Yes it is still good time to buy bitcoin now. Remembered last year 2017 month of December bitcoin reach the value of 19k$ almost then dropped below 7k$ when 2018 entered. Meaning, there is a big chance to recover again to that amount of value or more. In my opinion, No one can tell if bitcoin will be banned on Philippines. Because, if there are people who got scammed because of Bitcoin according to them. For me, it is not the Bitcoin scam the victim but the people who used Bitcoin as their front for them to get the attention of the victim. Meaning, bitcoin is not a company it is a software kind, decentralized type not centralize one. And I think decentralization is one of the reason why BSP approved to get in here into our country.

In my whole life I've never seen any bank clients testify that they became rich because of putting their money into any bank. Bank company is just keeping your money to store it to their bank then will give profit to your savings with a cheap interest only Which I cannot consider its profit.
