand the undercuts. Unfortunately, neither Ferrari or Mercedes has brought it to the end without a pit stop, with Charles Leclerc you have seen more clearly than with Lewis Hamilton that he has lost a lot of time on the approaching drivers Bottas and Verstappen, think Leclerc would have lost even more time without the pit stop, with Hamilton it was not so obvious, maybe he would have had a better place without the pit stop, the Mercedes and Hamilton are gentler with the tires than Ferrari, at least it looked that way. |
