261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: August 25, 2021, 11:07:38 AM

I do not think that PatBev is a "much better" player than IT, lets be serious IT had a great season followed by injuries and the fact that dude was basically kicked off the team after giving them all with injury and his sisters death, thats just something that tells you all you need to know about team owners and management. After all that IT is still a good player if he could rehab and get his minutes, slowly he will build himself to a good level and be great. I would say that give him thousand shots a day everyday from now until playoffs and you will have yourself a great shooter for lebron and westbrook to pass outside, and he is definitely a good enough one right now, just needs some reps. PatBev on the other hand is just a locker room cancer, dude is hated wherever he goes, dude is just an annoying little brat, I wouldn't want him on my team even if he was free.
Without any doubt PatBev is not a better player that IT. IT in is own is a one of the good players going around but he had some bad luck as well with those injuries and family problems. But it would be just a matter of time for him to come back in form after a couple of matches.
262  Local / India / Re: My reasoning for Pi as legit crypto. Am I too much optimistic? on: August 25, 2021, 11:03:28 AM
Pi coin is bound to fail. It doesn't have any utilities and people can mine it from mobile. It doesn't require anything special to get into Pi network. So as per the rule of economics, it would not have any value because it is so easy to get your hands onto it.

Look at bitcoin and it's price chart since inception. The harder it becomes to mine bitcoin, the pricier it has become, coupled with other factors.

I am personally sitting on few thousand Pi tokens which can't be transferred and now the team is planning to do kyc validation for all. So seriously I don't see any future for Pi token.
I agree with you with this fact as the thing is which is so easier to get cannot have any real good value. Yes may be it may come in exchanges after some time but even then it will not have any good value and it is surely bound to fail.
263  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC price VS gambling on: August 25, 2021, 02:07:25 AM
The higher bitcoin price will affect crypto gambling, but with many altcoins available on many crypto online gambling, it does not stop gamblers from using the altcoin to gamble.

Good thing there are alternatives. Fees really suck.

Just imagine recently, I'm trying to deposit ETH from an exchange on a gambling site the fees associated were 0.003ETH around $11. No choice but to convert it instead but obviously, that coin or token should also be listed on the gambling site.

Or if no choice but to face the $11 fees, I need to do a large deposit and not by batches to save fees at least.
Yes this is problem that I face too. And usually deposit small amounts and paying that much fee if I am depositing only 50 USD then I am already in loss and that mindset comes in gambling also that I need to cover those as well which may result in further loss in gambling
264  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin wasn’t created to make you rich. It was created to make you free on: August 25, 2021, 01:33:23 AM
Yeah totally agree with you, yes it was not intended to make anyone rich, it was not starter as an investment plan for the people but it has made people rich. And now many us also believe that we can also be one of those people

267  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 5 Tips for Trading from Beginner, For Beginners. on: August 19, 2021, 05:41:44 AM
Your 2nd point and 3rd point are the most important according to me because these two points made me suffer as well. In the start i used to trade on emotions rather than real facts and setting up profit/loss bar is most important as well.
268  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: August 19, 2021, 05:39:30 AM
What a test match and what a turn of events. Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah deserve credit for the first innings and Mohammed Siraj for the stormy bowling attack. For me, Brisbane tests are unforgettable, but the victory of Lord's test match, which is hard to express, the test match win will be unforgettable.

Lord's is considered as the home of cricket (similar to what Wembley is for football), and a victory there, under any circumstances is exceptional. The Indian team, has on a consistent basis shown that they can win in SENA conditions. Also, this time they had to deal with restrictions imposed as a result of the COVID pandemic. It was true that England was missing some of their big names as a result of injury, but I really doubt whether the outcome would have been any different if these players were available.
I can see that there is pure joy at the home of cricket. I admire the Indian Cricket team and their skipper for doing a miracle. Let's hope India keeps the momentum going. England will not succeed as long as they only rely on Joe Root and expect Anderson to do the damage every time. England missed out on big names, yes, but what about teamwork? England must try something at the top of the order.
India is according to me the best touring team right now in the world. They have beaten australia in australia and here in england as well they are looking the much better team than england. I think there is more victories to come for india in this series.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB to $1k? on: August 19, 2021, 05:36:36 AM
BNB as a good coin is unquestioned by everyone involved in the cryptocurrency. BNB will hit $1K in the next few years. For now, the price of BNB is already at an average of $400K. I'm sure in 3 to 4 years the price of $1K will be reached by BNB even if we look at BNB's transaction history, next year it has already been reached.
The current price of BNB is 393$ and to to reach 1k$ i dont think it will take 3-4 years it is a long amount of time . BNB will reach close to 1000 USD in one year time i think. Looking the way it has progressed in last few months it can happen even much earlier.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum and BNB on: August 19, 2021, 02:20:12 AM
you are too optimistic that BNB will reach $2000 within the next year, it's already in the 8th month, only a few months away from being left in 2021, while BNB doesn't seem to be going up yet, there hasn't even been any meaningful movement, you shouldn't be too grandiose in setting targets for BNB.
Regardless of what happens, this year's BNB will hit a price that makes people cheer. I myself also believe that BNB will hit a fantastic price if BTC hits $50K and Ethereum hits $4K this year. Why say that, because what I have observed so far is that BNB is like a coin that maintains the cleanliness of the two coins I mentioned (BTC and ETH). When they go up, BNB will also go up. I hope I'm not wrong.
if you put your hope in BNB I agree with you, there will be a spike up especially with your target of $50k BTC it's not grandiose for me, but if you hope like the others he breaks the $2k mark for BNB by the end of this year it's quite a dream  big.
No, you can't just ignore the volatility of the market. In fact, nobody thinks that BNB will reach $400 but said this year, then I have to agree with you that it was just a dream, as it was too far from happening (we only have less than 5 months to go).

But on the other hand, ETH couldn't able to reach $4k within this year, that was my take unless if there is a miracle happen to BTC that it moves and surpass the last ATH. But considering the situation now, even we can see some huge pumps still weren't enough to boost it up and reach $4k.
Yeah exactly, No one has predicted about Binance that it will grow like that within a matter of few months but i have been hearing every one saying ethereum grow since years. But BNB has grown multiple times more that ethereum.
271  Economy / Economics / Re: How many bitcoin is enough? on: August 19, 2021, 02:11:40 AM
It will never be enough to have bitcoin because everyone is racing to collect bitcoin in any way, because they know that in the future bitcoin will be far more profitable.
and I personally always try to buy bitoin in small amounts incrementally from the rest of my salary that I have budgeted after meeting my needs, and I will continue to do so as long as I can afford unlimited bitcoin and for the future of my family later
272  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you making money online? on: August 19, 2021, 02:11:01 AM
I've been looking up for opportunities here on the forum to find some good project that could lead me to financial freedom, sadly signature campaigns aren't one of those. Signature campaigns sufficient enough for us to have a good kind of living thus having some main source could do good for us. This pandemic taught me a lot about earning online by applying in freelancing. It could give good amount of money as well as experience as well.
273  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: reasons for bad trading on: August 19, 2021, 02:10:25 AM
The reason for most of bad decision in trading is greedy and not follow their own rules. Base on my experience i usualy doing good when analyzing chart. I set resistence line as a taking profit point but after i reach that and the market look like continue its bull, my greediness suddenly appear so i am not closed my position. Greed also can lead you to trade with high margin ( this is the worst trading strategy ).
274  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why newbies lose huge money in trading on: August 19, 2021, 02:09:42 AM
Newbies are underestimating the trading world making them being over confident that they have already known what they supoosed to know after learning the basics and are putting their money in line having them all out without prior planning on how they will manage on handling their funds properly and as a result instead of gaining profits, what they gain is losses on their trading. Newbies do also lack of patience as well as experience making them having a hard time as well.
275  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: August 18, 2021, 01:05:58 PM
Manchester City shouldn't have much problem against Norwich this week. It is time for them to get their first win also. Norwich seem as an easy opponent for now. Because Liverpool didn't have any difficulty in beating them. I can't even imagine what City can do against them. I feel like they will win it with at least a 4-goal difference like 4-0 or 5-1.
Yes Manchester City are the clear favorites to win this match against Norwich. This would be their first win and will get them in the points table. Norwich doesnt seem to trouble manchester city as they were down and out in the game against liverpool.
276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling or playing? on: August 18, 2021, 01:03:03 PM
I am sure most of you have played videogames of one short or another and many have noticed that may offer gambling in-game options - I am thinking mostly of Role Games and MMPORGs -  like implementing a casino or some short of fortune game. As an old example, Fallout New Vegas has an in-built game called Caravans, but you can play blackjack, roulette, etc... Newer games that are free to play or cheap to play offer lotteries that award prices such as unique or rare in-game items...

There is currently quite an effort on using these techniques in games that should not be about gambling or chances playing and some people may find undesirable. Is this going too far? What type of effect may this game on underaged players?
Yes totally agree with you, A lot of games now offers gambling in-game options and it have almost became a trend now .
It is certainly not good for underaged players because they get introduced to gambling way before their age which is surely not good for them.
277  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin current stage and price on: August 16, 2021, 12:10:35 PM
This week holds high expectations for Bitcoin enthusiasts and traders who are waiting for the next Bitcoin movement. The price of bitcoin is $39,700, which some analysts consider as a bullish momentum. We expect at lists a $45k Bitcoin price before the end of this week or a strong resistance of $43k price and the end of the week.
What are your views on the current market?
I think If bitcoin stays above $40k for a week, it's likely that the uptrend will increase. Bitcoin may fall back into the mid-range around $36k, or lower before the rally continues. So let's see how things go later this week or at least next month.
Broo current price of bitcoin is 47k USD, way above 40k and i dont see it going down less that 40k USD now and i am expecting it to cross the 50k $ mark this
week easily. It is in a uptrend and it will cross 50k usd easily.
278  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need help with trading on: August 12, 2021, 05:41:45 PM
hello community members, am new in trading and run into problems recently with trading where i almost lost all my funds. i started trading with a single token i have made x2 profits within a week when i decided to trade another coin which from my analysis the coin have great potential because of it price at that time and that was the beginning of my lost.
what went wrong and what strategy will you advice i adopt that will help me in my future trading that will give good profits and minimize lost.
your views are appreciated.

Trading is risky and we can't avoid the fact that there is no perfect trading, everyone of us experience a lot of loses in trading but we need to continue to discover new strategy to earn profit and not to lose. My trading strategy is very simple, just buy low sell high with a good coin in the market.  Trading also needs patience and try to learn the price and graph movement.
Yes if there was some thing like perfect trading then he/she would have became billionaire in few years. You can get familiar in trading by talking with people and taking their thoughts , watching some online videos can also help but really you can only learn when you do it yourself . Your knowledge will only get increase with your experience in trading.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful what you choose to invest in now, not all coins will recover. on: August 12, 2021, 05:37:20 PM
I agree with your opinion, we should always be more careful in investing. That's why I prefer to invest in the superior types of coins found on the top exchanges. although the risk is still there, but it is easier to monitor.

Easier to monitor and when they go down you still have the belief that it will recover. It is the best thing to invest in coins like bitcoin and ethereum because we trust them and we know that even when to go down we have the self belief that it will go up again.
280  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I start trading? on: August 12, 2021, 05:35:08 PM
Broo first of all get familiar with things like trustable wallets and trustable exchange. Binance would be the best for you to start your trading journey.
Start with small amounts and invest in top coins in the start until you understand the whole concept of trading , give yourself some time, dont hurry and you will learn yourself.
