2581  Economy / Speculation / Re: LOOK BITCOIN IS GOING UP. on: May 28, 2016, 12:57:28 PM
Yeah, I just checked the price when I woke up, I was pleased to see the price flirting with 500$. It's great to be right again. It was just soo fucking easy, just buy and hold, and around the halving the price will go up. It was literally that easy, but morons wouldn't listen, but then again, that's why we buy and holders will be filthy rich in a decade while the rest cry.
2582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: European Football Championship 2016 on: May 27, 2016, 03:01:28 PM
Germany is always a favorite. Other classic favorite contenders are France and England, and lately Spain, post 2008, they became a worldwide force. Spain is the only country to ever win two consecutive Eurocups, and also three straight major tournaments (Euro 2008, 2010 World Cup and Euro 2012). This is pretty damn impressive... I wonder how many years will it take for any other country to make that feat.
Unfortunately, Spain performance in 2014's world cup was very disappointing. I hope that they are back for this Euro so the competition is more exciting.
2583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: LUCK!!! :) How does it feels? on: May 27, 2016, 02:57:30 PM
Did you ever got lucky in gambling and betting?  In gambling it will be a great memory to be smiling at if you got the lucky jackpot.  In Sports Betting Luck is minimal it is a kind of chance tosser to back your analysis and comparison for a decision. Usually you need luck when its gonna be a tight match it is like a head and tales result.

Luck in gambling and tight match between two sports team are separate things.Gambling involves luck, yes completely.Taking an example of head and tales game ,there is no logic involved in how a coin is tossed ,provided coin is tossed fairly, meaning if  a head is tossed with upper side ,in 4 rotations only head will pop up again. The basic science.Sports betting is not luck based,if you have precise knowledge in games you can probably predict the results .

Indeed, sports require skill, and gambling is raw luck, but with the example you have put, I have seen some pretty skilled people in making a coin flip a certain way... they may train a million times to launch with a certain force. I once meet a guy that was able to do this with a dice, he won me each time, I didn't knew wtf was going on. I inspected the dice we were using, and it didn't seem to be tricked. I don't know he did do it, but he won me 5 out of 5 times..
2584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / When you print something, the files you print get stored somewhere u dont know? on: May 27, 2016, 02:53:30 PM
I was wondering about making a bip38 encrypted paper wallet, but I have the worry of the QR codes being kept somewhere during the printing process, maybe in some kind of temporary file that I don't know of. I want to be sure that I completely delete the file that has the private QR code from my hard drive, so I will use the program called Eraser. The problem is, I don't know if when you print something, the file you are printing, like I said before, gets stored temporarily in other folder, or something like that, or even on the hardware of the printer? somehow. But I doubt it, my printer is a pretty old HP one, so I doubt it has the ability to store stuff.
I hope my question makes sense, if not then I can try to rephrase it.
2585  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to spread the Bitcoin in Social networks? on: May 27, 2016, 02:42:41 PM
Bitcoin is famous among BTCtalk members Cool, I would like to know! What are all the ideas to spread the bitcoins in Social communities like, Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp and etc... Please share your ideas chaps....

There's not much you can do beyond posting informative links.. if people don't know what it is, it doesn't mean if you start saying that you will give people Bitcoin, they need to know what it is to be interested. Without something like changetip, we can't directly tip people over other social networks. Im sure they all will natively end up accepting Bitcoin in the future.
2586  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins in Steam coming soon... on: May 27, 2016, 02:33:51 PM
Doesn't seem like it to me. They never showed much interest in having Bitcoin, and they could have already implemented it long time ago. Where's the screenshot on reddit from?

A lot of people where skeptics about Steam accepting Bitcoin and as we can see, they have been proven wrong. When the next big mogul starts giving hints into the direction of a Bitcoin acceptance, the skeptics will also be proven wrong again, and what's worse, will be late to the party again. I guess until Bitcoin isn't accepted in every store in the planet, a lot of people will still stay in the denial stage.
2587  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Often Do You Check Your Bitcoin Wallet Balance? on: May 27, 2016, 02:31:54 PM
I try to not check it too much because I become addicted to it, it's like constantly checking your WhatsApp on the smartphone, it's just a stupid act that is a very repetitive pattern that takes away time to be productive. So I know how much BTC I own in my mind, I don't need to constantly double check if it's still there, when the point of Bitcoin is, it's the safest way to store wealth ever. I still check bitcoinwisdom way too much tho.
2588  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin at $475 on bitstamp!! on: May 27, 2016, 02:28:11 PM
It was very predictable, so I feel really bad for those that fell victim of scamcoins promises, instead of just buying and holding Bitcoin. The rise is just unavoidable, its impossible to not improve your wealthy by buying and holding Bitcoin, it always goes up. If you used ETH to get some extra BTC then congratulations, but if you are still holding some hoping for it to defeat Bitcoin, you are up for a harsh awakening. BTC is still cheap at under 1k, so I would buy as much as possible before it's too late.
2589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: LUCK!!! :) How does it feels? on: May 26, 2016, 05:23:45 PM
Yes, I've had some really lucky strikes in the past. I don't consider my self a lucky person, so when I have luck it feels like the best feeling in the world. This is why a lot of people become addicted to gambling. They want to fell all day that sensation of luck, which creates the repetitive pattern of constant gambling and stupid risk taking.
2590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: May 26, 2016, 05:20:40 PM
Lots of gamblers start by having fun only, and then once they lose, they want to take revenge on their bad luck, by betting again hoping for good luck, this is where the pain begins, since this means you are an addict and will keep on gambling to ridiculous levels. If you are prone to addiction, never gamble.
2591  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10k???? on: May 26, 2016, 05:17:47 PM
Sooner than a lot of people predict, we'll reach 5 figures. I think a lot of people that will sell as soon as we hit 1K again, will become extremely depressed once they realize the magnitude of their mistake, best case scenario it will only cause depression, worst case scenario, suicide due missing out on massive gains.
2592  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: May 26, 2016, 03:48:01 PM
governments simply aren't interested in incorporating bitcoin. they can't deal with the fact that it is something they can't control. paper money will stay at least for another 10-20 years.
Paper money is going to stay for another couple of years because it is going to be a whole process to make everything digital. I think that it is going to be different per country because not every country can afford it.

Paper money will always survive and it will always be used by majority of people and bitcoin can never take over paper money in future too.

No, paper money will be gone in a decade. When asked, Christine Lagarde said that she doesn't believe cash will exist in 10 years, so do the math. We are going to a society with no physical cash, this is why Bitcoin will be worth thousands of not millions of dollars a coin. I don't understand how many times I have to say this until people realize.
2593  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we should fear a cashless world on: May 26, 2016, 03:40:20 PM
There's no need to fear a cashless society, if you are holding Bitcoin that is. Bitcoin will explode in value once people realize the importance of it the harsh way. Everyone that didn't instruct him/herself to learn Bitcoin and buy when it was cheap (in other words now) will be rendered an idiot once the value of Bitcoin is understood as the only way to bypass government totalitarian control. It's then when we will see Bitcoin skyrocket to millions of dollars a coin.
2594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For any crypto-coins to have long term future, you need an ecosystem around it on: May 26, 2016, 03:31:33 PM
No coin comes close to Bitcoin. The rest of altcoins are struggling to justify their own existence, so they are limited to very niche use cases which will eventually all be covered by Bitcoin itself through sidechains. Honestly Bitcoin has 0 competition.
2595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin versus Ether: the people difference is everything on: May 26, 2016, 03:25:26 PM
ETH will never surpass BTC because ETH can never be a proper currency, since it's turin complete and this leads to endless unsolvable problems. Honestly only delusional bagholders that are waiting for an altcoin takeover are dreaming with any coin taking BTC's #1 spot as a realistic scenario. Time to wake up.
2596  Economy / Speculation / Re: may 28th dollar collapse FUD on: May 25, 2016, 06:47:37 PM
Not ETH, DAO, well, which in a chain reaction will make ETH fall too. I think ETH has way bigger chances to collapse in 28th than chances the dollar has to collapse on that day, so you know what to do. If you haven't shorted your ETH already you are bagholding.
2597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: May 25, 2016, 06:28:13 PM
If you don't have fun then that would be a problem. The only real reason to gamble is to have fun and test your luck, people that depend on gambling gains to pay the bills are fucked from no redemption, it's just a state of mind where you can't focus, you need a real job and not to rely on gambling.
2598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: David Haye vs Arnold Gjergjaj (Heavyweight box match tonight). Any sites to bet? on: May 25, 2016, 06:12:04 PM
lol the fight was a whitewash lol watching It was pretty fun but haye is clearly one of the strongwst in the current scene giving of that Mayweather glow lool

I don't think so at all. Mayweather is undefeated for 49 times, 49 men have tried to defeat him. Now David Haye has been beaten 2 times, so it's impossible to have Mayweather status, only if you are undefeated you can compare.

I hope that Shannon makes the biggest upset ever in history of boxing and makes me rich if I bet for him since the odds will be low I guess.
2599  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: May 25, 2016, 05:52:59 PM
I think that both are really far away from the real satoshi identity. But probably yes he (they are) is a "team" not only one can create and thinking all btc in one mind!

Maybe we should stop finding Satoshi. When he feels bored by the lack of news about him, he will come out to sign the private key!

we can't know. maybe if he can post something in 2100 just to clarify this aspect of "legendary" character.

By 2100 he, or if it was a team, they, will all be dead unfortunately, unless they leave some sort of encrypted, self-revealing message that has a timelock and only reveals in 100 years, but the OP locktimeverify didn't exist back then so this is not possible...
2600  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: May 25, 2016, 05:42:23 PM
I guess not, they will think a million times to do it, except bitcoin and bank side by side, but the government's role is very important here to be able to legalize bitcoin as a whole

I don't it government will legalize bitcoin, but since there are speculations and conspiracy that in the future the monetary scene, would be
cashless society and I'm thinking that bitcoin would be the currency used for it.

You cannot expect the cashless society ever in future as that seems to be impossible as banks will always survive in future too and there is no competitor to the banking system.

What does a cashless society have to do with banks surviving or not?
Cash will be removed in less than 10 years, this does not mean banks will disappear, but Bitcoin use will skyrocket because a lot of people will not be able to pay all taxes, so they will need a new way to keep working for cash, and since there will be no cash, they will work for Bitcoin.
