According to this site https://explore.duneanalytics.com/public/dashboards/WzHaGtSUTDCS9gNValxy7AVqTGkYSsIntgaxaMZl  presale still in progress? I try to buy dia on the first minute of bonding curve but the interface is really hard to understand not a user friendly even if you read the instructions how to buy and too much gas needed for some many conversions I spent almost 0.1 eth just for nothing lol in the end I decided to pull out my weth and bought on exchange.

Sorry for your loss, mate. I don't understand how this bonding curve works. What significant does it have from the same token trading on Biki exchange? Is there a price attached to the bounding curve sells?
2583  Bitcoin / Meetups / Re: Nigerian Foremost Bank to host Blockchain Technology and AI Webinar on: August 06, 2020, 04:54:02 PM
I've checked this bank out, and it seems that it's indeed the biggest bank in Nigeria, so the event is big and positive news. One thing is some noname bank, but if we're talking about the most important bank in the country, this could have serious impact. For one, if this bank is interested, it would motivate other banks to get involved with Blockchain as well. What might be sad is that it might embrace Blockchain but despise cryptos. And given that the webinar is both on AI and Blockchain, I doubt there was a lot of time devoted to cryptos specifically... In any case, one webinar is not enough to understand the situation fully. I hope we'll hear more about this bank soon.

It is indeed the biggest bank in the country but its lack of human bankers-customers effective communication and nonchalant customer relationship flaws its strengths. They wouldn't discuss cryptocurrencies in detail as it is actually swindling customers away from using their services they would rather advice people not to invest in cryptocurrencies causing feuds amongst those who were able to watch the webinar till the end.

The whole ideas of crypto adoption is to render a selfless service teaching people who are eager to learn through different seminars hosted by individuals who are ready to teach and inculcate a depth knowledge into the audience, I don't think a Banking institution would want to host a webinar discussing what benefits Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general have.
2584  Bitcoin / Meetups / Re: Nigerian Foremost Bank to host Blockchain Technology and AI Webinar on: August 06, 2020, 03:45:31 PM

Probably yes! But let me tell you that it has nothing to do with Bitcoin or even cryptocurrency! Nigeria is one of the most tech-friendly countries in entire Africa, but I don't think the banks are welcoming cryptocurrency to come and play on Nigerian soil, yet! The only relationship here is with blockchain technology which can live and thrive with a cryptocurrency associated with it - because it is a database only.

I hope you have joined the zoom call, so what's your take on it? Is it anything related to bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency? Did you hear a mention of cryptocurrency in the webinar? Let us know!

As fate would have it, I disconnected my zoom app from the podcast 20 minutes into the discussion as most of the things they were talking about doesn't interest me and no mention of Cryptocurrencies or bitcon as their key facts in the subject of discussion. I don't know whether to term it a bait to lure Crypto Enthusiasts to be part of their webinar or not.

Scammers are very intelligent and always think ahead of people;. How could they bypass the 2fA authentication? The deed has been done already we just have to be wary of these petty scams going on a daily occurrence with the hope of enriching us with ×4 of our pennies.
2586  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible to live without banks? on: August 06, 2020, 11:06:09 AM
I think, for now in buying and selling transactions around us are still using fiat currency so that the existence of a bank is still needed. We might be able to live without a bank with condition that everyone knows and uses the crypto currency for payment.

If we need fiat to accept cryptocurrencies payments and make other local utility bills and other transactions; we outrightly can't live without banks in existence because we need banks to print notes and curtail some certain individual transaction that has to be fraudulent though banks and bankers are fraudulent as well.

First bank is always very innovative and captivating when it comes to technology; hoping to attend the podcast and I find it interesting. It is less than 10 minutes to the webinar already. Lemme get my zoom set up.

Significantly you're been spied by a certain company either by the USA(Google) or the China (Huawei).  So how could one be able to use social media apps houses by Google play services?
2589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum-Forsage on: August 04, 2020, 06:46:15 PM
I read about this somewhere and it seems like a multi level marketing not an investment that gives quick returns except you get down lines as much as you can within short time.

This makes it more dubious and unreliable. It is a Ponzi scheme designed to only enrich the first elites and make the last investors to cry for their hope and wail to death.

We have so far  witnessed how the AMA conducted on Sunday went smoothly, the CEO is such an outstanding person. Full of enthusiasm the project will definitely achieve its roadmap and make the best out of the Defi market and even compete with great DEX already existing.
congratulations because AMA went smoothly but my question is, where can I get the token details? because I saw in front of someone who asked that but there was still no answer

There have not been any information about the token as the admin of the telegram always says information regards that will be rolled out in due time. Let's keep our fingers crossed for when it due for its release.

I have the same issue I am not able to upload my gif. Yeah I believe maximum size is somewhere over 2 mb. I don't really know any services can someone help me with a service that can resize gifs?

Most times newbies can't upload an image maybe in your case it's because of your rank.

2594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: African bitcoin ATMs on: July 29, 2020, 09:09:11 PM
Great list by OP; the adoption of Bitcoin and blockchain has a lot of interest in the African community and it is been seen on several centralised exchanges and even on the forum how Africans are embracing the technology.

Wow! So, South Africa leads the pack? I was thinking either Kenya or Nigeria.
I too was surprised, but in term of trading volume, Nigeria has the largest. But, more bitcoin ATMs will be installed in Nigeria. About Kenya, it is clear that South Africa has a higher trading volume. South Africa has the highest number of bitcoin ATMs and the first was installed as far back in 2014.

I don't think the numerous ATMs installed in SA are as a result of trading volume and mass adoption, it could be how those who own them were welcomed with open hands by the south African government. Reverse could be the case with the Nigerian government as we witnessed how they tried to ban Bitcoin back in 2018 using the CBN to regulate unnecessary rules and laws. As times goes on and much more adoption is been done many others will be installed here.

2595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: July 29, 2020, 06:04:22 PM
Well, the reform is going to be hard but it needs to happen.
Messi is now very important and strongly bonded to the whole team, maybe more than the manager of the team. But the change needs to happen... Barcelona needs to sell him for their own good...

Barcelona needs to learn how to play without Messi so getting rid of him at this early stage before it gets too late will be better for the team and him. But the question still remains valid and very important have they been able to find a perfect replacement for him yet?
2596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: July 29, 2020, 03:46:54 PM
@EdenHazard I'm trying to quote you but the whole work is messed up. You can't judge any team by the few matches they played in after the break. A lot of these players had fears withing them, they had given up already. Let's assume Barcelona would be Aston Villa without Leo, Madrid felt the same impact of Ronaldo's absence in the first season, I'm glad they've restructured their team with the help of Zidane.

I go with the ideaologies of those who believe strongly in Barcelona's deform when Messi leaves; it's a bad thing to build your entire team on a single player. He has since been there for over 15 years bossing the whole team, let's see how things unfold for them in the coming match against Napoli.
2597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: July 29, 2020, 02:48:36 PM
I think Messi's refusal to sign a new contract is because of what's happening at Barcelona and he needs change. If the management and owners of Barcelona want to keep him, then they have to put those changes in place. This is similar to what happened with Ronaldo leaving Real Madrid back in 2018. However, This isn't the first time that Messi has been rumored to leave Barcelona. It's always settled at the end of the day. It would be interesting to see Messi play in a team other than Barcelona but I'm not sure we'll see that happen.

Maybe at the later stage of his football career currently all are just gimmicks to keep the media fed with information and keep the fans glued to the news too. I don't think Barcelona would be fit without Messi, his demise from the club will cost them a lot we've seen that in most of the matches he couldn't feature in. So, even if it means increasing his salary ×2 of the current earnings they would risk it for him.
2598  Other / Meta / Re: Huge donations to bitcointalk on: July 28, 2020, 07:51:22 PM
I guess you OP you though of the donation is only for the mods and upper devs, you just can't believe the huge amount it received not thinking about the expenses they need to manage the forum.  Besides that is where mods are getting paid, they have job and it's not easy to maintain the forum's quality and credibility so why not donate some? @theymos is presenting the website's expenses every year, you might just want to look for those. Thanks to those people who have donated  Wink you guys are pretty awesome and supportive.

What if the donators get tired and do not donate anymore, how would the moderators be able to be paid?

My people, I dey always cool to dey around you, I wan ask your opinions about something.

In the local board, I wan great two similar topics

1. Crypto ATMs in Africa
2. Crypto ATMs in Nigeria

For now, na one dey Nigeria, and seem like not to create a thread of such for Nigeria, but I dey also think, the earlier the better if we dey talk details about it from scratch now. Nigeria support crypto and possible the number of ATMs will increase.

Should I create a thread for only crypto ATMs in Africa, or, creat for Nigeria too.

@ CryptopreneurBrainboss, Upgrade00, nelson4lov, Mpamaegbu, BIT-BENDER and all of us, I will like your opinions.

Creat am e fit give every African joy as no be only Nigeria the thing dey.

I've got a pretty strong digestive system, and I've only been poisoned twice in my life. Once by a hamburger from Burger King, and once by a crab sandwich in the City of London when I was working for the stock exchange. I've got a nice piece of steak, so I'm going to cook that as an alternative. I'm really interested in the blue light though, and I want to find out more about it.

You're lucky to have such a strong immune system that fight off every poisonous substances. You can watch this documentary I found on YouTube.
