Does solved in GUI means that my rig solved a block? (if so, did it generated last share that confirms block or it generated valid diff share that confirms block?)

Results from my 24h with 2x 1080ti MSI Gaming X

Really enjoy using CWIgm, looking forward to future development and adding more algos (Personally betting for timetravel ^^)
Thanks for great work!

Yeah, i've noticed that CPU fan got dusty pretty soon when I have it open-air, but it could be my storage problem too Cheesy

Also guys, keep in mind- founders edition card or "blower style" are good for compact PC or small form factor PC

They are good for nothing. If you have a small case, usage of FE inside of it will kill Video Card way faster than at usual rate.

Yeah...mine are good for nothing, I should just throw them in the trash!!

Nice case, did You modify normal case by yourself?
For me I'm keeping all standard PC parts inside case, and have risers pulled out and placed on top of case to have "closed/open-air case" Smiley

It's possible to use CWIgm miner to mine on other CWI pools or it's currently locked to SIGT and DNR?
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine - Cryptopia on: August 13, 2017, 05:46:06 PM
with as high as btc is running lately im not surprised that people are dumping. gives everyone else a chance to buy cheap.
Have a same thought.
Even with recent alts crash, BTC being so high give chance to cashout (fiat prices stays at pretty same level still)

I'll be buying @ 1k sato Smiley This is absolutely crazy how miners dump the coins, they don't understand the value behind the projects they are mining.

A lot of people mining for SIGT is because at that point of time, it is the most profitable. So they just mining and immediately sell into other alt coin. They are not aiming to keep or believe in the projects. However, for those who believe in it, the true value of the coin will come eventually. So we just have to hodl.
I think that most miners are selling their coins on daily basis (which is kind of bad attitude imo) so when they notice small dump they immediately cash out all their coins making dump even more noticeable (like what we have in first two days after cryptopia lunch).
Still I think SIGT is one of the best project issued lately, so I keep all my coins to see price after second halving (I think it'd be at the end of this month?).
Maybe if price then will be stable it'd be good to hold them until full POS.
@up
Why we're fucked?
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: August 13, 2017, 05:08:14 PM
Well, last days I'be been mining DGB (with recent dump profits is still stable because of diff decrease), SIGT and DNR (because of testing CWIgm miner). Every coin gave me nearly same profit (except DNR towith odds toward SIGT). I'm thinking about switching for some time to Solaris or BitCore, but for Solaris I can't make my miners to start mining longer than 1min, and with BitCore... I don't like coins that have such small rewards , because price violence can screw all your income. With eg. DGB 1satoshi loss means around 600satoshi overall loss, with BitCore 300-400 satoshi loss ends up with 1.5k satoshi loss .

Well I think that nicehash will kill small miners profits in SIGT, at least they don't include it at start so some miners could get decent number of coins. Now I'm pretty sure that mining rewards will be halved at least for same hashrate. Hope that price could keep up with growing difficulty.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: August 13, 2017, 01:03:39 PM
For coins like SIGT and BitCore i dont like suprnova pool - Yea it's stable as no pool around, good pretty fast frontend, but controling 90% of NET hash in SIGT (like it was in past few days) is kinda scary. Not to mention that the more miners in pool, the less revenue You will get in long run. I've been mining SIGT on CWI pool and my income grew from ~30-40 SIGT per card to ~40-60 SIGT (Of course, diff matters too). Still getting little more from smaller pool, but need to count on luck factor more.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: August 13, 2017, 12:47:58 PM
Whats the average hash of the 1080Ti on this XLR algo?

The miner is showing ~80 MH/s for me at 75% power limit

this give only 2$ on whattomine... i know this site is not 100 accurate ..
Well, it's kinda accurate for now. But this coin has a really good chance to double it's value.
Same as Bitcore, you'll get around ~5coins per day by 2x1080ti. Not so good, not so bad, still income = income.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: August 13, 2017, 12:38:11 PM
Is someone mining Bitcore? What is Your hashrate at timetravel?
As for Solaris, someone can share miner that work with nist5? On sp_mod I've got 'Denied memory access error' after few seconds, alexis78 cant start at all Sad
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BitBean | Innovative PoS | Scalability | No IPO | No premine -New Dev Team on: August 10, 2017, 11:08:06 PM
How often weight is updated or what is a maximum weight imput could gain?
My 20k Beans is sitting on 5567 weight from few days.
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Where are you storing your miners? on: July 26, 2017, 03:02:48 PM
I'm storing my miner in my parent's basement because of low ambient temp (cards run ~55°C), however I'm adapting one storage room in our family company to make small (up to 10 rigs) mining facility.

Power cost is a biggest deal here, I've got something around 0.10-11$ per kWh (thanks god parents have their company at home, so bill goes on company's costs), so right now my monthly electricity bill is around 16-17$ per 1080ti card running on skein (210W ea).

Your best bet is tweaking your card settings (i.e my card does 970mh on 100% tdp - up to 280W from wall, but it can also run 940 on 75% TDP with 210W). You need to decide if it's better for you to have more coins at higher electricity bill (with future possible increase in price of mined coin), or getting less but paying less for them (meaning nearly 'optimal' results).
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to sell some stakes of one of my websites on: July 26, 2017, 02:12:26 PM
Well depending on your CMS system you use in your website you can use multiautor profit share tools to set up something similiar to smart contracts.
But as far as income from Adsense is based on ad being clicked (active window and cpm ones are usually less than 2% of income), associating website impressions to different adsense codes will create a violate spread in particular shareholder earnings.
As far as i know there is no official Adsense solution for distributing profits proportionaly between shareholders other than manual distribution after cashing out from one Adsense account.
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Papaver Somniferum [POPPY] Daring .. dashing ... controversia on: July 26, 2017, 01:49:30 PM
Got 60k from throwing my 2x1080ti from 24 july ~3a.m till 25 ~3a.m.
Now since diff increased 10x i've jumped back to my normal mining, still keeping eye for last blocks rewards increase, maybe i'll throw some hashes then too Smiley
Stacked 5 Poppy's now ^^
@Edit
I believe 1st one is dev since 1.5mil coins were premined.
2nd one could be airdrop wallet/anything but funds are from premined amount (if i interprete block explorer right).
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine - Cryptopia on: July 26, 2017, 12:24:47 PM
lol $125 for a miner
Well it sound a lot but yesterday profitability was ~12-14 $ per 1080ti card. If You own 6gpu _spmod modds are nobrainer buy if You can lay your hands on it early enough.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Manual mining possible??? on: July 26, 2017, 12:16:04 PM
Since you can post on Bitcointalk I assume that you at least have a CPU, mine with that.

You can mine Monero with CPU.
Or Coin Magi (it's cpu only+PoS), but unless having brand new Ryzen or Intel Xi9 it'd be on edge of profitability.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is best PoS coin to invest into right now? on: July 26, 2017, 12:01:00 PM
I think ORB & BITB are both great PoS coins. They hold their value during last month dump (even was gaining some value when whole market was flashing red).
Both staking fine, easy to start even with small amounts (20 ORB's is like ~2$ and it can stake in around a month getting 1 ORB).
From ones I've tried Magi is best hybrid I was ever into, but didnt get stake in 30 days so not really my kind of coin, MINT is fine but 20 days lock in period is long, but i've got stake from 100 MINT in 4 days after so it could be potentialy worth long range investment.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: July 26, 2017, 11:05:15 AM
You're right, but from experience I can tell You that most of 1070 owners will take loss when cards hit resale market. If You are into mining for 2-3 months then You are doing something wrong.
When 1070 hit market (i bet end of Q4 or early Q1, when AMD will jump on with Vega), there would be overstocked 1070 supply.
And those 'value' for 1070 will be erased in probably Q2/Q3 of 2018, when 4k gaming will became kind of standard.
And tbh, I'm not a rich gamer, but if I could buy used 1080ti for ~500-600$ or 1070 for 250-400$, I'll stick to 1080ti for 4k, VR, and other shits Cheesy
But as i mention in every post - it's my personal opinion.
