I think it will keep being popular and in fact it would be more useful than now, because you could use it as a stable storage of wealth instead of just speculation. Bitcoin became very popular because its price began to grow rapidly. Many people wanted to earn money on this. If the price of bitcoin is stable he may lose in popularity. If he keep bitcoin in exchanges wallet of course bitcoin belongs to exchanges owner, but if he keep bitcoin in offline wallet whereas no one knows about bitcoin then bitcoin will disappear.

I think 100 years is too long and hard to predict so I have to say bitcoin will not last up to 100 years, the thing that can make bitcoin can last up to 100 years is a country that legalize bitcoin same like fiat.
