I think the dev here is pretty serious with this project. Yes, you can't say that someone will not associate it with sex-related things, but that's the fact of life. But, the objectives of this project will make this one change their perspectives towards boobs coin. I don't like coins geared towards porn etc because of the slave/trafficking aspect of women getting stolen and then sent to brothels etc, but the breast cancer awareness aspect is much healthier. But I need you as a community to tell me what you think would be cool to integrate - we want to seduce all the women out there and show them the magic of crypto! Success? So to let you know - yes this project is still in a very infant stage as I had the idea around 2 hours ago and just started to write something down. It is by no means a finished coin but I think that is what is really intersting here - as you all can participate in creating it and bringing women to crypto. The basic problemSo the main idea is pretty simple. In discussions with fellow blockchainers it often came to the topic of what proof could be interesting and legitimate. In a world with so much different factettes everything seems legitimate. The other topic it also often came to was how to integrate more women in these technical topics as it seems that men are still the majority of users and members. The Idea We want to create a coin that can only be mined by women but in a funny, provocative and bold manner. Therefore these women that stand up and just do it will benefit and if it is too provocative and not a lot of women participate, only a few coins will be mined and these coins will be rare and therefore valuable. (In theory )

WE CREATE A POLL ON HERE WHERE YOU CAN VOTE IF YOU THINK THIS OPTIMIZATION OF THE IDEA IS BETTER OR WORSE THAN THE ORIGINAL (+FEEDBACK IN POSTS IS ALWAYS GOOD) IF THE POLL IS POSITIVE WE WILL MOVE ON FROM HERE OTHERWISE WE WILL DISCUSS DIFFERENT ROUTES WITH YOU POLL WILL RUN TILL 3rd OF JULY How is it done?
1) Every woman that wants to mine needs to provide a picture of her boobs in combination with a proof of authenticity. To get that the miner downloads a pdf that needs to be printed in A4. On this paper is:
- a uniquely generated number -> so that in case a woman does multiple pictures with different poses, it is harder to duplicate (every time a new paper needs to be printed)
- a declaration of age -> so that no underage people take part
- a declaration that the woman participates and understands what she does in a clear state of mind -> so that no one will be talked into taking that picture not knowing what this is used for
- a hint to the project and possibly associated charity -> to generate traction
- the outline of a finger gesture with which the paper must be presented -> we think pictures with random sheets of paper on it can be photoshopped very easily as can symbols that need to be drawn on the body. One thing that is really hard to photoshop is a special gesture as you see all the body parts that are needed for it (arms need to be bent and on) to photoshop this exact posture it would be very hard. To make it a very exact posture we draw outlines on the paper where the person needs to put the fingers of the hand on -> the idea so far would be that the women need to place to fingers on the bottom of the sheet of paper (hand behind, fingers in front) like a victory sign and hold the picture in front of their head so no face is visible.
2) The picture is uploaded and checked for duplicates in the metadata database (low res images are stored there that cant really be used other than for a rough reverse image search + for grabbing the metadata/efix) efix data is checked with other images for duplicates (same camera model and roughly same time) + reverse image search is performed to see if there is a picture with the same edges/outlines
3) If the picture passes this test it is distributed to 4 decentralized Validators (more on their incentive in Validators section). They need to vote if the picture is taken as it should be (regarding the standardization process) and if the person is real and the picture is not manipulated.
4) If all Validators agree on the authenticity of the picture it gets approved.
5)The high-res picture gets stored in a decentralized storage (probably IPFS) where only the original miner is able to access the picture in the first place via her private key. She can do whatever she wants with it (distribute it, allow coinholders to access it, and so on). A coin is generated (with hash to picture for proof -> access to low-res picture/access to high-res can be decided by miner) and will be distributed to the entitled claimers in a standardized denomination (miner, charity, validator).
6) The low-res picture will be distributed on an agreed outlet (Boobs Coin Website) for everyone to see and to review the correctness of the process in a transparent manner.Target Group - miners As the feedback to the coin was very mixed and it was mentioned that a connection to erotic branches should be avoided for this coin our idea for the first iteration of the coin is to have a very certain target group + charity.
We want to focus on feminists as a lot of these women are used to display their bodies in a bold and confident manner to create positive effects. We want to target them and give them a way to articulate themselves. This is why also a feminist organization will be the center of the first charity.
This is just a suggestion that could resolve the tension that was seen in this thread. This is also the suggestion for the first period of this coin and the first target group (read more on that in Governance). It does not mean by any ways that only feminists can join the project but rather all women. It should rather just serve as a focus field for the first period of the coin and we decide afterwards if we still see fit or if it should be changed. Distribution of Mining As already addressed before. Not all coins mined will be distributed to the miner. This opens the possibility to also incentivize and reward other parties.
We propose for every submitted picture 10 Coins will be mined.
Out of these 10 Coins the distribution could be as follows:
- 4 of the mined coins go to the miner
- 2 coins will be distributed to the charity
- 4 coins will be distributed to the 4 validators[/li
This is just a random idea for now and needs to be further developed in terms of applicability, incentives and scaling -> we already have a Mathematician at hand that could do the calculations and it would be great if you as a community could give feedback and also maybe think about possible solutions -> this will also be our first Bounty-Task -> more on that in the Bounty section. [SIZE]
Validators
We propose that Validators are awarded the license to validate only for a certain period of time. This way we offer a way to adjust for price changes in the coin price (more on that in how to become a validator) and create opportunities and incentives for future community growth.
Validators will also hold the right to take part in governance discussion at the beginning of the time period they are awarded as validators. (the alternative method would be to have that discussion at the end of each period with the old validators we need to further discuss these options and we would love feedback from you )
How to become a miner? We propose 2 ways to become a miner:
1) The first phase of this project will be accompanied by a Bounty-Hunt. During this Bounty-Hunt users can contribute valuable content in various forms and get awarded with tokens that can then be exchanged to tokens that can allow the users to become Validators for a period. If they don't have enough tokens they can sell the one they have to other members that do not have the full amount of tokens either but want to become a Validator or they can buy from others.
2) During a certain timeframe people who want to be Validators can bid on a Validator license for one period. How this auction will work and if it will be an auction or something totally different is not decided yet and will also be up to you as a community for a mayor part and will be part of the Bounty-Tasks. Our first idea was to have a blind auction for a predefined number of Validator licenses.
Bounty We think about the Bounty not only as a way to do silly things to get a lot of coins but to provide real value that is curated by the community.
We saw an approach for such an endeavor in a recent ICO (Status) and really liked the way they approached Bounties. The basic idea was to create a Slack community that every contributor joins. So you have people in their that care for their contribution and others. Then everyone who wanted a share in the Bounty had to tell the community in a post what his contribution was and what he thinks is the worth in it. These posts where only taken into consideration if the contributor got at least 5 heart symbols from other people in the community. Then the community managers took a closer look on that contributions and decided on the Bounty.
For this project we propose the same way of judging contributions as it leverages the community and creates a very simple and effective multi-layer filter.
The thing we want to do different is to set certain bounty tasks + use the whole community (not only Slack but also here in the form of Polls) to make the final decision in later stages of the filter so then the Bounty hunters get coins for contributing quality things + the decision is made by the wider community (maybe the winner gets awarded we need to decide on this but maybe it is contra productive as the decision process could be influenced because of that)
In terms of Bounty Tasks we want to have certainly have things like Social Media Bounties and so on but we also want to ask questions that we are uncertain of or dont have a solution for to the community and award quality contributions (a few of these possible question already arose in the text you already read and will also be posted at the end of this post so just for you to get a feeling)
Every quality contribution gets the Bounty-Hunter points or Bounty-Tokens that can then be exchanged for the right to be a Validator for a certain period. The threshold for these stages will be decided later in the process.
Governance We want to limit the contribution period for validators to a certain timeframe as we think that as this coin and the process behind it is in a very early stage of life it is necessary and beneficial for the development of the whole ecosystem behind it to be adapted along the way. This includes questions regarding:
- Degree of difficulty for the verification process
- Number of validators
- Possibilities to research duplicates
- Adaptations in the validator model/number of validators for the next period
- scaling mechanisms
- What charity organizations should be awarded the coins
Decision makers in this governance process should be various interest groups we have not decided yet on the exact denominations and stakeholders this will also be a part of the Bounty-Task and community voting. We propose that the following groups could be beneficial as voters: Dev Team, Validators, Community
Furthermore to secure continuous development and quality of the system we propose that we as development team hold:- A certain amount of Validator licenses without period restriction -> to always have a certain amount of insight in the process and be able to identify problems in early stages -> probably a share of 10%
- 25,1% of the voting rights in the governance mechanism so that we as a team can ally with a decision group (for example the community) in case of a hazardous party and gain the majority rights for a certain decision to secure the stability of the system
- to collect funds for the continuous development of Boobs Coin we want to collect the funds that are made during the distribution of the validator licenses (for example auctions)
Roadmap (short term and very rough just so you get the point)
NOW-End of July: Bounty-Hunt, Whitepaper, Preparation of Coin (all the smart contracts and so on), Website, Validation platform, Building connections (social media, charity, women groups)
Beginning of August: Distribution of Bounty Coins, Validator Auction, Campaigns with partner groups (feminist, women groups,
)
Mid August: First verifications and distribution of boobs coins, limited trading to see how it works (maybe 1:1 trading between women and interested buyers)
End of August: First bigger exchange and marketing campaign go gain traction and spark mining of coins Possible use cases we already have a few very interesting and maybe also profitable use cases in mind but we want to keep our ideas secret for now as this will also be a Bounty-Task and we dont want to influence your creativity (just to let you know our ideas for use cases are all non sexual and we found tons of possibilities)Open Questions especially here it is very welcomed for you to participate (these will probably be part of the Bounty-Tasks in the near future)
- Is declaration of age enough? -> I will ask a lawyer about that shortly
- What gesture should be used that is drawn onto the paper in outlines and needs to be performed?
- How should the ideation and voting during the governance phase work?
- What happens if not all validators agree on yes or no?
- What do you think about the target group or do you have other suggestions?
- Where and when should governance mechanisms be enables (beginning or end of new period)?
- What do you think about the Bounty strategy?
- What do you think about the distribution of shares in terms of coin distribution + decision making?
- What do you think about the distribution of coins for mining (mining, charity, validation) and what would be the optimal ratio to incentivize all parties? (miners, charity, validators, devs)
- Should there be a predefined coin-cap or should capping be done on the way by increasing difficulty - or maybe even a completely different method?
