Actually, Bayern Munich must be very contented with his performance in this season so far and they wouldn't like to lose him easily. If this news is really true, then Bayern Munich wouldn't let him go just yet. Lewandowski is one of the very special striker in football history. I believe that he will continue to score so many goals in a season for a few more years. And Bayern Munich wouldn't like to give this scoring power to one of their big rival clubs too. But let's just wait for now. I still think that he will leave this summer.

Arsenal found some important chances to score against Liverpool but wasted all of them generously. And this caused them to lose the match by a score like 2-0 in Emirates. What a disappointing result for Arsenal! They were doing very good in the league before this match. They were on a five-win streak but it ended by this match. Liverpool were so focused on winning the match and closing in on Manchester City much more. And they achieved their goal as well. Being only one point behind them should be feeling very exciting for them.

El Clasico is the main event this weekend. And I'm just looking forward to watching it this time as both teams are having a great time in the La Liga recently. Hopefully, we are going to watch a solid performance by each one of the teams. Real Madrid can seem as the advantageous side as they are going to have a home match. But in El Clasico, there is no certain favourite. As both of them are doing good now, I believe they have nearly equal chance to win. I wonder if Barcelona's new game plan will work against Real Madrid here. I would bet on both teams to score I guess.

Arsenal - Liverpool match is a really hard-to-predict one today. Because we can't overlook Arsenal's big effort in the recent times also. They have improved their performance so much that they are really believing that they can finish the season as the fourth team in the standings at least. Liverpool must get ready well for this match. They are still the favourite side to win this of course. As Arsenal don't have a top striker now, they can have big problems on scoring against a team like Liverpool. But I still feel like both of them will find at least one goal.

Here we are. Atletico Madrid have officially eliminated Manchester United by winning the rematch in Old Trafford by 1-0. It was out of my expectation from this match because I was favouring Manchester United to make it. Now I'm really sure of one thing that Ronaldo won't be staying here after the end of this season. There might be a chance if they manage to qualify for the Champions League by ending in top four in the Premier League. But I don't think that he believes in his team too much now to be successful in the future.

Milan must be very contented with the result of the Torino - Inter match last night. I assume that even they also were expecting Inter to move on without any point loss here. But Torino's getting ahead first caused a change of plans for Inter. I was still sure about Inter to score a goal but it was really doubtful whether they would make a comeback and win. And this doubt was really a right attitude too as Inter couldn't manage to win this. They drew with Torino by 1-1 and the point gap has gone up to four now.

Arsenal are definitely the closest team to finish the season at the fourth position in the standings now. Because they still have three matches missing that are waiting to be played but they are still keeping the fourth position in their hands. Maybe there is not a huge point difference with the other close teams to them. But the most attracting point here is that Arsenal can stay ahead of them even when they have matches missing. If they become successful in those matches, I guess that they would make it. Arteta and the players are doing a wonderful job now.

Barcelona have been the most impressive team of this week in the La Liga so far. Because they completely destroyed Osasuna by 4-0 in Camp Nou yesterday. They took control of match very early and kept their dominance that way until the final moment of the match. It was like that we watched the usual Barcelona in the old times. They don't have Messi now maybe but they are still doing a great job by getting better and better in time. I have started raising my expectations from them for next season a lot.

The speculations about Erling Haaland to join Manchester City have really increased in the recent times. I assume that these rumours have a big probability of turning out to be true. Manchester City have already been very interested in signing a top striker for a long time. Their first target was Harry Kane but they failed about him. And now, the new target is Erling Haaland. Money is not a problem for Manchester City now. The most important thing is whether he will be eager to choose them over the other big clubs interested in him.

Chelsea - Newcastle match has been continuing quite competitively. The score is still 0-0 and it is halftime currently. Bookmakers thought that Chelsea were the favourite club to win this match highly but I didn't think like that actually. Because Newcastle are one of the dangerous teams these days. They have improved their performance a lot and this reflected on their form lately too. I don't think they will give up in this match easily. Chelsea must make a bigger effort to be able to win by a decent result. Or Newcastle can even make a surprise.

PSG defeated Bordeaux as it was expected from them. They didn't have any difficulty against the last-placed team of the league. And among the matches that are going on right now, Strasbourg - Monaco is the interesting one to me. It is halftime now and Strasbourg are still 1-0 ahead. They are one of the attracting teams of this season as we are seeing them being close to top four now. And if they win this match, they will capture the third position in the standings transiently.

Yeah Villarreal are one of the strong teams in defense. And I'm confident about one thing that they won't give up until the final whistle. This can be their biggest chance to reach at least the quarter finals in the Champions League. We don't see Villarreal in this tournament very often in the end. And big teams should always watch out for this kind of teams as they have nothing to lose. Hence, I think that Juventus will focus on keeping a 1-0 advantage if they score first. I don't expect them to play fully attacking in this.

I added both teams to score for the Manchester United - Tottenham match into my parlay and it won very easily. I watched the match relievedly after that and I must admit that it was really exciting. Both halves of it were amazing to me. Manchester United fought so hard for the win and Tottenham answered them by the same effort too. But at the end, the Red Devils were the winners by 3-2. Ronaldo did a spectacular job by having a hat-trick in this one. It reminded me of the old Ronaldo.  

Juventus were definitely impressive today. They didn't have a tough opponent maybe but their performance was the most important point in the end. And it was delightful also. I liked especially Morata's performance by 2 goals. He is not much of a solid striker normally and he doesn't score too often at the same time. But he was the star of this match undoubtedly. If Morata manages to become a consistent player, he can play much better actually. But I don't think that he will be a player like that anymore.

I wouldn't like to see Pochettino as their new manager honestly. We watched him at Tottenham before and I can't say that they were the best then. And I don't expect him to be successful with Manchester United also. Conte is very unlikely to me because he newly joined Tottenham in the middle of the season. Why would he want to leave now? He is doing quite good with Tottenham now. So, maybe the Ten Haag option would be the best among them as a result. He has done great with Ajax so far. Maybe he can continue at Manchester United like that too.

Nice had a really bad day against Montpellier today. Nice got a red card and this started bad things for them. Montpellier were already a dangerous opponent and this incident helped them get stronger in this match. And they really could have won the match too if they weren't too bad at scoring. Nice still secured one point in this bad situation. And now Marseille will be targeting to have the second position in the standings. But they will have to defeat Brest by a big goal difference to do this.

Firstly, I'd like to appreciate Real Madrid's incredible effort even though they were in a bad situation after PSG scored another goal. They didn't give up on the match even for once and got a well-deserved quarter final ticket. And among the approaching rematches, Manchester United - Atletico Madrid is the most attracting one. The first match ended in a 1-1 draw. Manchester United might seem to be a little more advantageous because of playing a home match. But I still see them equal. They have the same chance for the quarter finals. But if I choose a side, I'd continue with Manchester United.

Something is going wrong about the Atletico Madrid - Cadiz match right now. Atletico Madrid should have been able to dominate the match from the start but it doesn't seem that way now. Cadiz found more goal chances and equalized the score before the end of the first half. They got rid of the shock of an early goal easily. I believe that Atletico Madrid must make double the effort they made in the first half. In the other case, it seems hard for Atletico Madrid to win this match. This is one of the easiest fixtures for them normally.

Bayer Leverkusen's match against Koln home could be a good one too tomorrow. First of all, I don't think that it is an easy one for Leverkusen. Koln are not like a team that can be underestimated easily. They are one of the strong middle-placed teams of this season now. And actually, they are in the competition for the sixth and even the fifth place also. And Leverkusen are trying to keep their place among top four teams. But to keep this up, Leverkusen need to keep winning. It was important for them to get that point against Bayern Munich last week. And this time, I think they will win somehow.

I think that the most impressive match tomorrow is Manchester United - Tottenham. And this is surely going to be a very competitive match also. Tottenham have seemed to be a more consistent team in the recent times. They won their last two matches in the Premier League. And they scored 9 goals and conceded 0 goal in these matches. This is a really insane form for them and this should be aiding them to compete with Manchester United in Old Trafford in a great way. Manchester United must get prepared fully for this match and keep one fact in mind that Tottenham defeated Manchester City in Etihad not long ago too. If I make any bet on this match, I'd prefer both teams to score.
