For now mostly ico are scam they take advantage those newbie on ICO and they put a good whitepaper and promising word to the investor by creating a bounty programs and it doesn't think could bring $100,000 in a month.

I think the problem on that is the trust issue of the people today on crypto that will resolve on the next future because they think crypto is a scam and they will see on the future of what crypto and blockchain technology could help changes the aspect for those who does not believe on it.

For now the market is still on the problem but the good is that ethereum is still good to buy on for the early price of it. Ethereum support and the community behind of it is still continuing develop ethereum towards on success.
