I did and it was NOT listed as a requirement when I did. It was edited in after.  It was slipped in and they didnt tell anyone upfront. I would have been ok with it if I knew. I woke up to an email asking me for ALL of my personal info, referred by Shipchain when they had no intentions of telling me that upfront. Regardless of my research or not. My research was not the problem here. Clearly im not ok with giving out passport photos and drivers license's because someone on the internet said it would protect me. I know what KYCs are. Why ShipChain hid this in the early sign up is the concern here.

The hell are you talking about. They have fees, but I get paid. I was and still am legitimately owed this money. I paid the power, i used the equipment. The trust comes from the selling and getting the payouts timely. Which is how I configure what I need to pay in bills for what I have mined. How can I plan expenses if i cant even count on the pool doing its job and selling. I did my part. He needs to do his. No other pool has made people wait this long for a payout they already earned because they cant sell something. In fact ive never seen a coin take more then a couple hours to confirm. We are going on 24 here man completely pushing out my payout another week. Its bad business and it has breached the trust I have. You might not give a crap, but I do. And I have yet to see any proof there is actually no fee. I have yet to see any money anyways. fee or not. Put 2 and 2 together. How is a pool with 0 fees not thriving....seriously....You would think everyone and their mom would be mining a 0 fee pool. Yet, people would rather still pay 2% at zpool then move here for 0%. Or literally any other pool with a fee.  Why? Trust, honestly. This is a crucial moment in any pool. First impressions are what make or break and mines been terrible.

btw, zpool,  miningdutch, mph and various others dont have a nearly as high a payout req. charge a fee and pay people. If this is the cost of doing 0% fee business, then people will move on fast. Its not rocket science. It's already happening. Charge a lower fee then all of them. Move the currency. That way he can take the hit if crap like this happens and not discourage people from mining there.

It was confirmed which is now lowered because of some exchange issue (which i have never seen ever). Which is posted happening to other coins where people's pending balance magically was lower so now it went to slightly under to 0.0049 when it was over the min. payout on sunday. It is being help up from PHILS that have been "pending" for over 18 hours now. When that wasnt the case yesterday.

I've looked into the issue and since the pool has not sold his share of phils going on 20 hours now (so it says at least), I wont be paid for all the other work until I mine more. Catch 22. mine more to not get paid what ive already mined because of not selling one coin in the stash. Which has happened once in less then a week. Which is fair to say it will happen again making payouts completely unreliable. I also guess people who mined TUNE coin, lost 40% of their income on it due to to some exchange issue. No other pool has done this to me. It is why I feel sorta betrayed by AM for the first time. This 0% pool has made me 0 money. I only found out about it because of AM.

I waited the week for 0.005. Which never came to me. The requirement is even lower now and still have not got it.

Im going to be completely honest in saying that I took Awesome Miners recommendation for pools in regards to "Zergpool" and that pool has yet to even pay me. Why are you affiliated with them? It has made me lose trust in you for the first time ever. That pools balance is up to 60 bucks now and i still have yet to see a penny. Every other pool in your table of auto pools has not screwed me like this.

Im seriously shocked that im up to $60 without a payout. My money is stolen basically? Do I need to mine a 100? 200? 0% fee is actually a 100% fee until one gets paid. This is the highest ive ever needed to mine to get a single payout. Absolutely not worth it all. Since basically I have to wait ANOTHER week just to get paid now.

So now looking into it, my hold up is based on coins (PHILS to be exact) that have been pending for almost a day now, overlapping the payout (shocker there).....It's laughable to me that it is right under the min i need for a payout @ 0.0049965 and the rest is well over what i actually needed. thats no coincidence. The more digging I look into why this happened to me the worse it looks. I was all set for payout on Sunday. Now it's not....So because one coin is held up, my entire balance wont be paid.. This is ridiculous in all honesty. Always too good to be true....

Please amend this. If payouts are taking this long, whats the point....I like your pool's "idea" but have literally made nothing in my own wallet for a week and I have power bills to pay for the very mining i sent you. I can't confidently send more hash there, since it seems the only answer is "mine more"...At least with fees I get paid.

Is there a way to have any non profit pool switching to start happening instead of going for profit only?

I'd like to be able to have the option to:

switch pools every x hours
lowest diff pool switching
or any other stat that can be pulled from what to mine?

Not sure if this is the case or not. I can set up profiles but they arent automated and you dont have the ability to bounce around pools like you can the antminers in awesome miner.
