Regarding those black Friday promos, be sure to turn on to receive hologram messages and bonus & marketing emails. Both are mandatory and you can find those 2 options at the bottom of preferences tab. Preferences are under account, same place where you have wallet and rewards.

Hopefully some of us will get lucky with the drops. Good luck guys Smiley
Damn ... I don't want to miss this hangout [I really hope that this promotion will be relevant for another week]. But no matter how sad it sounds, I'm on vacation in the mountains and to participate (or at least go to my mail and my Sportsbet account) I need to drive about 80 kilometers. So good luck to all our regulars!

Ed: The situation is better than I expected  Tongue

Black Friday promotion has officially begun! [...]

Easily, the best manager post 2000's, and I think there could potentially be a argument for being the best of all time. Though, with Shankly there's definitely some decent competition out there. Though, they're very similar I think.
I don't know about you, but for me the best Premier League manager of all time was Arsene Wenger ... How about a streak of 49 unbeaten matches? At least he is an excellent example of what a manager should do to enter the history of his club, so that after decades such a coach would be remembered with a smile. And it's not just about coaching ... infrastructure development, pressure to change the fin policy of the club, this is his handiwork.  Roll Eyes
2563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: November 19, 2021, 08:42:55 PM
\Villa has some good players but under Dean Smith haven't made such a big impressions yet. Danny Ings, Watkins, Leon Bailey, Buendia- these all are players who had quite some records or contributions in their previous teams but yet to make good impact in Aston Villa. I personally think Steven Gerrard [...]
I don't know if you play in the Fantasy Premier League, but after reading the names of these players, I thought you were reading my mind. These are the guys who really haven't reached their potential this season, the names that I have included in my team this week (although Aston Vila will have some really tough matches in the near future). In addition, Aston Villa are one of the few teams that have only one draw after a dozen matches, so I hope for the best. Tongue

Zidane absolutely deserves to be the head coach of Man United. He has a lot of experience both in the top local league or UCL. Man United players need someone like Zidane who can motivate players well and has a great personality as a coach.
This will not happen, at least this season.  Wink
2564  Other / Meta / Re: Generous Source of Merit Only In Global Section. on: November 19, 2021, 08:34:16 PM
Well, to be honest, if you want to have a high level discussion about any subject related to computer science, coding, new technology, etc you must be able to speak English, because all high level discussion happen in English. As the best discussions are in English, it is natural that most merits will flow to the global forum.
Frankly speaking, I fundamentally disagree with you, since I have repeatedly come across interesting technical threads in local sections that have not been duplicated or previously featured in the global section. Here's one example ... storing a backup copy of the seed-phrase in the bitcoin blockchain. I may not be as advanced as some of the people who always write in the "Bitcoin Technical Support" section, but if I had seen something like this before, I would have noticed.

Also we have new managers fixture as well as Aston Villa now led by Steven Gerrard will be up against Brighton and Norwich led by former Aston Villa boss Dean smith will face Southampton.. so yeah couple of matches this weekend to look out for.
For me personally, the most interesting derby will be the match with Aston Villa. Not that I had high hopes for the return of injured players or I really liked Steven Gerrard, but this is his debut in the Premier League and I think he will not let the fans down. While he might have done like Zidane and not took the team under his wing mid-season, anyway this is one of those matches that I bet on with great enthusiasm [The same applies to Newcastle].
2566  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hillary Clinton: Nation states should pay attention to the rise of crypto on: November 19, 2021, 04:04:49 PM
It might become less profitible for the US government but not being the world reserve currency hasn't done too badly for the other countries that have had the title in the past. I doubt crypto has the strength to overtake the dollar within a few years for example but there will likely be a solution that rises up that consumers/businesses accept (and we can hope it's not centrally controlled).
Against the background of the constant pumping of money into the world economy, even Shitcoin 3.0, whether it is legal with its crazy emission, will not overtake the dollar. The only scenario in which the cryptocurrency will have weight is integration with the fragile global credit pyramid, but this is unlikely as long as the Fed keeps the refinancing rate at zero.         p.s. I will quote myself as it seems to me that the adjacent thread will be blocked! Grin

Be aware that those who are powerless to do something tend to rant (it's not for nothing that real power is called gray cardinals).

Also, do not forget that in order to stay in the saddle, politicians of such a level as Hillary must periodically stir up the interest of their voters, so they have to create a news noise based on the modern interests of the audience. As a rule, if she understood something in this, then she would have been more worried about the Middle Kingdom and viewed bitcoin as the only adequate lever of pressure on China. I am not saying that Bitcoin can be a political instrument, but with the support of the US government, Bitcoin can be a breath of fresh air for the entire American economy.  Roll Eyes

Apparently, Hillary and her "friends" are getting worried about Bitcoin's disruptive potential.

2568  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if governments make Bitcoin centralized? on: November 19, 2021, 03:38:35 PM
Nah, in all seriousness the expense required to maintain that sort of share in the network would greatly outweigh the benefits. It would be a better idea to try, and convince the mining pools that they need to follow some sort of law which gives the government control of their pools, and even that is far fetched. [...]
It depends on what goals the leadership of a particular country will pursue.

But what you say, I think, is applicable only to capitalist countries. If a country like China really wants to harm the Bitcoin machine, then it will not spare resources to do it. But this is extremely unlikely, since such actions do not promise China either financial or strategic prospects. In addition, the moment is missed ... since significant mining capacities have already been exported from China, not to mention the fact that miners will not destroy their source of income.

I hope United will realise soon that his mistake could make the fans leave. Because I don't think Man United would be great without the fans.
Are you talking about the current MU fans?

Because, hypothetically, fans already have somewhere to go if something happens. I mean United of Manchester, a team owned by MU fans. I think you've already heard this story ... when fans who were unhappy with the club's transition to the control of the Glazer family started their own club. And although the club was founded about 15 years ago, I heard about this story very recently and was surprised that during such a time the club did not acquire professional status. By and large, this is not a problem, because avid fans do not care about the status of the club, judging by how crowded during home matches.
2570  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Italian Serie A ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: November 19, 2021, 02:40:29 PM
I would prefer Napoli to win but I don't think they will be able to overcome Inter. Both teams have some serious fire power up front so I know what my bet will be (BTTS) for sure. Smells like a high scoring draw, maybe 2:2.
I don't even know what to do ... on the one hand, gorgeous odds for Napoli's victory, on the other hand, there is a feeling that Inter is just the team that will interrupt Napoli's unbeaten streak. I don’t remember what choice I made in the pool before leaving on vacation (but I will hope that I gave preference to Inter). But if you are not guided by common sense, then I would really like that the victory over Inter was the starting point for Napoli's victory this season.  Cool

I’ll add to this discussion as I am a Manchester United fan, but when we played Liverpool and Manchester City, I was excited whenever they had the ball, because that’s the kind of football I wanted Manutd to play, however I’m not going to root for them. Also I’m eagerly waiting to see will Ole finally make some changes, or he’ll continue with the same lineup and to be honest I wouldn’t be surprised if he did that.
When I mentioned Manchester United I only meant the mentality of this team as a whole, so it's not just about the coach. I do not like the teams players who want to show off at the expense of their club. Let's just say, I like Ronaldo, but his team does not create game moments for him ... things are about the same in PSG after Messi's transition (especially when Messi, Mbappé and Neymar play in the same line).

Although I would definitely reconsider my football preferences if Vinnie Jones became the new manager of MU.  Grin

Tempting odds, but I probably won't bet on the match ... The result of this match will determine who will take second place in the group, so Barça will do everything possible to shine at Camp Nou. It's just that if this does not happen, then I doubt that in the last round, Barca will defeat Bayern on a visit, while Benfica can easily win in the last round against Dinomo Kiev, (therefore, we can logically assume that Benfica will even be satisfied with a draw).

To be honest, I don’t even remember when I saw a club of this level in the Europa League, I guess it was long before I got interested in football, lol.  Grin
2574  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2021/2022 on: November 19, 2021, 12:53:48 PM
I just heard the news that Christian Romero is injured from the international break and will not be available for this weekend game against Leeds United, sad but a great opportunity for Japhet Tanganga to show the new manager what he got,I think he is very perfect for what Antonio Conte wants from a defender,I know Davison Sanchez is ahead of him experience wise but I think he is the better defender between them.
Spit! If Kane doesn't want to play his best football, then Christian Romero would not help Spurs in any way, even if he were not'injured. By the way, I think in spite of his injury he is in a good mood because apparently Argentina will get 3 additional points (technical defeat of the Brazilian national team).  Cheesy
2575  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🎰 Sportsbet.io 🎰 "Soccer Blackjack" @ 21.00 odds on: November 19, 2021, 12:40:22 PM
My 2 cents ... I agree that martingale for blackjack betting is a bad idea (unless you increase your bet size by 1.5 instead of 2). In addition, there is an upper limit for Blackjack bets, so this is probably the main reason why I would abandon this idea. But there are prospects in martingale if we try to start betting on a draw Wolverhampton, Tottenham, Aston Villa, Watford, since we have passed a third of the way and these clubs have only one draw each.  Tongue

I'm still curious as to how you became a Chelsea and West Ham fan at the same time, as they are one of our main London rivals. BTW, I'm a Chelsea fan and have never hidden it here or on other threads, despite my best efforts to be neutral in my analysis. I've persuaded Jollygood to tell me who his favorite club(s) are several times, but he refuses. He claims to be a neutral analyst, but I have the impression he supports Manchester United or Liverpool.
Well, it's all about the subconscious ... we all mentally support those clubs that appeal to the soul (not to mention the fact that the owner of Chelsea is my compatriot). As for West Ham, then I think it's more likely that as a teenager 15 years ago I was impressed by the traditions of this club and in particular the history of their football firm shown in the Green Street motion picture. Although I confess I have the same attitude towards Liverpool, perhaps because I hate City and MU, (not that I hated these clubs, but I just hate the arrogance).

Unfortunately these days I am not logging in to the forum as much as I used to therefore cannot delete the signature spammers and attention seekers trash posts as fast and as often as I would like to. Hopefully I will be more active here towards the middle of next month.
Don't worry too much about it, because the fact that you are the creator of this thread is enough for most spammers to bypass this thread.

First it was billionaires owning football clubs but then the dynamics changed again when countries started owning them. Looking at Newcastle, I think one day it is inevitable that a country/state owned football club will not be successful no matter how much energy, effort and funds are poured in to the club. [...] Now with the funds that Manchester City and PSG have on hand as well as the regular titans that are challenging for European dominance such as Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Barcelona and a few others, I do not see Newcastle United achieving success anytime soon.
I like Bayern for their management, which after decades does not fail, although they have a huge budget, but this club is an excellent example of how to manage finances and achieve results without buying overly expensive players (I remember only one case when Bayern spent a lot of money on a player). I confess, This is exactly the kind of management policy I would like to see in Newcastle.

First 4 threads are off limit. I think they are some test post which has been off limited. [...]
There is also another version .. There is a very high probability that information was published in one of the deleted threads that hypothetically violated Satoshi's confidentiality. Unfortunately, I have only a travel laptop at hand, so it is not possible to back up my words with links and quotes, [maybe I'll do it later].
