2581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Has Shiba Inu a bright future? on: November 18, 2021, 09:37:34 AM
Hello,
I have some questions about the Shiba Inu:

1- Is it OK to buying some Shiba Inu tokens?
2- Will Shibarium Blockchain cause the Shiba Inu pumping?
3- If I convert Ethereum to Shiba Inu, then it give me more profit?

Thank you.

You can buy some Shiba inu tokens at the current prices ( the market is down so you will get some cheap shiba inu coins) but i will never recommended to you to buy Shib tokens by selling your Ethereum investment. With Shiba Inu , there is no grantee for the future of this coin. The hype of meme coins won't remain forever. However Ethereum is a strong project and you should not sell ethereum to buy meme token.
2582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: PolkaDOT on its way to $100. on: November 17, 2021, 11:41:27 AM
polkadot is one of the altcoins that has very good potential and prospects, in addition to its increasing price, DOT has also won a lot of trust from investors so I am very very optimistic that polkadot will be able to reach $100 in the next few months,
Yes polkadot is indeed one of the potential altcoins and they are also growing,
to reach $100 doesn't seem easy for Polkadot to reach this year,
Of course we need to look at future developments and hope that in the near future we can achieve that

The way things are turning out and looking at the bitcoin price action, i do not think we can have 100$ bitcoin price this year. We may see this price in years to come as DOT has a lot of upside potential but specifically its difficult to hope for a 100$ dot in December 2021.

It will be the other way, I'm afraid. In all probability, Pakistan is going to whitewash Bangladesh. And the chances will be higher in case senior players like Shakib and Liton are not included in the playing XI. The morale is down in the Pakistan squad, but the same can be said about their opponents after their humiliating loss against Scotland. Now one thing that I don't want Pakistan to do is to underestimate their opponents. That will be a big mistake against a team that is playing under home conditions.
Pakistan played really well throughout the tournament and there is no point in having a low morale. They batted well and till the final few overs they were dominating the game. The story of Bangladesh is different, they need to build a team for the shorter format, in Test match they usually perform well in Asian tracks because they have some good spinners.

^ I don't think there is any reason why Pakistan should have a low moral well at least not lower than Bangladesh. And honestly speaking Bangladesh doesn't even have a T20 team. They just play an ever they think will do good. And they only do good in home conditions because they make their tracks spin favorable but I wanted if that's gonna work India/Pakistan as they have some good spinners too.

There is no comparison between the two teams, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Pakistan were in good form in the world cup and i can say that Bangladesh were struggling to find any sort of form. If this continues in the next series between the two teams, we can easily win bets by predicting Pakistan as a winner.

I don't understand why everyone is saying that since Australia won the toss, they have won the match. Even though toss played an important role, but Australian batsmen played really well to chase the target of 170+ runs. Not all teams will be able to chase this target in the final of a world cup match.

In this tournament, the toss played a very crucial role. It can't be denied. The majority of the matches between teams of equal strength were won by teams batting second. Even minnows like Namibia and Scotland were able to terrorize the test nations, when they won the toss and sent the opposition to bat. Now it will be difficult to say whether New Zealand would have won the match, if the toss was won by their captain. They were severely weakened by the injury to Devon Conway. Williamson batted well, but he ran out of company at the end.

Well for NewZealand Williamson batted well and Trent boult bowled really well. Other than that no one really helps their cause. Australia did well in both batting and bowling. Josh Hazlewood bowled really well along with Adam Zampa. Indian batting Marsh and Warner almost gave the NewZealand bowlers nightmare.

If we analysis the batting of both the teams, then we shall find the NewZealand batting was dominated by one man, that is Williamson and no other player have scored with the same rate. If Williamson was out early, NewZealand would not be able to make this total.  Almost all Australian batsmen played their part in the win.
2585  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When Religion and Finance [Bitcoin] Overlap and Clash on: November 15, 2021, 03:39:28 AM
I was brought up in a very religious family. I was always taught that money is an evil so we mustn't try to earn more. Personally I don't support this point of view as money is a tool to get something that you need and want. As I live in this world, I have a choice either to be poor and unhappy, or to be rich and be more happy. I choose financial freedom as it opens me and my family a lot of opportunities.

With my little knowledge, i can say that bitcoin could not be disallowed in any religion. You can think of bitcoin as another currency (replacing paper money) or another assets like gold (digital gold). Since both money and gold are allowed in every religion there should be no reason to link bitcoin with religion. I can only believe that this may be another tactic to discourage people from using bitcoins.
2586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Football Fan tokens and gambling on: November 15, 2021, 02:28:38 AM
Recently i have seen many football fan tokens like AC Milan Fan Token (ACM) and Manchester City Fan Token (CITY). Also FC Porto Fan Token (PORTO) will list soon on binance.

Do these tokens have any use cases or they are just made to collect money from their fans ? Would they be used in gambling ?

Checking these tokens in the market CITY is the highest rank football token in the market I am not a big fan of football I have no plan of investing here, these football tokens popularity owed it to football fans because these are diehard football fans, if I may recall the first football base coin or token is XFC I participated in their signature campaign, but now it's not in the top rank in the market, price and volume are going down also, there's a possibility that these football-based token could suffer the same fate.

Yes, the same i feel about these token. These days it is a hype as every club is coming out with its own token but soon these tokens will lose the value. There should be some mechanism like on every win, the club will buy back tokens etc else i don't see any reason for these token to remain popular.
2587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 14, 2021, 03:52:41 PM
New Zealand made 172. Is it going to be enough?

Everyone was saying that NewZealand should score 180 runs in order to be in a good position in the match. They have managed to make 172 runs, just 8 runs short of 180. I think this should be enough because its a world cup final and batting won't be easy because of this pressure.
If  newzealand can manage to get one or two early wickets, they will be the favorites.
2588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 14, 2021, 01:40:28 PM
Australia have won the toss and they are bowling first in the final. Does this mean that the winner of the final will be Australians as we have seen teams batting second have won more often than the teams batting first.
For NewZealand, they have to score near 180+ and also hope dew don't spoil their game.
2589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Musk the boss behind SHIB? on: November 14, 2021, 01:17:41 PM
Is Musk the boss behind SHIB?
Is there an advantage in the future? I am optimistic that SHIB's performance is as good as DOGE  Smiley
Can someone explain, thank you Kiss

I am not sure who is backing Shib token but if you need a personality like Elon Musk to backup your coin and without that you will not succeed, then its a failure as a project. The project should be strong enough to appeal the investors and it should not depend on any famous personality to keep tweeting about it in order for it to keep alive.
2590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will these coins survive 5 years? on: November 14, 2021, 12:56:43 PM
I have all of these coins:

ETH 40%
CARDANO 20%
POKALDOT 20%
TERRA LUNA 5%
THETA 15%
Avax: 10%

Are my coins going to last is it likely?

I am pretty confident that ETH, ADA and DOT will last for more than five years. Since your 80% of your portfolio consists of these coins, you are good to go. Not sure if Luna, theta or Avax will have the same hype as they have now a days.

I hope other than these altcoins, you should have bitcoin with you. Ignoring bitcoin and making a portfolio with all altcoins is not a wise act.
2591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What you guys think is Shiba Inu Coin a better investment than Dogecoin? on: November 14, 2021, 12:28:22 PM
Not one or the other of these ventures have a substantial use-case. They are meme-coins. Theoretical betting at best. I’d be lying on the off chance that I said I never possessed any. But fair a number of dollars here or there. These aren’t genuine ventures for genuine investors. And they likely won’t be around within the next 10 year.

Dogecoin is one of the oldest coins and it is still around and will continue to exists. I can't say same thing about Shiba Inu Coin. If you need to choose between the two, i will choose Doge coin on the reason that it is being promoted by Elon Musk and he is seriously working behind the scenes to make it a better crypto currency.
2592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to avoid all scams? on: November 14, 2021, 11:09:49 AM
How come when I buy meta 1500000, after succeed pancakeswap only give me 1320000

Some of the shit coin they can alter the coin in transaction ?

I am sure the value of the meta token will be very less and when you buy it on the pancakeswap, it will detect some fee in the form of slippage charges and you will get less quantity of coins. So you cannot consider this as a scam.

Yes, projects are made to scam people and common example of those are rug pulling or removing the liquidity. Too many unlocked token with the development team and project owners is another way of scam as they can dump on us anytime.
2593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Axie Infinity - A new Ethereum game similar to CryptoKitties [SPECIAL PRE-SALE] on: November 14, 2021, 10:43:26 AM
4 or 5 months are long enough and if the bear market comes, I won't be able to have break-even after 5 months. It might be longer than that, 8 months or 1 year. Bear market will be terrible for altcoins and with SLP token that can be earned from game playing, sell pressure will be very big.

There are many people who invest and play the Axie Infinity game without taking into account the bear market. Also it is very early to think about the bear market and then not invest in the game. Most people play the game without considering when they will get the ROI.

2595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: are crypto owners naturally paranoid? on: November 13, 2021, 09:11:49 AM
It seems to me that it would be safer (and more convenient) to keep your crypto on an exchange (coinbase, blockfi etc) than cold wallet. Wouldn't the odds be greater that you mess up your cold storage than a large exchange being hacked or whatever (even if they are hacked, that wouldn't necessarily mean you would lose any coins, whereas if you are hacked that's a different story). I ordered a ledger nano X but it seems that the exchanges are still the way to go based on probabilities. What are your thoughts?

I think you are a newbie and do not have complete knowledge of bitcoin and how crypto currency works. When you will get a bit experienced, you will totally change your statement. In crypto world, those who keep their money in the exchanges are actually paranoid. We need to keep our money in personal non-custodial wallets if we want complete control over our coins.
2596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain Bitcoin to Newbies on: November 13, 2021, 06:14:19 AM
My personal experience is getting to know bitcoin, because of the help of a friend who has always faithfully guided me, and always taught me to know bitcoin, he taught me about using bitcoin, he taught me about scams, how to store bitcoin, and how to sell to avoid scams..

You're are lucky to have a friend who knows about bitcoin and he helped you also get knowledge about it. When i started to know about bitcoins and crypto, i was all alone searched the google and this forum to get as much information as i can. I did not have anyone near to know who know about bitcoin. However, once i got knowledge, i did transfer it to my family and friends

Could you let me know how and from where can i disable the this interest thing as i do not want the interest to be added automatically to my account balance without my consent. This will really help me and i can use this site with ease.  Smiley

You can go to the profile tab, click the blue "disable lottery and interest" button, and then check the "disable interest" box.

I'm curious, can I ask why you'd want to do this? I'd love to hear your reasoning.

I have disabled both Interest and lottery from the profile tab as guided by you. The simple reason for doing this is that it is prohibited to take interest in our religion and hence i do not want this interest to be added in my money. That's the sole reason why i disabled the interest.
Even participating in the lottery is not considered good.

Freebitco is a site where you can earn from gambling, lottery, interests and faucets.

If you are not comfortable with these things, why did you make the account on this site on the first place ? Rather not signup on sites whose functionality conflicts with your religion.

I will only advice you to not to get too excited after seeing the toss and place the bet on the team batting second. What if the team batting first is able to make 200+ runs making it extremely difficult to chase this in the second innings. Also chasing a 170 runs wont be easy as there will be the pressure of the final.

And how many times in this tournament we have seen a score in excess of 200? It is not easy as it sounds. Especially in the UAE, overs 7-15 have proven to be very difficult for scoring. I can't remember a single one out of the 16 teams performing well with the bat on a consistent basis during this phase. It should not happen ideally, but in the UAE, teams batting second are having an unfair advantage. And this happened during both the semi-final matches. So toss is very important for the final and the team winning it will have a greater chance of lifting the trophy.

I think it was done by India once in the tournament that they scored in excess of 200 runs in the first innings. I do not remember any other match where any team scored 200+ runs. But my wording was that a score of 170-200 could be a competitive score if scored in the final.

Also doesn't the teams playing second face the same difficulty in batting from 7 - 15 overs ?
2600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 12, 2021, 09:28:48 PM
By slowing down in powerplay overs while batting first, I believe that teams will try to eliminate the impact of losing the toss. It has worked for many teams so far in this tournament. In semi final, Australia's weakness against spin attack got exposed and by considering the New Zealand's spinners' I guess New Zealand got better chances to clinch the cup. Considering batting depth and pace bowling attacks, both of the teams are equally balanced but there could be only difference in spin bowling.

There batting depth was shown in yesterday semi final against Pakistan. Despite 5 wickets down, there number 6 and 7 batsman were strong enough to hit sixes easily. Side batting second has very rear chances of winning, they have chance of winning if they score 200 or more runs otherwise it will be an easy chase. I will place my bet as soon as I see the result of toss, no matter how strong NZ and Australia are side winning toss has more chances of winning.

I will only advice you to not to get too excited after seeing the toss and place the bet on the team batting second. What if the team batting first is able to make 200+ runs making it extremely difficult to chase this in the second innings. Also chasing a 170 runs wont be easy as there will be the pressure of the final.
