2561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Choose altcoin for trading on: July 25, 2017, 08:39:06 AM
When I intend to pick altcoins for trading in the long term usually I will pick the coins that already being accepted in most of the marketplaces. ETH, ETC, Digibyte, LTC, Ripple are some coins which is in my concern.
2562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: best altcoin to collect? on: July 24, 2017, 03:50:03 PM
i read this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=137.0
pizza for 10,000 BTC
and it came in to my mind what if i collect some altcoin right now..
because maybe someday price can be better than now..
im panning to keep it for the next 5 years or more and lets see what will happen..
what do you think what altcoin is the best to collect?

Buy all the very cheap altcoins today! And leave them for 5 years or more. Who knows one or more of those coins will make you rich later. Digibyte is one of my suggestion!
2563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: July 24, 2017, 10:41:11 AM
Do you gamble for fun or for profit?

I gamble for both. Because i do really want to gambling because it gives me entertainment when it is boring and ofcourse im after the winnings. I think there is no person that doesn't want to win right? so i really want to win profit. hence i play gambling because it is fun and i can earn here although there is a risk of losing too.

Yes I think all gambler are want to win. I know they say a lot that they gamble for fun, but in addition to looking for fun, they also want to win. It is impossible if they do not want to win. So most gamblers are those who are looking for those two things

Yes most of the players will play gambling to get both fun and profit. But if they do not make profit they will just enjoy the game they don't take that loss serious and addict to this gambling. But some people will play only to make money this kind of people are addicted players the reasons may be different for all players, but they will not enjoy the game they only enjoy when they win money in gambling.

People who did gamble just for fun will never risk the money that they can't afford to lose. I mean, when they lost, it won't give them a bad impact for their daily life.
2564  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies and bet fraud on: July 23, 2017, 11:13:50 AM
Fraudulent activities were not found with the gambling websites. In my opinion, majority of the gambling websites are trustworthy compared to the investment opportunity available through different websites. Some websites have gone bankrupt just because of the unsuccessful management and technical development. Based on this fraud in betting with cryptocurrencies never happens.

It's about the possibility for people who can influence the outcome of a game to fraud it. For example, when player A meet player B in tennis game. Player A bet against himself with cryptocurrency and he makes himself lose the game. The possibility for this fraud is higher now since the emerge of cryptocurrencies. I bet it already happened but we and most people didn't notice it yet.
2565  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: July 23, 2017, 07:07:54 AM
My worst mistake was depositing money to a dice site I made after hard work of months & then did all in & lost.i felt very bad at that day

Did you deposit all your hard earned money in a month? That's a bad decision. It's better to use 10% of our income or less. Even though we need extra money, gambling should not be a solution.
2566  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to spot a gambler addicted? on: July 22, 2017, 04:41:49 PM
It's very easy to spot. Someone who plays with every penny they have on gambling and someone who plays gambling every day.

Yes, people who always come and try to always come to gambling places to try their luck would be the correct definision to describe addiction in gambling world. People who got addicted to gambling usually will spend most of their time just for gambling. They tend to ignore other activities in their real life.
2567  Economy / Gambling / Re: DiceMax.com || Jackpot || 0.99% House Edge || Instant Withdrawal on: July 22, 2017, 09:47:55 AM
Has anyone tried this website, it looks promising to me. The zero btc free roll looks cool but with my experience when you play free rolls you always end up winning big jackpots. I believe that is just marketing strategy to attract people? Like I will feel wow I'm winning a lot lets put the real money into it start playing real deal. Is it like that. Anyone tried out please quote my reply. Thanks.

When we play with free rolls ( bet amount = 0 ) there's no pressure in our mind. And of course this will be very different when we try it with real money. Afraid of lose could change anything during our gambling actions. And there're still plenty of variables that could halt our luck while gambling and most of it usually come from our own mind. Remember gambling is like a fight against ourself.
2568  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: July 22, 2017, 09:17:30 AM
I see no point in using analysis in gambling. Gambling is primarily created for pleasure, and then for a possible win in case of luck. The analysis is appropriate for trade.

Even in gambling we still need an analysis. We did it but maybe we don't aware of it. When we pick a team to stake our money for example, I bet we already make an analysis in our mind, it goes on naturally. Although in gambling luck is everything but I guess no one will risk their money blindly.
2569  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: July 22, 2017, 07:30:35 AM
I always play for fun ,made good profit from just faucets

Your journey will be ended soon or later because most gambling sites already made new rules regarding faucet. They will ban users who play only with faucet!
2570  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it worth using bitcoins anymore for gambling ? on: July 21, 2017, 11:05:11 AM
i think there's should no issue about your bankroll management even bitcoin value keep fluctuating because your base is your bitcoin money
so you can still manage the amount of your bitcoin to bet and you can still enjoy the only thing that i'm thinking is when you are buying bitcoin
so it will be hard when you buy it with high value and withdraw it when the value fall down.

But the real world value isn't in bitcoin but in fiat. When I wish to use that money I would eventually be converting it to fiat and will be risking volatility to destroy my bankroll or perhaps make it more. But either way, it becomes a gamble.

Nowadays, 0.01 BTC could be a good amount if we converted it into fiat. The other challenge comes to us, whether we will convert it now or hold it till some period of time. As you said, this become new type of gambling for us. But for myself I prefer to pick the middle way. Convert small part of our bitcoin and hold the other part for future use.

As the price move up significantly, I saw a lot of gambling sites, sportsbooks for example, already adjust their min betting to reflect the price changing. Hence, this shouldn't affect our money management.
2571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN][BCC]- Bitcoin Cash (BitcoinABC) - Airdrop on Aug 1st 2017 on: July 21, 2017, 08:33:23 AM
what date we must take our bitcoins out of the exchangers in case of split ?

It is better to move our bitcoin from any exchanger or other places into our own wallet 24 hours before August, 1st. And don't make any transaction after it, until everything is clear!
2572  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How the future of bitcoin will look like on: July 20, 2017, 04:18:21 PM
Bitcoin will be exist for a long time no matter what will happen at and after August. I am sure that bitcoin will be the most widely used payment method in the future.
2573  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you feel when win in gambling? on: July 19, 2017, 06:23:13 PM
In doing any kind of gambling, winning is our ultimate expectation. So, when we are able to meet our expectations, of course happiness, pride and many other fun things that we will definitely feel.
2574  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: July 19, 2017, 05:26:33 AM
Yup, to really stop gambling you need a very strong personality and ability to control yourself, as well as avoiding anything that can trigger your addiction back again, Even avoiding sport TV games if you did sport betting or card games if you did poker..

Even with all that might not be enough however some people might be able to do it. Im not going to be able to do it because Im not really going to stop even with that plus everything that I have done. In the end I will still come to gamble and that is for fun not for money so I will only use a small amount for that
We manage our own destiny so we should be responsible with it, it's true that giving up is really not that easy but it's possible if we will gonna focus on quitting but everyone has a unique approach and there are people who are really weak so it will take a long process for them before the success will come in.

yes. it still up to how strong is the self control of a person.. and how strong is his focus to quit and avoid gambling.. the stronger one can control himself, the better and the easier to quit.. but those who has no self control and focus on quitting, then they are the one who suffers the  most.

Usually people will stop gambling after they experience a bad situation and hard for him to rise again with the same activity. But, honestly, to stop gambling in normal circumstances will be very difficult and each person needs his own way. A method might apply to some people and succeed, but not to others.
2575  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: July 18, 2017, 04:52:27 PM
Gambling is illegal in my country and not many in my country knows that you can easily gamble with bitcoins so if I get caught while gambling or if police catches me gambling and if people around me comes to know that I am into gambling then it will be shame on my part as it will spoil my image in society and if not then everything is fine.

That is why btc gaming is the best. There is very difficult to get hold of you gambling unless the police come and confiscate your laptop or pc. In real world gambling, you can even be spotted by friends or relatives and they can stabbed you at the back without you knowing.

You are right about that, there are people who sees gamblers as sinners, bad influence and would often think that gamblers are the reason why the economy of a specific country is down. It is not the gamblers fault why the economy is like that, in fact, people who thinks like that are the problem of a society. There are people who would talk about rumors from time to time and talking about productivity at work, their attitude will never be helpful.

Gamblers should not be ashamed or feel ashamed, who should be ashamed are the people who talks about others without looking themselves in the mirror first. After all, not all gamblers are addicted.

It is just the matter of how we have a different culture to treat gambling itself.
Some places have a tight rules about that and people around really respect and obey on what they have created as the rules.
Shameful is a sure thing when you live in that kind place.

Each culture treat gambling differently and in a place where gambling has been marked as a bad thing, we can't ignore the fact that if someone knowing our gambling habit then we could get a bad image and even worse.
2576  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you would win a Jackpot what would you do with the money? on: July 18, 2017, 04:12:14 PM
If you would win a large amount suddenly, like a jackpot or a lottery, what would you do with the money? Especially if the money is coming to you suddenly, unexpected, and you were not prepared to win such large amount.

Let's say you would win something like 200 BTC or more,  which I have seen many gambling websites payout from time to time. What would you do with it?

1) You would gamble with it again, trying to multiply the bet, to get even more money
2) You would withdraw the money, and invest it into some financial investment: maybe some cryptocurrency investment, maybe some fiat investment
3) You would spend it:
    A) Buy a car or a house
    B) Spend it on women or wife
    C) Spend it on your kids
4) Donate it to charity
5) Start up a business
6) Hold it in Bitcoin
7) Other

200 btc is a very big amount for me. I will never collect it in my whole life with my recent job. But, if I had it, I would keep it as bitcoin. I will convert those bitcoin to my local currency, little by little, because I do not want to attract the attention of the bank.

Let's keep that dream alive!
2577  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂🎁 12 BILLION BETS🎁Most Popular Dice & Roulette🎁 on: July 18, 2017, 12:00:19 PM
I once doubled my BTC account balance with bitsler but for their faucet its not paying well. You better play with your money.

All gambling sites are giving faucet money to try their games and not a to make a money out of it. So don't expect from any gambling site free money to withdraw every day. After trying their game then you have to play with your money to check your luck. But remember in gambling losing chances are more so don't over spend which you can't afford to lose.

If the presence of faucet is just to test the game, why does the faucet's value always increase every time we reach a certain level? 100 or 200 satoshi will be enough to test the game.

If it's to reward active users then there are some better ways than faucet.
2578  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: July 18, 2017, 11:19:48 AM
Of course Im playing with my profits. But in the end if i made 100 from 10 and lose it, i count that i lose only 10, not 100. Because my initial bankroll for the game was 10. Everything up or down is just temporary numbers, until you hit the withdrawn button Cheesy
For top to drill , this is the nature of Gambling, what will keep you losing 10 usd every time is the belief that you can make again a 100$, so better take my advice and don't let your greed overcome your need.
That's how it's going to challenge you because it's really that hard and it's somewhat a guilty thing to do because you have already made it that far and you didn't withdraw. That is where people lie their minds into and making them a whole lot of thoughts that they should've just withdrawn, that's just greediness for you.

yups greedy thats the point
Maybe my advice if when we play you can call your friends for just to remind me if im make profit just telling you for cashout
Lol, do you think our friends will come and stop us and tell to withdraw our winnings? Here many gamblers are not interested in exposing their gambling activity in front of their buddies. So this and all not work out just control your greediness then only you can save your money. To control your greedy, you should have patience while playing gambling.

Gambling is like a battle against ourselves. Against our ego, against our greed, etc. Only people who keep follow their own rules that they already set before came into a gambling place who will survive.
2579  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: July 17, 2017, 05:02:48 PM
Gambling is for me for fun, not expecting to win anything. So, if I want to try to make profit, I invest although some investments are similar to gambling Smiley

As long as our investment money remains secure, I mean the sites we trust to accommodate our investment money do not cheat on us, investment will be a better choice to pick.
2580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction. on: July 17, 2017, 04:08:52 PM
Why is someone get addicted to gambling once he gamble ?
In my own opinion people get addicted because of gambling. Because they are experiencing a good winning that will make them greedy when they are playing. Gambling is really addictive because it has a relation with money and enjoyment that all the players will make gambling as a habit.

Yeah, the chance to get easy money through gambling will always there to attract people to always come back to gamble again and again. Even though there're already a bunch of bad stories regarding gambling, but  that doesn't reduce the number of gambling addicts. The numbers tend to increase over time especially after the presence of internet and cryptocurrencies.
