261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good strategy to buy tokens at low price directly after ICO? on: October 25, 2018, 02:15:32 PM
In most cases, this is exactly what happens when project tokens fall after entering the exchange, but I have seen quite a few projects that were already several times higher at the stage of entering the exchange. Everyone should evaluate the project and the plans of the team to support the price of their tokens on the exchange. Recently, some projects have been worrying about their tokens, so participants in a bounty campaign are paid in parts or frozen tokens for a certain time in order not to collapse the price of tokens on the exchange.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why the Ether will drop to $ 60 on: October 25, 2018, 01:50:35 PM
It is true that the price of Ethereum has fallen due to a drop in interest in ICO projects, but I believe that the influence of ICO projects in shaping the price of Ethereum is exaggerated and the price of $60 is not real. Ethereum has a lot of fans and investors who invested specifically in Ethereum, and tokens are both sold and bought for Ethereum, so this can not cause a strong drop in the price of Ethereum.
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple will pump again? on: October 24, 2018, 12:41:28 PM
There is no doubt that Ripple is another altcoin in altcoins that is second only to Ethereum. I used to buy 5,000 Ripples at $1. Now I lost more than half of the money, but I still think that as long as I have the patience to wait, then I will not lose.
I also bought Ripple when it cost about $1.00, so I understand you. Ripple is developing well, so I am not worried about this, the price will definitely rise and be above $1.50-2.00, and selling now and being at a loss does not make any sense. About Ripple often enough positive news comes out and it is clear that the team is working to increase the partner network of their project.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: End of ethereum? on: October 24, 2018, 11:40:54 AM
I believe that this is not the end of Ethereum. Especially now, all Ethereum fans are expecting a big update called Constantinople, which, if successful, can bring Ethereum to a new level and attract new investors. Although I agree that Ethereum is very bad now and it is not as strong as it was last year.
265  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency Market Could Hit $1 Trillion This Year on: October 23, 2018, 12:46:09 PM
The year 2018 is approaching to the end and we are way far from 1 trillion dolar market cap. I think this bear market will continue across 2019 too. Maybe in 2020 we will see the start of the bull season.
Unfortunately, we need to recognize this and expect growth next year, because this year it is unlikely that something will change and there are no prerequisites for the start of a bullish trend. But this is a good time to purchase more cryptocurrency before the beginning of a large increase in the crypto market and to receive good profit in the future, although it is a pity that the predictions that Bitcoin will rise to 50-60 thousand dollars this year has not become a reality.
266  Economy / Economics / Re: Please, we should not totally eliminate fiat currency on: October 23, 2018, 11:58:08 AM
From what I have seen so far in this forum and other crypto platforms, most of us want fiat eliminated. But let us not forget that there are still situations whereby we can't use crypto except fiat like in rural places without computers or even internet facilities.
I see no reason to think about when Fiat will disappear, because in the next few years the situation will not change drastically and Fiat will exist just like today. Not everywhere and not in all countries it is possible to pay using plastic cards, but the use of electronic money is gradually increasing, though not quickly. Therefore, it is very early to worry about it.
267  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the reason of this sudden decline in BTC price? on: October 22, 2018, 11:24:27 AM
The price may not go up for a long time, so I think that now is the time of market stagnation and you need to temporarily not worry about prices and concentrate on accumulating and buying more coins, because the market will go up, but it is not clear how soon this will happen. Centralization will only kill cryptocurrencies and will not be able to make them stable; for the example of Ripple, we see that centralization does not make it more stable than decentralized cryptocurrencies. Decentralization is the soul of cryptocurrencies and without it they will die.
268  Economy / Economics / Re: If you had 10000$ on: October 22, 2018, 10:45:27 AM
If you had 10000$ where would you invest it?  I'm hoping for 10x in about 2 years, how would you personally split that money? There are so many altcoins that I dont know which to pick, I remember the top 5 altcoins from years ago and  now they are all gone, so should I only invest in  BTC end ETH or others like NEO, ADA and EOS?
If you want to make a profit of x10, then I think that in 2-3 years it is quite possible that the coins you listed will be able to make such a profit. But I believe that you can invest in coins with a smaller capitalization to get more profit in less time. For example, you can look at such perspective coins as Helbiz (HBZ) and XYO Network (XYO). They may well bring you more than x10 in the same 2-3 years.
269  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there any chance of having one global currency? on: October 21, 2018, 02:17:10 PM
I believe that this will not happen, at least in the next hundred years for sure. Due to the fact that there are many different countries, nationalities, cultures, attitudes, worldviews on the Planet, it is very difficult and almost impossible to achieve consistency at the state level. For example, you can look at world currencies, each country has its own currency and attempts to introduce a single currency did not succeed. For example, the dollar coexists on par with other currencies and can be considered an international currency, but it has not supplanted or replaced other currencies. Perhaps in the future Bitcoin will also coexist with other cryptocurrencies, this scenario looks real.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another December Bull run on: October 21, 2018, 08:53:36 AM
At the moment, there are no prerequisites for the rapid growth of the crypto market and the domination of the bull trend, and experts statements are based only on the expectation of last year’s scenario of price increases. I believe that it is not worthwhile to blindly believe crypto experts, and the growth of cryptocurrencies will be necessary, because the crypto industry is developing all over the world and it takes time.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowledge is the foundation on: October 20, 2018, 08:30:40 AM
Knowledge constantly needs to be replenished to keep up with life. In the crypto industry, everything changes so quickly that every day you need to learn something, learn something new. For your own safety, the process of obtaining new knowledge is also necessary, because fraudsters enjoy a low level of people's knowledge. They are constantly improving types of fraud, but if you also constantly learn, get new knowledge, then it will be difficult to deceive you. For competent investing, you also cannot do without knowledge, therefore, of course, knowledge is the basis of our success and development.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is the best Cryptocurrency to invest 2018? on: October 19, 2018, 01:11:36 PM
Due to the high capitalization, some coins will never be able to show such growth as those coins whose capitalization is much lower. For example, EOS now costs about $5 and has a capitalization of $4 billion, that is, if you buy these coins now, then in order for you to make a profit of x10, the EOS capitalization should reach $40 billion, which looks rather vague. For example, if we consider one promising coin in which I invest: XYO has a capitalization of $13 million and a coin price of $0.003. In order to bring you x10 this coin, it is enough to cost $0.03 and have a capitalization of only $130, which is quite a realistic level to which it can rise, although I am sure that it has a lot more potential to be convinced of this how their team works.
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is better Ripple or Tron? on: October 19, 2018, 12:15:38 PM
I tend to think that TRON is better than Ripple in many aspects, and if you are a fan of crypto, and not just chasing financial gain, then Ripple does not suit you because it is not a decentralized cryptocurrency. The advantages of TRON are that it is a decentralized coin with an ever-growing community and its own blockchain on the basis of which you can issue your own coins. These characteristics are not in Ripple.

275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some ICO is not scam on: October 18, 2018, 01:45:14 PM
Due to the large number of new projects, it is difficult to find one that is truly promising and has potential for growth. Investing in new projects is always associated with risks, so you need to be careful. I always come up with a complex project selection for investment. You need to familiarize yourself with the project team, make sure that there are professionals in the team who, in case of difficulties, will be able to solve problems and take the project out of a crisis situation. You need to make sure that the project is beneficial and solves some problem, because only coins of a useful project will be in demand in the future. You need to make sure that the White Paper and Roadmap of the project is well-designed and looks realistic, without unrealistic promises. In this case, you can invest in one or another new coin.
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The quality of the bounty has dropped very badly. on: October 18, 2018, 01:23:51 PM
This is probably due to the general mood in the ICO market and the crypto market. Social media marketing and bounty campaigns bring the project a lot less investors than for example last year. And the quality of execution of bounty campaigns by campaigners has deteriorated, which cannot contribute to the growth and development of ICO projects. I believe that everyone who advertises projects in social networks should choose several projects and take the most responsibly to their promotion, development and growth, then the project will collect the necessary amount, the project community will start growing and you, as a member of this community, will be able to get financial profit .

The introduction of masternodes was a smart move to increase network stability. After the swap, the new network is much more stable than the previous one, and I am sure that this will increase the security of the entire network.
278  Other / Archival / Re: What you will do with your altcoins? on: October 17, 2018, 09:02:34 AM
It seems that everyone agrees that you need to keep your altcoins and I support this opinion, but many crypto enthusiasts hold many different coins without being able to follow them and their development, so I think that everyone who wants to get Profits need to focus, for example, on 8-10 prospective coins, to buy them and buy more in moments of market decline, but also to use these coins for the purposes that provide for their use, in case this is a utility token. In this way, you will bear the benefit of the project, society, and give the opportunity for the coin to develop and grow, and you will also benefit from it.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Scam Strategy on: October 17, 2018, 05:50:33 AM
Wow, good you caught that one. It seems they're trying to get a dicey way to pump their coin and dump. I wish everyone could see this and become more careful. Staying vigilant is one of the most important feature every crypto enthusiast must have.
Of course, you can add a coin on DEX yourself without having to do with the project team whose coin you decide to place on a decentralized exchanger, this is one of the problems of DEX exchangers. There are a lot of similar cases of fraud, you should always check the contract address of your coin with the contract address of the coin indicated on the exchanger.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can the massive creation of Altcoins can be stopped? on: October 16, 2018, 03:16:29 PM
I see no problems here, anyone is free to create his token or coin. It's up for the people to use their brains before investing.
Absolutely right, I see no reason to worry about the growing number of useless coins, because they still have no future and sooner or later they will die. Each of us must study the project in which he plans to invest his money. If you are responsible for investing, then you will not be bothered by the fate of useless coins and they will not be financed due to the absence of investors, and then they will disappear more quickly.
