2561  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: what is the best crypto wallet for mobile? on: December 17, 2022, 11:09:51 AM
You can try MyCelium (for iOS I believe - I've used that before), Or you can use Blockstream Green or Muun Wallet. Additionally, if you are using Android, you also have Electrum and Bitcoin Wallet for Android as options.
I recommend staying away from Green Wallet, it offers a multi-signature wallet hence higher fees and technical knowledge (by creating a 3 out of 2 wallet) so you have full access to your coins.
So for bitcoin the best solution is bluewallet and MyCelium for Android & IOS.
2562  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance’s “auditor” Mazars,nuked the website with Binance’s proof of liabilities on: December 17, 2022, 10:10:11 AM
And now that Mazar has cut ties and that reports have been taken down, whatever happens to Binance, KuCoin, or Crypto.com in the next weeks or months wouldn't be much of a problem to their company anymore.

The word temporary here means that the company does not want to bear the damage regarding their reputation at the present time, but at times, for example in the year 2025, and no matter how bad the situation is for the platform, they can easily provide liquidity and therefore they will rarely encounter problems.

The winter will be harsh and Mazar do not want to risk their reputation.
Despite all that, I don't see that Binance' situation is that bad.
2563  Economy / Reputation / Re: I have spent 100 days of my life logged on bitcointalk! on: December 17, 2022, 10:01:24 AM
How are these analyzes measured because they do not seem logical? I have spent about 182 days, even though I registered from 2017.
In general, congratulations to you, it seems that you are posting in sections that I don't usually visit, but it's good to see an account from 2014 that is still active.

I remember that in the past, many people used to hide Total time logged in when they took a screenshot of their accounts, does anyone know the reason?
2564  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [News] Coinbase announces asset recovery tool for unsupported erc20 assets sent on: December 17, 2022, 09:48:48 AM
Unfortunately, the news does not give any technical details about what this tool is and how it differs from the traditional methods.

it seems that the process is not done manually as it was in the past, but it is still central in the sense that the tool verifies that the assets are with Coinbase and different assets are sent to your wallet (not the same assets that you deposited.)

Quote
Our recovery tool is able to move unsupported assets directly from your inbound address to your self-custodial wallet without exposing private keys at any point. We did this by using patent pending technology to send the funds directly from your inbound address without processing the funds through our centralized exchange infrastructure.

Is it the one that confused me? They mention that your private key is not disclosed, and yet the money can be sent from your address. without the need for a central structure. HOW Huh  Huh
2565  Economy / Speculation / Re: Predicted $16k by EOY in April on: December 17, 2022, 09:31:54 AM
I am one of the people who did not believe that we would see levels below $20,000 again, and I thought that if we touched the $19,000 levels, we would rebound quickly, thus the bottom is at some point around $21,000.

In general, and during this year, @ImThour has proven that he has good abilities for technical analysis, so his posts have good credibility for me, and I choose to agree with him here.
And for bottom, I think $13.6k will be the bottom of this cycle and next ATH is somewhere near $220k.
2566  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance’s “auditor” Mazars,nuked the website with Binance’s proof of liabilities on: December 16, 2022, 04:58:29 PM
It seems that Binance is trying hard to prove that it does not have a liquidity problem, as they tried to communicate with Big Four auditors, but according to Mazars reports, what is happening is temporary, and since they have suspended work with almost all platforms, this does not suggest a problem in Binance itself.
I do not know, but I think that Merkle Tree PoR is a useless thing. Even if these platforms prove that they have enough liquidity, this does not prevent it from happening like what happened with FTX, but in a less chaotic manner.
2567  Other / Meta / Re: One click and jump in to ninjastic.space [Time saving tricks] on: December 16, 2022, 04:27:45 PM
Nice effort, thanks for taking the time to try to help others make things easier but using userscript on Tampermonkey/Greasemonkey would be much better and easy to implement it on Firefox.

Also, the scalability of your code with other sites will be difficult, especially for beginners.

you can check this list ---> List of Bitcointalk.org Userscripts/ Add-ons before coding
2568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH whales buying MATIC. Price surge incoming? on: December 16, 2022, 04:11:12 PM
Shouldn't the motive for using MATIC be the low fees, which seems not to be a problem since ETH has moved to Proof of Stake and then many solutions can be implemented that guarantee scalability with very low fees?
Has any technical development occurred? Or anything we can consider a reason to use that coin?
I do not know, but the bet on MATIC is the failure of the bet on ETH, and therefore it is logical to understand that some of ETH whales put some of their money in that currency.
2569  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: PNNV.com - Major update #2 - need your review, again! on: December 16, 2022, 04:04:27 PM
So as far as I understand, you partnered with changeNOW as a company that completed KYC and then you allow everyone to use that account without KYC? If this is true, then this is not considered money laundering?
Overall it's good to develop the possibility of exchange although I think it's too early, you were showing yourself as an alternative to Preev which means it's a simple site to display the price of bitcoin.

Perhaps, after gaining trust, you can perform the exchange, but instead of using changeNOW, it provides the user with the ability to use more than one exchange platform from the same site.
2570  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saudi Telecom (STC) accept Crypto payment in Bahrain. on: December 16, 2022, 09:54:43 AM
They accept payment through third party apps so we can't say it's a real adoption.
STC have a service called STC Pay, which enables you to pay using their application for some services, which I thought was the one that accepted payment in bitcoins, but what is happening now is that you transfer money from your account in Binance to the company's bank account, which you transfer to STC's bank account .
2571  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is on the Verge To Slice Through $30,000 on: December 16, 2022, 09:28:55 AM
I remember that the price faced violent resistance before the levels of 24K, and therefore it is difficult to break it in the current market conditions, and if it succeeds, the historical support level at 28K will turn into resistance levels that are difficult to break.

Therefore, it is difficult during the next year for us to return to those levels, but the price may try to stay near the $28,000 levels, especially with the recent inflation data.
2572  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is storing sensitive data on blockchain a wise idea? on: December 16, 2022, 08:53:47 AM
Medical data such as age, height, facial measurements can be stored openly and transparently for everyone, just like economic and other data, and the rest of the blockchain can be hidden, such as data on mental health, chronic diseases, and military budgets, but the essence of the question lies, why the blockchain?
In the sense that there are more efficient and better solutions than the blockchain in this aspect, and the management of these files by the blockchain (although it is possible) is not the best.
2573  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bear market - previous experience / advice? on: December 15, 2022, 04:46:58 PM
Most of us have witnessed one or two bear markets, and therefore the experiences received cannot be taken as investment advice, in addition to the fact that Bitcoin is changing rapidly.
As for whether this is good, it depends, if you do not need that money for a period of 5 years, it may be the best investment for you, but if you can invest in other things, then invest and then buy bitcoin, as we are not expected to witness a significant increase during the next year.
2574  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Do exchanges intentionally leak information for brand building ? on: December 15, 2022, 04:27:20 PM
We can expect that everything will happen, and therefore all the news now will be either in the interest of the platform or an attempt to banish it, but there is a problem of liquidity in most platforms, the way to search for solutions to it differs from one platform to another, some of them deny rumors, and others try to spend more.

In general, it does not prove anything, because the liquidity problem, if it was true, would have appeared after the recent exposure to FTX,  it would happen suddenly, and therefore we may hear about it during the coming months if the current monetary policy continues.
2575  Economy / Economics / Re: Saving one third what you earn monthly is not that hard, isn't it ? on: December 14, 2022, 05:51:13 PM
The problem, in my view, is the number of years required for saving to be sufficient for you to achieve financial freedom. This freedom includes buying a comfortable home with an income exactly equal to your expenditures, something that differs between countries but is almost the same for the world, for example:

 - In those countries where young people earn less than a thousand dollars a month, an amount like two hundred thousand dollars is enough to buy a house and an amount like a quarter of a million dollars is enough to achieve financial freedom.
 - The same is true in countries where the average is three thousand dollars. You will find that the average land is seventy-five thousand dollars, and about one million and a half dollars is sufficient for financial freedom.

Thus, for this generation, it is difficult to reach financial freedom before thirty using traditional investment tools.
2576  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Gemini allegedly hacked, 5.7 million emails leaked on: December 14, 2022, 05:03:19 PM
Why is it that when the email is stored, several characters are encrypted exactly as they did with the phone numbers? If this matter succeeded with the phone numbers, then it will work with the emails.

And are there any guarantees that the rest of the data is safe or will be destroyed, since they do not need to keep the identity verification data, but rather just compare it, as such data cannot be modified.

Personally, I see that the platform shared the data with a third party and relies on the topic of hacking to justify when that data found from a third party, as it would be easy to say that it was purchased from the black market.
2577  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Take your bitcoin out of binance on: December 14, 2022, 04:42:11 PM
Personally, I do not expect that the Binance administration will be in the same chaos as in the rest of the platforms, or at least FTX, but we are used to that anything can happen. Therefore, as a precaution, you are not supposed to leave your coins in any platform unless you need to trade, and you are supposed to keep the rest of your coins in cold storage.

In general, do not be the reason for spreading these rumors, withdraw your money, and always remember not to repeat it on the platform, whether it is a real rumor or not.
2578  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Help choose a cryptocurrency exchanger! on: December 14, 2022, 04:25:26 PM
Hey, guys. I'm writing to appeal that I can't choose a good cryptocurrency exchanger with minimal fees. I'm waiting for your answers! Wink

You can use Bestchange (Link in my signature,) it has a wide range of platforms in which you will find the cheapest fees and a comparison between many platforms according to what you want, but it is better and before using any platform:

 - Do your own research and have an in-depth research.
 - Avoid any platform with unknown information.
 - Ask about it here in the forum.

So I guarantee you that you will get the lowest fees.

Also, the type of cryptocurrencies you want to convert plays a crucial criterion, as some currencies are not listed on some platforms.
2579  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Premium BTC email domain For Elite BTC fans, & help FTX user ! on: December 14, 2022, 04:12:14 PM
Excuse me, but is the reason that the email is worth 10 bitcoins is the name that resembles Satoshi's name? It is slightly different from Satoshi's name and there is no historical connection or rationale.
I am sorry for your loss, but unfortunately, collecting money is not like this, in the sense that you can put a link for donations after proving that your story is correct, and you may get more money, after you are useful to society.
2580  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] [banned mixer] - Best Bitcoin Mixer / Tumbler on: December 11, 2022, 10:33:29 AM
[banned mixer] REVIEW- PART I
Quick rating:
Overall Rating: (3.5 Stars)
Website Design & Readability: (4 Stars)
Mixing Process: (3 Stars)
Tor: (4 Stars)
Updates: (5 Stars)
Speed: (4 Stars)

I liked the interface, it's very simple and readable, it needs some edits but it's very good.
The availability of the translation option for several languages is excellent, the response of the support team and the continuous update is good, you need to gain more trust and add things that are not available to competitors such as mixing with the lightning network, controlling the time of receipt, sending coins after a specific block number, and any feature that proves that you are You destroy logs.

.Questions that need to be answered:.

Can the address be reused? I noticed that the home page leads to this page (,) and therefore if I update it or open it in a new browser, I will get a different address, so can I reuse my old address? then how service fees will be calculated, If not, there is no express rule forbidding it.

LETTER OF GUARANTEE massage: It does not contain the date, fees, receiver's address, or any other details. you can see ----START DATE----- but its out of signed massage.

Why there are no PGP signature? In other words, if someone gets access to the private key of this address "32soLWBMMyH2RkkH7xaMcsAyrKjiaGXwU5," all your old LETTER OF GUARANTEE massages will be useless.

Proof of Receipt: Can I obtain proof that I have received the coins from [banned mixer]? In the event that it was sent to an exchange and it was frozen because it came from a casino or gambling site.

.Urgent things to add:.

1) Privacy Level: You can call it any name, but applying it will be useful on the home page an indicator that measures the degree of privacy so that if you add more addresses and different fees, you will get a higher level in the "Privacy Level" indicator while give a warning for the same address or low fees.

Just re-phrase this sentence in a slider and add it to the home page.

In the same way, a higher fee allows your transaction to take faster to arrive. So it's fix delay which can go as fast as two hours with a high fee and as long as 4 hours with a lower fee. In fact, the real delay is impossible to know in advance because of the blockchain variations. That's why Mixero tells an average thanks to all tests and transactions already did

Choosing the lowest fee for a simple shipment provides you with the basic routing protocol that is more than sufficient and secure for smaller amounts.

2) BTC mempool: It would be nice to give an estimate of the fees so that the user does not send too many fees in the transaction.
3)Token ID for each transaction: Almost the only way to prove ownership is Letter Of Guarantee, but if you add a token for each transaction, this will end the confusion in the issue of address reuse.
Modified service fees: It is better to have them dynamic rather than a fixed fee (a slider between them 0.9% to 2.4%) as this will make it difficult to track transactions.
API: You can add it for developers or for those who do not want to use the site directly, and you can also try to integrate the site as an addition to Electrum wallet.
