Could Bitcoin ever replace conventional money?
I believe that will never happen. Simply because conventional money is what we use on our daily lives. We can use it everyday without paying any transaction fees just like Bitcoin. When we use bitcoin as payment on anything we purchase in the mall or at the grocery store it has a high transaction fee so we have to pay more than the price value of what we buy. That's the reason why bitcoin is impossible to replace conventional money. |

Since this project is a DigitL partnership, so there's no need to sign an Agreement paper instead they need to sign a digital partnership transaction on Lite Neo Platform. That means all the data and signed contract is kept digitally. What if your systems corrupted, has a program failure and all the lists of investors or contract was accidentaly deleted because of the corrupted system, do you have any back up files or solutions to retrieve all the data?

One thing that I have reservations with is the security of your private keys. Though the dev stated on how to handle such situation, still, I'm not yet convinced regarding security concerns. Is there a server that will serve as data storage of your clients?
It's a very understandable concern, that's why we put a lot of effort and development time into creating an air-tight environment where the servers are completely isolated from the internet and the data is encrypted both at rest and when sent. Communication is done directly with the exchange via HTTPS, thus avoiding man in the middle attacks. In addition the user can opt in to only unlock and decrypt when they enter the 2 Factor Authentication code. We hope this answers your concerns. Thank you for the clarification. Well you have a little idea about it, but again its entirely different idea all together, Transcodium's platform will be used in converting media files from one format to another and afterwards,the processed file will be distributed to your desired storage or destination.Lets take this example: You have a raw video format (camera video formats) which in actual sense cannot play on about 80% devices and softwares, but you need this video on your website, youtube, vimeo, facebook ...,the traditional mode of doing it is to convert this file using video converter for each devices like android, ios, web, Pc and more, after which you will upload this converted media file to your preferred social network,storage or streaming site 1 by 1. I believe that the current rate of gas transaction in Gwei is higher and transfering funds is a bit slower. Now, Lite Neo offers a stable and fixed gas rates. What is the minimum gas rates per transaction? Since the gas rate is depending on each contract.
