2561  Economy / Economics / Re: Filecoin Foundation Grants 50,000 FIL to the Internet Archive on: April 05, 2021, 02:58:20 PM

I hope this charity isn’t the same as what I’ve encountered once in my life.  When you’re there, you would see why people donate funds to charity. Simple, they just had to choose from the two options.

The first option is to use that funds to pay massive tax. And the second one is to donate it to a charity for it to be more useful/controlled.
However,  some might donate not because they want to help, but because they want their money to be cleaned. Charity is one of the best ways to do that.

Anyways, good to know there is a coin like this and it will probably help those poor people who suffered from starvation.

Yes, regardless of the intended intention, we are still happy that there is some kind of support for internet maintenance.

But it would be nice if the donation was allocated to the general public to ease the burden when there was a pandemic, isn't that a very good idea. so that the crypto world will be heard across the country. Has anyone in this forum taken the initiative to raise funds for people in need, in the form of unlimited crypto donations, then donated in collaboration with trusted charities. funds in exchange for basic foodstuffs, an amount of money and other necessities.
2562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie finding his way around crypto investment on: April 04, 2021, 05:59:18 PM
The question is, when you decide to invest $ 200 in vechain and harmony, have you done your research on those two cryptos first? or you just get carried away by Fomo which grows just because the price has shown an increase. doesn't that look more dangerous and have a high risk.
it is better to prioritize learning the crypto you want to buy rather than going with the trend. because it is not a good choice in investing.

do not rush, you will not be left behind if you think more carefully about making decisions.
2563  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Am I right to understand that this trading strategy is a very bad idea? on: April 04, 2021, 05:16:08 PM
One thing you need to remember is that there is not one bad trading strategy, but rather improper use and a lack of overall understanding. Strategy theory has the methods and characteristics of its application if it is applied to a certain type of trading which is suitable.
It's simple when you don't really understand the whole trading strategy so try to take another trading strategy that you understand in detail.

sometimes any trading strategy will be effective if it is used by those who are good at implementing it optimally.
2564  Economy / Economics / Re: Filecoin Foundation Grants 50,000 FIL to the Internet Archive on: April 04, 2021, 04:57:52 PM
I am very happy to hear that filecoin has a very noble purpose, where it supports future generations to be closer to cryptocurrency and every access to the internet will always know what crypto is.
as far as I can catch from the quote above, that in this way filecoin has contributed in describing the support for the preservation of the internet which is increasingly growing. Do not forget the remarks by Internet Archive developers as if giving new hope that other cryptos should be able to provide an example like that of filecoin, without internet access all coins cannot be known throughout the world.
2565  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Marvel featuring Bitcoin!!😀 on: April 04, 2021, 04:33:53 PM
Well, with such information we can see that BTC is implementing the anonymity flawlessly.
Although I don't like them using BTC to hire assassins, on the plus side, BTC is gaining popularity.

with this sentence I feel I do not know the information. Is there any information that actually shows the assassins paid with Btc? or you have a different analogy. We hope that Btc is not misused, although as a payment method it is possible that this will not happen
2566  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm afraid of the crypto craze in Korea. on: April 03, 2021, 03:31:17 PM

Price of bitcoin on their local exchanges is getting more expensive which is actually bad for the rich people there since people can register on those exchange can make profits from those price difference. Crypto market has no borders so everyone who is having money can invest and reap their profits.

however, the amount of money invested will be the benchmark for all the benefits that will later be obtained. so in investing in crypto, when we understand all the flow of price movements, then the nominal money that is ready to spend to invest has become a benchmark that will later count the amount of profits that will be obtained.
2567  Economy / Economics / Re: Russian vs foreign companies on: April 03, 2021, 03:13:13 PM
The government wants to track every single device that's being owned by their citizen. That's just the same in China CMIIW, that they can track every single device there but without even installing software because they're into the hardware which is being produced in their country. And why others are worried about it because they do it to track and sees it as national threat for other countries because they can do surveillance through those devices.

as I have said above, and in essence it is done to control movement which is considered a suspicious action.

That's the pattern, and I think Russia had a plan like this from the start. where full access can be controlled. No wonder the war between the allied nations has shown each other their superiority.
2568  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Marvel featuring Bitcoin!!😀 on: April 03, 2021, 02:58:40 PM
what a very extraordinary appearance. I am amazed that the film industry is looking to bitcoin. It's surprising that the Marvles studio class isn't interested in bitcoin. and in my opinion the possibility that in the future movie players will be paid using bitcoin? I hope so, because in that way Bitcoin is increasingly friendly with public figures, especially actors in super hero films.
oh yeah, btw have there been any new films released by Marvles studios that have aired in theaters?
I want to buy a ticket with bitcoin (if I can).
2569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about yield farming? Is it Safe? | Have you used Yield Robo ? on: April 02, 2021, 04:27:43 PM
At your own risk, your consequences will depend on how the risks have been considered. as far as expected funds are locked and it makes you feel like it's taking a long time and waiting for the results. Not many feel for if the project ends up investing let alone a newcomer. so you must be able to consider the risks that will later make you lose the locked funds.
2570  Economy / Economics / Re: Russian vs foreign companies on: April 02, 2021, 04:11:09 PM
and other points that are deliberately not published is to control actions that would threaten the defense of Russia. I think this is something that is not surprising, considering that Russia has ambitions that are not far behind what all powerful countries like North Korea want to do. which access will be automatically controlled by the internet service authorities in that country. regarding reasons to compete with Apple and the like, it is done so that the Russian community does not feel suspicion arising. and certainly this aims to fully control the internet network and detect suspicious traffic.
2571  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm afraid of the crypto craze in Korea. on: April 02, 2021, 03:42:39 PM

Just like how it's been.. since forever? Tongue

We've been through such hype cycles in the past, and like it or not it will happen again some time in the future. Some people will make money by holding long-term, and some will get burned by buying the top and panicking when it goes down temporarily. It's unfortunate, but that's how the market works.

This hype has sparked a very common perspective among cryptoners who are just starting out in the world of crypto. We are very concerned that they have to compete with large institutional owners in the country while bitcoin prices are soaring and continue to target six digits this year. it is inevitable that we will see a bubble that will only get bigger in the coming year. bitcoin is not favoritism, anyone who is able to survive in the long term, be prepared to enjoy the benefits at a later date.
2572  Economy / Speculation / Re: JPMorgan sets Bitcoin Target to $130K Predicting Strong Institutional adop. on: April 02, 2021, 03:13:28 PM

But we all forget that there are still retail investors or traders, which is also very important to keep the ecosystem in check. So it's a balance between institution and retail investors that will fuel the massive pump to six digits this year. So for me, they also need to consider ordinary and average joe traders/investors.

Small traders and investors are an important element in the growth of bitcoin today, because many of them are massively spread even within one minute of each transaction block filled and very significantly dominated by small traders and investors. So I really agree that from all aspects of bitcoin development, all elements play an active role in growing a non-stop transaction system.

As someone who hasn't had the opportunity to be in my senior area, then I will just listen to how great people are talking about their experiences of being part of the long term residents of this forum in fantastical terms. I will read all the comments from my predecessors on this forum in order to increase my knowledge and insight so that I can be part of those who have provided motivation so that I continue to improve quality.
2574  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin wasn’t created to make you rich. It was created to make you free on: April 01, 2021, 03:02:30 PM
I hate that I cannot save money effectively because our government loves to inflate problems away at the expense of my savings... bitcoin and altcoins are our greatest hope in returning power back to working middle-class people.

your thoughts?

it's pointless to criticize the government without proving your performance. all you have to do is prove that's all you can really show. collect as much bitcoins as possible, because the government has a duty to make you doubt the results you will get, so think about it all you have to plan carefully. do the best you can. to save bitcoin without you giving the government discounted interest.
2575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: estimate gas fees erc20 token purchase on: April 01, 2021, 02:45:07 PM
thank you all guys, so if i am buying the erc20 from binance i am not paying the gas fees?

i pay it only if i move it within a dex?

Right, so you've got the right choice, haven't you?
You just have to choose from each option so you don't pay a penny. because you have to have a consideration, especially at times like now many avoid the cost of GAS if the profit cannot cover the results obtained. do not make you lose more than anything.
2576  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC was a lifetime chance and I don't think we will see a similar opportunity on: April 01, 2021, 02:09:47 PM

That's what I thought too, I mean 2013 is a good year because the prices weren't as big as 2016, no sense wallowing about the things that you didn't do in the past. The important thing is that you are still here and you are reaping the benefits of bitcoin, just be grateful because there aren't a lot of people that knows about bitcoin and yet here you are getting financially stable. I really am grateful to my friends for introducing this to me because if it weren't the case, I wouldn't be able to buy the things that I really want to buy.

that's the point, be grateful for the current growth of bitcoin, and we can still be in a healthy state. able to contribute tirelessly. we've come a long way to get here. then you will really not get anything if you are not grateful. because many people out there still want to know bitcoin but no one guides them. and we, as active players who still interact with bitcoin, should provide education related to bitcoin in the way we understand it so far.

So far, we are very grateful to have received great benefits from bitcoin, buying a house, getting married, having a vacation and most importantly all for the intervention of services from Bitcoin.
2577  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you use locktime for hodling? on: April 01, 2021, 01:53:20 PM
locking bitcoin for future planning is an option that every bitcoin holder wants, almost 50% hope so. but for those of us who only rely on income from bitcoin profits, it is very difficult, given the many needs that even though we fulfill to survive the money crisis caused by the pandemic last year, so the impact is still felt today. so if you want to do bitcoin locking, then you already have other income options to make ends meet.
2578  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: sharply diverged expectations for bitcoin on: March 31, 2021, 03:18:48 PM
Bitcoin should have a crazy drop at some point. It can't always go up. And some early adopters will want to sell at some point, so, if a guy comes with 10,000 btc to sell them, for sure that will crash the markets.

The issue here is... we don't know when it will happen, and how deep will be the crash. Only time will show us the truth.

yes although do not know when a drastic decline will occur or rather a collapse in prices. but hopefully this doesn't turn out too badly. because we always don't want to be at the point where the bitcoin price falls, because that causes many to make an excuse or an attack that makes other crypto industries even more destroyed.
2579  Economy / Economics / Re: WHY IS INFLATION IMPORTANT FOR CRYPTO? on: March 31, 2021, 03:02:45 PM
with the combination of flexibility and stability bitcoin is a very strong reason to avoid inflation. more precisely, it is a protection against a slumping dollar. thus a limited supply makes bitcoin more than gold, albeit by its limited nature. therefore the essence of flexibility is much more profitable without any third party interference.
2580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are your Two Outstanding Picks till the end of this Year??? on: March 31, 2021, 02:32:57 PM
Altcoin price volatility is triggered when the trend wants it to take the stage. so I always have the option to pick up and throw away. except for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and also BNB. these three will always be the most favorite.

It is undeniable that part of the portfolio for altcoin I dedicate to Polkadot and tokens that are under its network .. we all know, the growth of altcoin which today is being rumored to compete with coins of the same class as Ethereum. and I'm sure they can gradually achieve their goal of being in the Coinmarketcap ranking for quality in the market.
