2561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can we avoid scams in blockchain? on: November 11, 2021, 08:34:36 PM
well its not that easy like just looking at the whitepaper . looking a bunch of stranger photos and immediately judging a project will be successful or not. In the end, it will be based on someone's belief in the project. maybe this can be a reference if I see how the developers are trying to promote their project openly. and how the project will be handled. whether realistic or not. but in essence no one will know what will happen in the future. I also often judge projects that look serious and end up being abandoned or failed.
Its not easy but its possible, you just need to take time to read everything and analyze before you invest. What we can’t stop here is for them to come in because its easy to create fake projects so be more extra careful before you invest. If you are in doubt, share that project here, someone can help you on this and they might give you some analysis on that project. Always be wise on your investments, don’t be a victim of those scammers.

2563  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stardust23 - High Paying Casino Platform with Affiliate program open on: November 10, 2021, 09:52:41 PM
A lot need to be done with your site as you lack license and provider and if you have already you can make those information public for users who may fine your site of interest and want to register an account there.
From this, I don’t want to try the site yet because of lack of information, better to update the site and input the terms of service and FAQs, usually newbies are reading it before trying the site. Beside, a high paying casinos is not enough to attract gamblers, better to have a good gaming platform first with a good reward program.
2564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PooCoin vs CoinMarketCap on: November 10, 2021, 09:15:47 PM
I’m not familiar with PooCoin and I do use more the CMC and Coingecko, I think they are still reliable despite of that fact, some delays on update but they are able to fix it so it can still be good. As I can read about PooCoin, they try to focus more on BSC projects which I think is fine to have that core, but if you are still doubting better to use both.
2565  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Take stock or hodl ? on: November 10, 2021, 08:43:05 PM
So with the current peak on Bitcon, Ethereum (and nearly all of my alt coins) is it wise to:

1) Take out the profit to either bank or reinvest when there is another dip
2) HODL in the hope that it keeps rising and rising
Take profit and reinvest if is a best way to increase a possible profit, so either on stocks or in crypto you should practice this. Anyway, I’m not into stocks anymore because of a slow growth but I still see them as a good market for long term. Cryptomarket is too risky and too volatile, don’t take out all your savings just to invest on Bitcoin, better to still have that back up and invest only the risk that you can take.
2566  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is not meant 4everybody on: November 09, 2021, 09:45:22 PM
Everyone are welcome to trade as long as they are on a legal age and of course have knowledge on trading but if none, better to learn the process first. Trading is not easy, it can be more unpredictable and too risky for a newbie but as long as you have the determination to learn, you can be very good in trading later on you just have to sacrifice first.
2567  Economy / Gambling / Re: Friends.Casino - Industry leading vip program and social network! on: November 09, 2021, 09:15:53 PM
Welcome to the forum and I like how you introduce this site here in the forum.
I’m just wondering how much do I need to become VIP? And what’s the basis as a leading site that offers VIP program? Anyway, will still look for more details about this site especially on KYC and the license.
2568  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: SHIBA? on: November 09, 2021, 08:53:41 PM
I just bough SHIBA kahit maliit lang na capital, though alam ko naman risky pero why not?
SHIB will still pump eto ang paniniwala ako and willing ako maghold in the next 5 years, sana lang talaga maging katulad sya ni DOGE na mura lang 7 years ago. Buy kana kahit konte, maniwala ka sa hype ng SHIB.
2569  Economy / Speculation / Re: JP Morgan: bitcoin could hit $146,000 on: November 06, 2021, 09:53:48 PM
JPMorgan renews prediction that bitcoin could hit $146,000 - and says it's acting more like digital gold than ever

The guys have updated their predictions and I find the new value interestingly high. The new 146k has the potential imho to be the start of a new pump.
Would it be enough for some nice week-end speculation?  Cheesy

I know that "JPMorgan said that for the $146,000 price to come true, bitcoin's huge volatility would have to fall sharply", but I don't think that the investors would care much about that detail.
Knowing JP Morgan, they really show a great speculation on Bitcoin and that could be the reason why they increased it but having said that it will fall sharply, that is normal on every market and it happened many times already with Bitcoin so if you’re not new on this market you already expect this one.
2570  Economy / Gambling / Re: 💰 GamblingFreebies.com - How to Get Free $$$ + Strategies + Picks 💰 on: November 06, 2021, 09:42:08 PM
You obviously don't understand what martingale strategy really means. In your blog post, "Response to the criticism", you used a definition from Wikipedia: "The strategy had the gambler double the bet after every loss" which is only partially true. The Wiki article clearly states that this is the simplest version of the strategy. But you decided to ignore that part. Essentially, what you describe as an alternative to the Martingale strategy is the same strategy, but with a different odds and multiplier.

How can you follow such strategy if the blog itself is not that good or a real definition of a specific strategy. Though if this is just a free advices and fee strategy then why not since in gambling no matter how much you are prepared, you can still lose money. To offer a service like this, hopefully they can be more accurate since some newbies might follow those advices easily and that’s too risky for them.
2571  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Going for the Underdog or Not? on: November 06, 2021, 09:24:15 PM
~
In my case if ever I am not really familiar with a match I am not going to bet even a few coins but of course there's an exceptional depend on how hype the game is. In the same case like having an interest to bet in an unfamiliar match I would always go choose to bet on the crowd favorite but I'd still going to make my own research about the game so it would depend on what the players recent records, skills, potential and capability too
In sports you can expect an upset anytime, i always follow the fitness level of the main players if it is a team sport and if it is individual sport, the same the fitness level and when was their last game and how they performed.

Sometimes you get lucky as the odds maker gives you a champion as an underdog because of the opponents hype.
What’s the odds of winning for the underdog? Its too low to some players but if the underdog is also a good one considering his personal skills, then that could be a food underdog. Just like last on recent event on eSport, the winner on Dota is the underdog yet they are able to win the title. There’s a big risk on putting money to the underdog but if you see potential on them, why not place a bet.
2572  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: November 06, 2021, 09:12:12 PM
In the list, I think Justin Brownlee will once again win the best import award. I saw some posts about the statement of Justin Brownlee that he is happy playing in the Philippines and he'll be glad if the PBA will make him their naturalized player so he can help the Philippines represent the country in international competition.
He already won as best import but the scenario right now is really different, there’s a lot of good imports for the upcoming conference so I’m not sure about this one. Having Brownlee on the PH team is a big help, if they plan to neutralized him hopefully the process will not take long since there’s an upcoming international events.
2573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: PolkaDOT on its way to $100. on: November 06, 2021, 08:52:24 PM
I don't understand why it's not growing. Few want to stake their DOT tokens for 2 years in order to get the tokens of the new project? Even Binance has already joined DOT auctions. Have you thought about the fact that no one wants to participate in auctions and all those who bought are speculators who thought there would be strong growth?
It takes time, a major update so people can see its real value and to have another hype. It is still close to its ATH so most probably $100 is within reach, its just hard to predict when it will happen. DOT is a good project fundamentally, wait for the chart to confirms it and for sure it will soar higher.
2574  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gabling prohibited in some countries on: November 06, 2021, 08:47:36 PM
I have been involved in gambling for sometimes now and have realized, gambling is not as harmful as some countries make it looks. Apart from trying to control the rate of addiction what are the reason behind the ban of public gambling by some countries?
Regulations, every country have their own rules and regulations so if that site didn’t qualify for that they tend to prohibit that specific country on their site to prevent any problem in the future. Gambling is not harmful as long as you know your limit and its good for you to have fun in gambling, just always remember the basic rule of gambling don’t be greedy.
2575  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Axie Infinity Philippine Thread on: November 06, 2021, 03:01:36 PM
Bakit kaya bumaba ang presyo ng SLP, wala siguro gaanong kumagat at nag-breed sa ngayon at puro TP lang ang ginagawa.

Medyo malabo lang sa akin kung bakit kailan yong release ng Ronin Dex ay biglang record breaking yong SLP minting in just one day noong nakaraang awar which is 1.2 billion SLP in one day. Baka merong kababalaghan na nangyayari dito no?
Nahype lang talaga siguro ng Ronin DEX yung SLP and syempre, marame ang nakahold lang ng SLP at dumating ang pagkakataon for them to sell, eh nag take profit na which is a good strategy naman talaga especially now na bumalik na ulit ito below 4 pesos. Sana lang nagbuburn talaga ng SLP si DEX as per reviews na nakita ko not sure lang. Let's see if sa next update eh about naman sa SLP burning, panigurado ito ang susi para sa patuloy na pag taas ng SLP.
2576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2017 Vs 2021 on: November 06, 2021, 02:46:21 PM
For all those preparing for the last bull run cycle what makes you think that things will work out exactly as that of 2017? Many are expecting bear market in 1st quarter of 2022 if there is anything that have surprised me since stock was a thing in my life it's cryptocurrency, things might work out differently this time
I just trusted the cycle and this market, its all about risk since there's no assurance that we can make another ATH just enjoy holding or even trading on the market without putting too much pressure on yourself. This is a very volatile market, anything can happen and if you're a risk taker you can achieve more on this market. Patience is also very important, this might happen again in the next 4 years, we'll see.
2577  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What game do you prefer in gambling? on: November 06, 2021, 02:24:37 PM
Sports - Live casino or Dice
I do play dice game but seriously, I don't get any excitement on this game especially if I already bet 100x so for these options I choose and prefer more to bet especially on the sports that I love, which is the NBA. since I always watch the game and I know the excitement cheering for your betting teams, this could be more fun. Live casinos I think are for serious gambler, you must really know what you are doing there to avoid any losses.
2578  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fiat-betting to crypto+betting on: November 05, 2021, 09:58:13 PM
You could actually make differences even you do just close your eyes because you could actually spot out the differences of a centralized and a decentralize
one which it isnt really hard to tell on which is more better.
I didn't mean that I cannot see the difference, but I can't say which is better, because sometimes, everybody has a different opinion. And both have its good and also bad sides.
But for me, I prefer to choose crypto for gambling with at least some of the reasons I stated above.  Wink

That's correct, we still have the options to use crypto or either fiat, this will just depend on our choices.
Because of pandemic, I can't use fiat money anymore so switch to cryptocurrency based casinos because its more convenient now and I can easily use my crypto earnings to gamble which is more ok to me. Just choose what's best for you, and what's ore convenient for you gambling is fun.
2579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins not available on Binance. Missing something? on: November 05, 2021, 09:37:37 PM
There's no wrong about this and its pretty normal since Binance is not the only option for them and many tokens are also not on Binance. You have to ask the developer of that token if they have any plans to get listed on Binance since it requires a lot of works and paying a huge fee on Binance might be the next problem, so confirm this to them.
2580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which one are You ? on: November 05, 2021, 09:09:40 PM
Casual Social Gamblers
These are like Social drinkers who take alcohol on special occasions. These kind of gamblers prefer gambling as a way to have fun with friends. Winning is not the ultimate with these gamblers. They allocate fund and enjoy using it.
This category fits for me, I'm really enjoying playing occasionally every time I got a free time since gambling is really not my passion and I'd rather trade than to gamble all the time. I see this as a risky market to deal with so spending lesser time is a good option for me to stay out of it and prevent from a possible addiction.
