2581  Economy / Economics / Re: Is TERRA/Luna kickstarting a new Bitcoin Standard? on: May 12, 2022, 08:21:24 PM
In general, it is difficult for the price to return to $1, so unless something unique happens

The fact is that they cant save both Luna and UST, either way one of it needs to be sacrificed and as of now all Luna holders are basically taking the damage for all those minting

I think that the price of both TERRA and UST will go to zero.

Probably not, $0.00001 or something like that perhaps

At the current depreciation levels, it will theoretically take luna only 4 days to reach the levels of inflation the Papermark has managed to do in two years in the Weimar republic.

35b of Luna was minted just today, wonder how many will they mint for the next few days. Well depending on how the whole crypto market will be tomorrow, if the entire market is tanking then they might mint as many as twice of total supply

Congratulations to this customer who got a huge 1000/1+ Acca!   Cool Cool

The player put a sneaky $20 on what he considered to be a high scoring round, and he nailed it!

Jesus, how the heck did he even nailed this !. Normally people that goes for this type of bets would bet on those tier 2 tier 3 league because some people seems to have additional 'information' about some score fixing or some sort but heck he even included Liverpool and Barcelona on his bet. While most people are suffering from bear market, this guy is literally slaying the bear with this bet  Roll Eyes
2583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 12, 2022, 03:10:20 PM
City on the other hand is a team that plays with style and aesthetic, so they like to pass around and show talent, kind of like pep's Barcelona 10+ years ago. This combination doesn't seem like it's ideal, I would rather see a striker that is a bit more quick with the feet type, like suarez but younger version for example.

That also exactly why City decided to sign him. City passes are pretty accurate most of the time so they need that extra player upfront that would be able to get the pass then scored it so Haaland is one of the best players up for the task. Pretty much like prime RvP, if the other players can put up a pass to him then he will definitely score the goal
2584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 11, 2022, 10:51:48 PM
I still can't believe that Manchester City acted very quickly and signed Erling Haaland.

City has shown interest on him ever since Aguero decided to leave but they didnt get to sign him back then and aside from that, there isnt that many top club that would be willing to sign him off by giving him decent amount of weekly wage aside from Real Madrid but it seems Madrid would be putting Mbappe as their top list for now so yeah its pretty much as most people predicted that Haaland would go to City
2585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: May 11, 2022, 09:41:53 PM
City needed four points to win EPL trophy a win and a draw is enough to seal it.

Why do you think that they needed to force their luck by getting a draw while they can win both of those last games? There isnt that many differences of goals between Liverpool and City so if somehow they get a draw or worst case scenario, lose a game then Liverpool will have a solid chance of catching up. Obviously that would be foolish to not get 6 points especially when they no longer need to compete in UCL
2586  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: May 11, 2022, 08:03:13 PM
Seems like they are really that putting that much focus or emphasis with their NFT rather than on their Casino but actually i dont see any need of it but it would be better if they would balance everything.

Probably trying to grab the golden chances on NFT because as of now there isnt any other thing that they could add to their site already and also most other sites havent been putting their interest on NFT's ecosystem. They pretty much have almost every slot providers on their site, integrated sportsbook as well and most likely is the most generous site in term of rakeback so they are pretty much experimenting in NFT right now

Wondering on what that  NFT PvP looks like but if this is something that havent been seen on the market then this one would be interesting.

Yeah most likely the 1st to have this feature as well

I’m surprised too when I saw this news tht Ceb is back since this will not gonna be good for OG because they will adjust again there play style to synchronize with Ceb or the other way around. Ceb is good but Misha is already comfortable to play with his team mates so we moght see an adjustment on OG games on the early stage of the majors.

Its an unfortunate stuff that normally happens nowadays especially when either of the players are Ukrainians or Russians though

Anyway lets start the day 1 with a 'fun' parlay because honestly I dont know which team to bet on during the first day, any shitty things could have happened either way in this 1st major

Took 6 combo bets parlay which consist of :

Boom vs BetBoom = BetBoom +0.5
OG vs Beastcoast = OG
EG vs T1 = EG
Beastcoast vs BetBoom = BetBoom
Team Liquid vs Thunder Awaken = Team Liquid
Fnatic vs Team Spirit = Team Spirit

Of course this is the mechanics of the loan under the assumption they are never going to sell.

Yeah under the assumption that they are never going to sell because Saylor has a 'plan' for it but that falls off under the category that if bitcoin isnt tanking. Kinda love his enthusiasm to dismiss all those FUD because if somehow if they are forced to sell those bitcoin, it would be major bloodbath probably the worst that we will ever see in crypto space history
2589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: May 10, 2022, 09:03:04 PM
Liverpool 2 - 1 Aston Villa

It's been a very difficult game for liverpool to score more goals, I get annoyed every time liverpool misses the opportunity to score goals, luckily we're already winning the game, but we need one more goal to calm down,

Guess this didnt happen huh but in the end, its still 3 points so its enough to atleast keep Liverpool in title race although honestly at this rate the race is pretty much over already. Gotta hope that City lose their next game but thats definitely not happening and even with the same point, City is currently still taking the top spot

Oh well, I got a bet on Liverpool -1 because I thought they would have dominated Aston Villa but I guess I took the bad timing to bet on handicap

Yeah, really hype about NFTs.

Makes this casino change from Casino to NFTs project ~XD, Damn, we missed the gambling post on Rollbits. Also promotion for gambling activity not just for "NFTs" topic ~XD they need more active in social media.

I see their twitter account, not really making a significant update.

Now that you mention it, it seems they have tweeted new teaser for the next feature. Quick scan, I noticed that the last one before the newest tweet was on 29th April but they added new changelog on 3rd May in the discord channel

I included the link to the tweet as well, just click on the image.

As for gambling promotions, yeah it seems that they are lacking abit promotions compared to some other competitors in this forum
2591  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: May 10, 2022, 03:13:04 PM
enjoy some profits by selling these rollbots and take extra profits they will serve to the holders like free bets and rakeback on each bet with some percentage so this is the thing.

Everyone was so hyped about this NFT and most people are actually already getting profits out of these Rollbots by either flipping it or keeping it for additional free bets + profit share.

Anyway, here is the 5 floor price for Sportsbot currently

Most people are currently selling the most basic body trait below 1k right now due but some of it actually comes with decent amount of free bets despite that its low in profit share so perhaps some of you guys might want to pick some up to get some free bets  Tongue

I really think Cristiano Ronaldo should not stay at Manchester United because he doesn't have too much time left in his career in my opinion and he should take his decisions wisely and not emotionally.

Im not sure what you mean by this but he literally have won alot of trophies throughout his entire career and even if he leave, he still needs to find another club that wants him to be the part of their plan. That of course has to come with a decent chance for him to win something next season otherwise there is no point to move

I think Ronaldo still have higher level for Primer League team and scored 18 goals one season as best performance just happening with their team with bad performance. I think if he has chance with another team like Manchester City I think hace chance for Cristiano Ronaldo scoring more than 18 goals in this season.

Exactly this and not to mention that he is a 37 years old player so that is something. Aside from that, this is his first season back in EPL compared to the top two scorer that has been playing in EPL for a while
2593  Economy / Economics / Re: El Salvador close to default? on: May 09, 2022, 09:52:14 PM
- the bitcoin bond, the bond that would fund building a city, another lie. The actual cost was 11-15 billion, and half of that billion would go into purchasing bitcoin. Now, if you don't have a brain-eating bacteria affecting you, why would you sell your coins, and buy Salvador bonds so that they can use them to buy bitcoins?

This exactly but they are not the only one that offered this kind of bitcoin bond or some shit and even Mirostrategy offered almost similar stuff as well. That kind of bond are actually targeting people that havent had any bitcoin and some people just dont seems to understand what it means to keep their own bitcoin thus this kind of bond feels about right for them

Bitcoin doesn't need Bukele and it doesn't need Salvador's approval, bitcoin needs people that use its strengths for their own needs

Yeah it doesnt but thanks to Bukele fiasco by making it a legal tender, most of the people now know that bitcoin is not just a digital coins that serves no purposes at all. Its basically free advertising of bitcoin to the entire world and Its all good
2594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: May 09, 2022, 08:34:21 PM
Definitely City already have the advantage as they have managed to score 5 goals against Newcastle, their goal difference has improved and now even if Liverpool beat Aston Villa, City will still be in first place.

Well actually both teams have the same amount of games left to be played so even if Liverpool win their next one, City needs to lose or else the gap will still be 3 points. At this point, Its harder for Liverpool to win the EPL rather than trying their chances on UCL so this race is pretty much over for Liverpool as I dont see how would City lose their last 3 games of the season
2595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: May 09, 2022, 04:38:25 PM
PSG won the series but the handicap ended up busting early due to another bad draft in the first map.

Didnt take any bet on this series because it seems pretty weird. Aster won 2-0 on the previous round against PSG.LGD then somehow they were beaten  3 straight games on the Final

Guess I'll wait for the Stockholm Major to bet

Anyway, look at the current DPC ranking

Just like that, PSG.LGD is most likely going to qualify for the next TI without even having to play against another team from the different region because they dominated the CN region. The minimum points to qualify for the last TI was 800 points so yeah they should be pretty much getting the tickets on their pocket already
2596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 08, 2022, 10:23:55 PM
There is no doubt Pogba is good talent and any team will be happy to have him in his team with now next month he is going to be free agent most chances he is going into some big team like PSG or Real Madrid because these both can handle him without any problem

He is decent and he might actually fit in PSG because thats a club where you can take things easily in there. He is not the player that would give his 120% to win the game, he plays with decent effort and thats it but on top of that he has huge wage tag on him so I wont be surprised if he somehow move in to MLS because he doesnt get a decent offer from some teams
2597  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Mortgages Let Homebuyers Keep Bitcoin, Put Down Nothing on: May 08, 2022, 04:06:47 PM
Volatility is going to be very big issue in this regard. The problem is, they may accept the crypto down payments at the given rate of exchange value but the value could be drastically going up and down

If the price drops then they are going to ask you deposit more coins as the collateral and at some point they could liquidate it if it keeps on falling. Imagine giving away your coins as collateral and they could liquidate it, its a bad idea to begin with anyway but hey some new guy in crypto space are probablygoing to dig this but majority wont

If the price goes up then they probably wont return part of your coins back to you until you made a full repayment on the mortgage  Roll Eyes
2598  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Mortgages Let Homebuyers Keep Bitcoin, Put Down Nothing on: May 07, 2022, 10:46:33 PM
To account for the volatility, Milo will ask the borrower to put up more crypto or cash if the crypto-to-loan amount drops below 65%. If that figure drops below 30%, the company liquidates the assets and stores them in U.S. dollars.

Everything is pretty much okay until I read this. So basically Im giving them the ability to liquidate my coins because of the volatility huh. If anything, I'd rather just liquidate it myself at higher price point rather than having somebody else do it for me. Well atleast you can use your coins as collateral for real estate and it actually means something though but definitely not my type of bread

There may also be parallels with Elon Musk using his tesla stock as collateral to buy twitter.

Its not the same, in this case his name as well as his presence is good enough to be a collateral  Roll Eyes

What a circus LOL Erik ten Hag, what have you done? You're gonna fight for relegation next season 😂

Damn I hope we dont lol. I thought we are going to win after I knew that Maguire wont be starting today lol but it turned out to be as worse as usual either with or without him. I had my hopes up on this game because we've recently beaten up Brentford and bet a decent amount thinking that its going to be another easy 3 points dang

On another note, Its a draw for Liverpool and Tottenham so I guess this pretty much ends the title race ? I dont see how City would lose their remaining fixtures especially after they are out from UCL so this is pretty much all there is left for them.
2600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: May 07, 2022, 07:37:36 PM
No strong midfield presence which is why they conceded so many goals. Seriously they really should remove all the players. They just let their opponents put pressure on them and conceded so many goals. They need some good defensive midfields who can win ball and also are strong at keeping possession as well.

This is the 5th consecutive losses that United had in away game and this is basically the worst season so far. Liverpool trashed us 4 goals weeks ago but it was Liverpool and they are having the best season so far but getting trashed by Brighton is just sucks. So this is literally why the bookies are putting great odds on United to win, it was around 2.5 lol and I took that bait

To be honest, I would have preferred Ole to coach the team I guess. Rangnick is not fit to be part of the team ( good thing that Ten Hag is going to replace him next season ) and it just sucks to keep on losing when you know that the team's capabilities are far higher then what Brighton's teams are.
