261  Economy / Economics / Re: When will more retailers accept Bitcoin on: October 02, 2017, 11:01:21 AM
"Japan: No Bitcoin Tax, Thousands of Stores to Accept the Cryptocurrency"

article published July, 5, 2017
https://edgylabs.com/2017/07/05/japan-no-bitcoin-tax-stores-accept-cryptocurrency/

"AirRegi is a widely used, tablet-based point-of-sale app in Japan. Currently, around 260,000 establishments, stores, and commercial facilities use this proprietary app to accept payments from their clients."

It makes sense that a transition to accept bitcoin would be underway for more US-based stores.

This could happen first to developed countries but it would take years before they implement the acceptance of bitcoin to most retailers. They have to train the retailers and educate them on how to use bitcoin in the transactions. If the retailers would adopt the knowledge it would  be easy to transact with them using bitcoin.
262  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible for the bitcoin to lose it's value ? on: October 02, 2017, 10:54:12 AM
Hi , I'm new so basically I still have a lot to learn about the cryptocurrency , but I would like to know if it would be possible for the bitcoin to start the downfall ? I mean like what scenario can happen that the bitcoin would be pushed back like 5-6 years ?
Sorry if my post is in the wrong place or it's not relevant.

Right at this moment it is impossible for bitcoin to lose its value you know why because more and more people believes that bitcoin would still succeed and more investors right now are interested to invest in bitcoin because of the high value price and the profit an investor could get in long term investment. I think it would take years or decades before bitcoin would lose its value unless the people would support other coins and left out bitcoin.
263  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bittrex or Poloniex. which one do you like to trade? on: September 29, 2017, 08:33:02 AM
We know that Bittrex and Poloniex are the most sought after exchangers.
But I want to know which one is best to trade? and I want to know why.
Thanks.  Wink

For me i would choose Bittrex because i had never used Poloniex. As of this time Bittrex has a good network i never had a problem when i am trading. And they also prompt the registered owner if someone is trying to open the account. I can recommend Bittrex for that notification for security of the account holder.
264  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Practice trading on: September 26, 2017, 04:33:49 AM
Hello im newbie and i dont have any experience as a trader. Can you discuss some solutions for my problem?

First you need to read topics here in the forum that discussess about trading. You can reasearch as well in the internet on how to do trading. So if you had read and understand the cycle of trading better yet start do the trading. It is best if you could start on a little amount and try to trade best on your knowledge and practice it because experience would teach you what to do at first and you will learn how to deal with trading and its risk. You really have to try personally for you to be able experience the actual trading i can say its a trial and error but it would be worth it in the end.
265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: September 26, 2017, 02:22:23 AM
Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?

There is possibility but right now it would be harder to replace bitcoin because of the remarkable support of the investors that lead to reach its current value now. I think it can be replace only if the people do not have trust anymore in bitcoin and people massive dump the coin. But fortunately everybody seems holding on bitcoin because as time goes by it really breaks the all time record high and for sure it would still be on top in the next coming years.
266  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: September 26, 2017, 02:08:11 AM
I just wanted to know that, what amount of risk is there in investing in bitcoins.
Right now i am planning to buy btc approx 3-4 btc and just hold them as i guess the price of bitcoin will increase in future and i will get some good profit. But i want to know what is the risk involved. Can bitcoin price decrease and is this right time to buy the bitcoin.

We cannot quantify how much risk would involve in bitcoin because the market is too volatile and anything can happen. Some of the news practically have an impact on the price value of bitcoin just like the rumors in China that devaluates the value of bitcoin but not the really much because bitcoin is recovering now. So if you are planning to invest in bitcoin now i think that would be a good decision to invest and you just hold them  and wait for the value to increase for you to have a good profit.
267  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Insurance or cryptocurrency investment? on: September 23, 2017, 09:06:45 PM
Hi, I'm planning to pull my insurance to invest in crypto for long period of time and trade a portion as well. Recently, I was wondering if I let my money sleep in my insurance for 10 years it will triple but I'm also thinking that what if at that time the value of my money is still the same as today because of inflation.

For now i choose crypto currency investment but when the time comes that i had earned enough from the crypto world i will invest as well for insurance for my life protection. It is up to you if you will pull up your investment in insurance.
268  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: September 23, 2017, 09:01:48 PM
Is it better to save money in bank or invest it online, in real estate or maybe gold?

For me both are better savings can be used in emergency fund and other expenses needed while investments could be long term short term or in kind. In investment there is a possibility to earn a much bigger profit like in real estate crypto currency etc. So they are both better just be wise on where to use your money.

270  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: you need to overcome your fear of losing money on: September 22, 2017, 12:47:44 AM
Losing is part of successfully trading. If you treat losing as part of trading then you are an experienced trader.

That is correct before we enggaged in trading in the crypto market we have to be aware and realize the things that we are going into because trading is a very risky investment and lots of people panic when they have losses. We should be calm and dont just invest in one currency so that it wont stress us too much.
271  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: September 22, 2017, 12:41:57 AM
Savings in banks Deposits in banks Property investments, such as buying property (land and buildings) are then leased or resold after some time later. Gold investment, such as buying gold and then stored for the long term. May be useful in the long run. and produce a decent and satisfactory. or farming to buy sawan and gardening and planting fruits and vegetables is a very good investment. Although a little vulnerable to failure but it could not hurt to try.

For me yes Bitcoin is a good way of investment because it value is even getting higher. Real property as well is one of the great investment because also the value goes higher as years goes by is just that real property is not liquid that you can withdraw unlike bitcoin anytime you can encash just like the money in the bank.
272  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: September 19, 2017, 06:20:24 PM
I think in the presence of bitcoin will reduce unemployment, because searching for bitcoin also requires hard work and creativity, and competitiveness in bitcoin is also high almost similar to work in the real world

What is your opinion this time?

Yes bitcoin help reduce unemployment it gives opportunity to people to earn an extra for a living. But for me this is just a side line because i am employed and i am doing this on my free time after work.
273  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: September 19, 2017, 06:11:04 PM
why so many people store their bitcoin in their wallet for a long time, whether the benefits will they get?

Come share your thoughts

The benefit of Bitcoin in storing it in the wallet for a long time is the profit they are getting from bitcoin. From the time this topic was post up to now the value of Bitcoin surge up and for sure the people who kept bitcoin for a long time already generate a very high income in keeping it.

For me kasi it is an advantage dahil may chance na para makapag invest sa bitcoin habang bumababa ang presyo nito.

276  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Is it too late if ngayon lang magsimula mag.invest sa bitcoin? on: September 16, 2017, 11:25:10 AM
Is it late too late na ngayon lang mag.invest in bitcoin or may pag.asa pa naman?

278  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: MGA PARAAN KUNG PANO MAG CONVERT AT MAGASTOS ANG MGA KINITANG TOKENS/COINS on: September 14, 2017, 06:15:45 AM
Salamat.

All you need to do is from your wallet itransfer mo sa isang exchange site like bittrex, poloniex etc. ( kelangan mo magregister) then ipalit mo ng bitcoin at pag converted na yung token mo into bitcoin you can transfer na sa coins.ph (if you dont have magregister ka rin at download ang app) then pag natransfer mo na sa coins pupwede mo na iconvert ang bitcoin to peso then transfer to your local bank account.
Magpapatuloy Kapa rin ba ? on: September 14, 2017, 04:42:04 AM

280  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earning enough with Bitcoin without Job ? on: September 14, 2017, 04:32:23 AM
I was just wondering that is it possible to earn steady income without going 8-5 hours regular office job.. I mean you got some bitcoin in your wallet .. are you the enough for living ?

another option is to regularly working on Bitcoin related trading/activites .. that earn you enough amt of monthly income ..

what's your opinion

Note: this is not for poor fellow who just discovered bitcoin or altcoins

For me maybe its possible it depends on how much we had earned already in Bitcoin related trading/activities. If I got enough Bitcoins that could sustain my daily needs for 2-5 years i think that would be a steady income already and i don't need to do the regular working hours 5-8hours a day in the office. I will just find a way to earn more profit to have a steady income.
