Do any of you fools actually pay this spammer for his plays?  Lmao

yes I have customers and how am I a spammer? this is my thread Smiley

No need to indulge this fool.  Looks at his account and post history.  Registered today and 4 posts, all flaming a certain sports book and betting threads.  Obviously a butt hurt individual who lost money and now wants to complain and rain on others parade

I think I will pay the fee, or possibly try to work something else out as my betting budget is pretty low right now.  I was thinking about something along the lines of 10% of all proceeds for the month, obviously if I don't pay at the end of the month, just stop sending pics, but I think my trust ranking shows I will.  If your interested in something along these lines please let me know, I only bet about .01 btc per game right now, so at a pick a day that is roughly .03 btc a month in commission (assuming all wins).

How many shares of AsicMiner do you own?  Are there any other securities you own and do you plan to start making payments back to people when those assets start paying dividends?
599 shares of ASICMINER.

There's plenty, including debts such as BitFunder balances, Btcquick, Ukyo.Loan, Graet.Loan, etc. (Graet claims he will repay 1% but has missed the deadline). I do not expect any cl loan returns. ASICMINER is one of the few remaining that might pay out some BTC.

You said that the collateral at coinlenders were those shares of asicminer, as well as other securities.  Do you plan to pay people back as dividends start to trickle in?  Would you be willing to transfer those shares to a third party who can start working out someway to pay people back in proportion with dividends?
You said that you expect to pay back about 25% of lost balances based on price from then to today.  That means if AsicMiner is able to return 1 btc per share, either through dividends and/or share price, you can effectively pay off most of the remaining balance, minus the people who have already settled.

2566  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: September 07, 2014, 09:56:00 PM
BlackArrow is a competing ASIC manufacturer in the same way that a high school baseball team has a chance against the New York Yankees.  This sorry excuse of people have scammed over and over and are constantly looking for new ways to take people's money.
Look at Alex Sovu's history of mail fraud.  You can find many counts where he has ran into trouble with the law, and Blackarrow is no different.  Before Bitcoin, they sold card readers that were designed to steal credit card info.  There are even more counts of this happening than legitimate uses for this product.
BlackArrow then decided that the perfect evolution for their company is to scam in the bitcoin world (and why not?  With no charge back risk and being tucked safely away in China, you can't be touched (or so he thinks))  So they designed boards based off of the Bitfury chip.  These boards were made with inferior quality products (which was contrary to what they said they would use) and many parts had to be replaced, by a third party, on the customers dime, because they would catch fire. (remember the fire issue, because it pops back up later.)
So after scamming, lying, and cheating on the bitfury boards, they decided to create their own chip.  They used the BFL excuse that they had learned invaluable lessons from their previou experience, and that there was no way they would miss their February deadline, and in fact, told customers up until early February that they were not only on time, but ahead of schedule, knowing full well that they had not taped out the chip yet.
So, after releasing that they would be delayed by 2 months, and telling everyone that they would compensate accordingly, they finally received the chips in early June and said that they would be able to get working out the door in the next few days.  At this point, it gets kind of repetitive, as they miss the new target dates of shipping units, and start to just push that date back further and further, attributing the reason for the delay to anything but themselves and their own incompetence.
So fast forward a few months and it is now September.  At this point, a few units have shipped and a few units have caught fire at customers homes.  BA has now told everyone that they must not run their miners, until a fix has been found, which has been at least a week now with no word on the matter.  Looking back at the history of BlackArrow is a long history of lies and deception towards customers, as well as insults thrown at customers and punishing them by not shipping units if they complained at all.
To their credit, they did decide to give some compensation to customers in the form of more hashpower, not enough to make up what was lost, in fact, barely a drop in a 500 gallon bucket, but these units were supposed to ship with customers orders, which has now been moved, just like refunds, to when all original orders are shipped, and they refuse to tell when that may be.  So, extra units are coming, but once they arrive, it will cost more to run them then they will make in bitcoin,  People who were told they were getting refunds are also now getting units shipped unknowingly to them, and having them arrive in lieu of  refund.
BA said they completed their data center months ago, and there is strong evidence from insiders who claim that BA has been mining with the equipment before shipping to customers.  BA has denied this statement, but the evidence is mounting against them, and is very hard to believe that they would rather let that datacenter sit idle next to their mounds of unused chips.  I think we all know and agree that they are self mining with customer equipment.
Now, BA states that they will release a 14nm chip.  Out of all of BA's lies and deceptions, this one probably takes the cake.  How anyone would believe it possible for them to acquire a foundry for a 14nm chip when they will be considered new on the market for chip makers such as Intel is laughable.  There is no possible way they will get foundry time or design time for this, or their scrypt, chip.
Lets imagine for example that they do get this chipped produced, whose going to buy it?  They have screwed over every customer they have, and then laugh at them in the process, while making additional revenue and selling customer information to third parties.
This company is such a sick joke that allowing them to continue or giving them exposure like this is a terrible thing to do.  To quote one of the phrases that they have said to customers, "Asshole Detected".

Is it possible to add a search function to the sports betting?  I would like to type in a teams name and have it take me to their line.

Also is API access available or planning to be made available?

Excellent questions, we are in the process of adding a search function and believe this is an excellent idea.  Our lead programmer with the API information should be able to respond to this by Monday.  What would you need the API for?  Thank you.

I have some teams that I like to follow, but they are from different sports, so it would be quicker for me to be able to use the API, and gather the teams I like in one place rather than go from sport to sport and find each one.  Also placing bets through the API would be nice as well.
2568  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: September 06, 2014, 09:34:07 PM
There is no way they will provide any more compensation.  They obviously have more time as they are deleting posts now and banning people from their website, yet they still can't ship squat.  So yet another fail by this company.  People are being too compliant with what they are getting, why would they give anything else?  They can continue to run it all in their datacenter and make tons of money off of everyone who paid for that equipment.
2569  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: September 06, 2014, 09:33:53 PM
Well well well...absolutely no surprise there BA.  You guys are the biggest scam artists of them all, hope you had fun mining with people's orders, and are just now planning to send them out, while offering people shit comp.  Always remember karma is a bitch as you will never receive another dollar from any one of your customers that have previously ordered from you, oh wait, yes you will, because they need PSU's for your shitty product since you didn't announce how to hook them up with ATX PSU's.  SURPRISE!
2570  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: September 06, 2014, 09:33:41 PM
Depends on what power cord he was using?  Has he stated what it was rated for?  The X3 should not use a power cord that is less than 15A 120V for Merican circuits.
2571  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: September 06, 2014, 09:33:27 PM
HAHA they blocked my IP address, and now when I try to go to their website, I get a page that says...
"Asshole Detected!"

They actually took the time to create a webpage that directs certain blocked people to that calls them assholes.  This has reached a new level of funny, I will definitely be TOR'ing around this in about 2 seconds and defaming/spamming their emails once again.
2572  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: September 06, 2014, 09:33:16 PM
I am sure they didn't send a cord with the unit, as they are scum bags and even though they said they would try their best, they just decided to say fuck it and proceed without even trying.

As for the 15 amp cord, that is more than enough to handle the load the X-3 should be using.  So the problem then either lies in the PSU or the data center cabling.  Unfortunately, since they are scum bags yet again and have yet to release any way to hook up a standard ATX PSU, like they said they would, trying a different PSU is currently not possible.  I also highly doubt it has anything to do with the data center wiring.

Where to go from here, unfortunately I can't think of really any move forward.  It doesn't seem like BA has any interest in helping their customers figure this out, and even if they did, their level of incompetence would likely require at least 2 weeks to find a solution, then who knows how long to implement it.  The issue definitely seems to be within the unit, but without hooking up a kill-o-watt meter, it could be any number of things in the actual unit that is causing this.

Perhaps you could pressure BA really hard to send you another power supply to swap out?  Swap the new one in, and try it again.

David, reposting screenshots is bad forum edicate, and makes you seem like an asshole for making people scroll (not that you need anymore help).  And I would never post any details of orders I have through you guys.  Although it is funny that I am currently providing more support for your fire hazard products than your company is.  Care to continue to troll?

Hey, btw, I will bet you any number of bitcoin that you want, that you will neither have a scrypt chip within specs by the end of this year, and that you will have a working 14 nm chip by the end of Q2 next year.

Well you always see it with these type of people.  They have some complex about them, and when they fail, they can't admit they are worthless and instead must fight, tooth and nail, to the very end.  Which in BA's case will be a fiery hellstorm either brought upon by their worthless miners catching fire or court action.

Doog also actively discouraged people from betting if they had a problem, to the point of locking their account.  He had support and help information if someone was addicted, and cared about his players.  I do not see that from state lotteries, and they involve more then a two person operation.  What I do see from state lotteries, is big billboards in poor areas.

Poor people are so fucking stupid.

You see it in Arkansas all the time. Someone buying food with the EBT card (food stamps) and then yoloing all their money into scratchers.

Pisses me off that we are paying for these worthless humans to eat and they are blowing it making some legal mob rich.

agreed, I know its off topic of the thread, but things like this just piss me off.  My fiancée has 2 sisters who claim they don't have enough money to raise their 2 kids and save more retirement (we have tried to convince them to put away 100 dollar per month).  Yet they go out and drink and party on the weekends, spending outrageous amounts on alcohol at clubs and then spending $150 ish a month on cigarettes, then they try and blame society and the government for holding them down.  Just pisses me off that it will be me, (most probably my retirement savings) that will be paying for their retirement, which will probably include heavy smoking and drinking.

At least they don't gamble.

Can anyone report on interest so far?

I had .25 btc in there for the last couple of days, but that does not seem like enough to break the .0001 mark, not sure if it adds more decimal places and just doesn't show it?
I now have over 1 btc, waiting for interest from today.  I will update when the interest comes in.

If your so confident in your products BA, why not bet me on their release?  I have already posted my offer in this post...

There is an offer that, if you really believed in your products, is a chance to make some easy quick bitcoin for yourself.  If you want, I can pool everyone here and come up with a really big amount of bitcoin that we could collectively pool to bet against your next products?  So come on, for once in your miserable life, stand behind your products.  If your not even willing to take that bet, you obviously don't believe you can deliver on time, yet again, and it should be as easy as that as to why no one will ever give you another dollar.

Since you guys posted what you allegedly believed was my dox, I will do the same to you guys...

Alexandru Ion Sovu is a Romanian scammer running a fraud of a business by the name of Black Arrow.
Find their personal info here:

Btw, I have already started submitting that page to promotion websites, so hopefully soon, we will see that on the top pages of Google, would be great if I could get that up to the number 1 place right, good thing I only have like 8 or 9 years of SEO work, shouldn't be too hard for a no name key work like BlackArrow.

Btw, you banned my work IP, still can get to your website from my home IP, also a simple TOR at work gets me right around your page, hooray I can still read all the people flaming your sorry asses on your own forums.

You have my address now, looks like it is...
FUCK YOU
Lame ass liars and thieves
bitches, MA 25342 Hong Kong
Please go to the police with that information

Also I don't see any death threats in there, just wishes, which is not a threat.  Once again, the geniuses at BA can't tell their asses from a hole in the ground, or an X-3 from a fireplace/junk yard.

So there is undeniable proof that BA was mining with hardware.  An independent third party, with nothing to gain from calling them out, tells his story about how unethical they are and what they are doing, and yet, BA still denies it!  How stupid/low can you be?  No one believes your sorry asses!  Perhaps you have had problems with the X3 backplane and those were real, but you have been making bank with customers equipment mining with the X2 for months now.  Exactly as we all guesses/imagined.  You all really are the scum of the earth, go back to Romania and die, whoops there's another death threat.

I will be reposting all of the posts that got deleted a little later.  Thanks for the free bump, you would think that after like 10 rounds of deleting and reposting, you idiots would be smart enough to stop bumping the posts that make you look like shit.

Dude, warn people who could possibly be drinking something before making something that hilarious.  I almost spat Sonic shake all over my monitor at the last line, "Customer's fault for not remaining on the line."

Btw, very good posts with the exact steps that people can take.  Now we just need people to do that and we could get something going.
