261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I want to fulfill my mother's dream of building a house with Bitcoin. on: November 23, 2023, 02:18:29 PM
Any mother who knows that her child has plans to buy them a house is, honestly, a great joy for a mother. Although most mothers do not want that from their children, Because just seeing that they have raised their child well and are managing his life well is a huge reward for a parent, really.

So what Op is planning, if I look at him, is that he really loves his mother as a child, and it is normal that we reciprocate goodness to our mother or parents because they are the ones who raised us and made us suffer just so that we can live and give a good life and live for the future.
262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hodling vs trading on: November 23, 2023, 02:08:43 PM
I will say learn from the best and those who have big and large amounts of Bitcoin.
Micheal Saylor, El Salvador President,  Robert Kiyosaki and those you know are real in for the uprise of Bitcoin,  they want to see you hold than they want to see you trade your coins.

Sowhy not adopt the same way they go. If you can not buy the way they do to accumulate and increase your holdings don't panic just make sure you have something doing as that wouldn't lead to you pushing trade your Bitcoin.
People trade for profits too, the question now is are your chances of profit  accumulations sure?

You know in truth that bitcoin holdings are very favorable in the long term for millionaires. But for people who are not like them and who also want to hold Bitcoin, it's fine too, but don't expect them to get rich from Bitcoin because it's very expensive at the moment if a holder who is not rich but wants to get rich in Bitcoin thinks.

But holdings are really the best tools for long-term investment, not only in Bitcoin but also in other top cryptos in the market.
263  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Binance CEO CZ bumaba sa pwesto, at nagkipagsettle on: November 23, 2023, 01:58:58 PM
Pero for sure kahit hindi na si Cz ang Ceo ng Binance ngayon
https://www.binance.com/en/blog/leadership/bio-richard-teng-binances-new-ceo-6819833624741779461

Meron ba? Ang alam ko lang madaming naging hacking issue at sinampang mga kaso mula sa SEC but never nang-iscam ng kanilang mga users.
264  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin Fee Observer Thread in USD(sat/vB) on: November 23, 2023, 01:35:11 PM

266  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Let's share some tips among ourselves. on: November 22, 2023, 09:39:37 AM
What criteria do you use when buying and selling? Let's share some tips and expertise.

For me, the three most significant factors are as follows:
1. Bitcoin halving.
2. A decrease in currency value due to economic downturns.
3. Sustained participation and growth of investors.

Therefore, I make a continuous effort to stay updated with all the news to track numbers 2 and 3 consistently.

I'll go for Bitcoin halving because I will definitely make a profit when I can accumulate potential cryptocurrencies, apart from Bitcoin, and other top cryptos in the market as well. as long as the coins you choose are correct.

Are those coins that you are sure also went along with the rise of Bitcoin during the halving period or even before the halving happened? It happens so often in this industry that I've actually witnessed it twice.
267  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: FALLING FALLING! on: November 22, 2023, 09:27:30 AM

I dont see the double top this is also a weekly candle what I saw is the price is trying to break the 35K barrier and last we hit 35K is a year ago so its good sign, Tho price is exhausting so I believe there will be a correction or stay in that level for long period
If you look at the trend line, I think this is actually a good sign, considering that an upward trend is forming, and currently it is possible that it will experience a decline. If we are traders, I think it is useful to hedge, but if we invest then I I think releasing it would be better, considering that it could happen due to a strong push that the price immediately shoots up, or being an investor, of course you don't pay too much attention to price fluctuations.

Many are looking for temporary fud happening by CZ issue and get afraid to see more dump, but they don't even realize that there's more good thing to happen than that since what happen to those guys is small issue that can easily forgotten by many people. If recovers and it touch at $37k again for sure many people will get hype up again then find another way to accumulate. I also believe that any issue that might occur cannot do further damage since what's more strong now is the sentiment of people regarding on possible bull run effect brought by halving next year. For now I will pay an attention on what will be the movement of the market since for me this is a perfect time to accumulate since the market is currently giving us a discount.

Maybe it's related to Cz's decrease in his position in Binance, so there was a temporary fall in the market, but I am pretty sure that he will recover. So I think, based on what I see in the chart graph, it will be a long position for a while.

Then, sell when you see a breakout in that chart reading. That's the same repeated cycle in the trading activity of every individual trader; in fact, this is if you know something about crypto trading as well.
268  Economy / Economics / Re: #HODLing is not a smooth journey on: November 22, 2023, 09:16:29 AM
Well, if you're guarding your bitcoins 24/7 then it's going to be a rough journey for you because any movement that will happen to the bitcoin is going to test your emotions and the movement is constant and will happen a lot of times. If you really believe in bitcoin then it's a smooth journey for you because you know that at the end of the day, bitcoin will be growing even if the bear season comes and that your waiting for bitcoin to grow will always be worth it. Trusting the process will make your so-called HODLing journey much smoother than you expect it to be.

If you only trade a small amount in Bitcoin, then it's 24/7. I think it will just be a waste of time that instead of doing a lot of things throughout the day, it will just be consumed by your monitoring in front of your laptop or desktop. If it's small, only earnings can be obtained.

I've tried that because, with only a 30–50 dollar daily trade in Bitcoin, the only profit I can make in 12 hours can only be 2–5 dollars, depending on the aggressiveness of its volatility.
269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this a good advice? on: November 22, 2023, 09:06:59 AM
I keep seeing gamblers advising themselves that you are one step closer to winning the jackpot when you quit too early,  it's sad that they strongly believe this.

Is this true?

This advice is actually making gamblers believe that they can win when they spend a lot of more time in the casino, they strongly believe that not stopping or taking break will bring them closer to their jackpot.

One of em told me that this is why I don't win, that I only gamble when I feel like, he said constantly gambling is a must if you want to win, but I disagree, because I have seen too many people not knowing when to quit until it was too late.

To me, gambling is a theater, a form of entertainment that I pay for, not a way to get rich quick, for them it's a must to win by force, one question seem to change his mood though.

I asked him why he isn't rich yet if he is actively gambling everytime since all this while, this changed his mood and I took a turn.

Maybe for other gamblers this is their mindset, but I'm okay with gambling for fun and nothing else, because if you think more than this, for sure there will only be consequences that are not good.

But like everybody else is doing, we really need to learn to be responsible and have a limit on gambling so that at least you know how to be a good gambler, right? Apparently, winning and losing are fine.
270  Economy / Economics / Re: What would you do in this situation? Invest or save? on: November 21, 2023, 08:24:01 AM
If you have plans to start a dream business that requires a capital of  $20,000 and you were able to make a savings of $15,000 which obviously isn't enough to start up the business, what would be your decision or advice?

1. Invest the $15,000 into a smaller business hoping that the returns will yield the remaining $15,000 in a short period. Note that this has the potential of failing and wasting the already-saved  $15,000.

2. Keep the $15,000 while doing other work that will yield the remaining money over a long period.

Would love to see your input or a better suggestion apart from the ones I pointed out above.

N/B
This is the typical situation a friend finds himself and we are just brainstorming in what best to do.

15 000$ starter in small business? Are you serious? Do you know that amount is not a small amount for us here in our country for the small business you are talking about? With that amount, I might have a convenience store or grocery store.

If it's that kind of amount here in our country, that's not a practical start-up for business because it's too big. You can have a business here even with a $50-$100 start-up, and there are a lot of microentrepreneurs here who have already become successful after several years of managing the businesses they built.
271  Economy / Economics / Re: Is stagflatiotn upcoming? on: November 21, 2023, 08:10:29 AM
As Op said, stagflation is a combination of high inflation and when this happens in a country, it's sure to be another burden on our consumers because basic goods will become expensive again. In short, this is what is called reduced purchasing power.

The only problem is that here in the US government, there are other officials who make you think everything they say is right and everything they do is wrong. Sometimes arrogance is allowed to exist, but the US country is in debt.
272  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best exchange to start trading? on: November 21, 2023, 07:56:39 AM

Both of kucoin and mexc also major exchanges here you can trade without kyc but you can withdraw limited amount of USD.
You can no longer trade on Kucoin without passing KYC, Kucoin introduced compulsory KYC since July, and you need to verify your identity before you can access any of their services:
https://cointelegraph.com/news/kucoin-crypto-exchange-to-introduce-mandatory-kyc-in-july
I am users of Kucoin exchange for long time and used it without KYC, But this year i was not active in Kucoin, Actually i don't need to use Kucoin that might be my mistake, i don't know about they introduce KYC and it's mandatory. Thanks for the sharing it. Now only MEXC is not require to pass KYC i know.

I used to be a Kucoin user, but when there were changes in its policies that required having Kyc, I stopped using it, but I actually used it for a long time. It's good that when something is lost, there will be a replacement.

And like you, I'm also using Mexc now, because even though I don't have Kyc on this platform, I can freely do trading here and transactions in terms of deposit and withdrawal. Secondly, Gate.io is also okay with me, even without Kyc; it can also be used.
273  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Copy Trading - experience and tipps on: November 21, 2023, 07:45:17 AM
Hi guys,

does anybody had some success with copy trading?
Would be very interested if someone has some experience to share.

Thank you already!

Kind regards
AD

Copy trading still has its pros and cons; investors should know that too. Because there are other traders in the exchange that provide copy trading services, they do a trick that even if their trading performance is not good, they will still say that their performance is still good, especially in the percent profit that they can give to those who choose their investors.

Then my advice to investors who copy copy trading is to make sure the track records you copy are legit and not just fake, because by chance your investment will be liquid for sure.
274  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and War Crimes? on: November 20, 2023, 10:20:17 PM
Crypto is a stock market and also it can be affected by some wars and pandemic like situations. So I will say that Currently going wars with Gaza ( PALAESTINE) and Israel War. In long term situation and as there are high chances of spreading of war to whole middle eat. Will bitcoin market go on crash mood because last time was coronavirus.
What are your thoughts?
I think that could be the reason of crash.

Where did you get the information that crypto is a stock market? Don't you know that the stock market is regulated by government agencies like the SEC, while Bitcoin or cryptocurrency is unregulated? And the stock market is a centralized-based system, while cryptocurrency is decentralized, while other cryptos are centralized.

Then there is no connection to the war in Bitcoin either; as long as there is a movement in the price of the dollar, there will for sure be an opposite motion in Bitcoin in the market. For sure, they will always be welcomed if they move in the market.
275  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading can ruin you on: November 20, 2023, 10:09:19 PM
Business, trading whatever the case maybe just know that it has to do with taking risk and it mustn't be profitable all the time. You have to also have someone who's in the market before you to at least coach you through, give you some words of advise, not that because you think you know or have an idea of trading that you can do it on your own. Ones you have someone to guide you then I don't think it will ruin you.
Even when you have that experience you still need a strategy to follow, because having a strategy will help you more than you could ever imagine. Sometimes those you refer to as "newbies" might be doing quite well more than yourself so is best to take advise from different sources just to be on the safer side.

You know, sometimes you can't blame other newbies who think they will get rich trading cryptocurrency in a short time just because they watched a YouTube video of mine that said they earn $1,000–$10,000 a day just because of trading.

That's why others suddenly jump into trading without knowing anything, thinking that when they imitate what the influencer said in the video, it's true, when in reality it's the opposite. So we should still be careful and prudent as individuals here in the world of crypto business.
276  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] Yo!Mix Bitcoin Mixer Signature Campaign| Reward up to $200/w on: November 19, 2023, 01:09:44 PM
Since @Royse777 is asking us if the monthly payment is okay with us, I think there is another way to maintain the weekly payment, honestly, 1 month is 1 month. To other participants here that is still a long time, they may just not speak or give an opinion because of course it's still Royse777's decision to follow, not us.

Why don't we work together to divide the fee that will be paid for the weekly payment and lease? We have 29 participants here, plus the mixer and @Royse777, for a total of 31, so this is 31. Let's divide the fee's that will be allocated to all the participants here for the payment to reach us, for sure that the fee will be small. Or if not weekly, at least the payment is every 2 weeks. or you can also temporarily change the crypto payments, like USDT-TRC20 or Polygon (Matic), even though the fees are low. This is my suggestion. I only do it when there is congestion in the ordinals again, but right now the fee seems to have dropped again, if I'm not mistaken.

Good day....
277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What I've learned so far as a gambler on: November 17, 2023, 03:50:58 PM
If you walk into a casino with $200 and you start playing with that $200 and you win $200, get the hell out, you simply just doubled your money, take your goddamn leave, what do you think you wanna do? Win a million dollars? You will go home empty handed.

The next thing that rings in your ear is you can still win another or more, that's the devil whipsering, the art of gambling is knowing when to stop.

The only game where you have some power is in Poker, not the online one, this is the best game in casinos, as making profits off of bad players is possible.

As for Other games, You are at the mercy of the house.

No one actually visits the casino to have fun, you gotta trick the mind, I like to think of it has a fun night out and I am going to spend a few hundred dollars and have a good time and if I win it's a bonus, like I've said, you gotta trick the mind.

Always remember this, you are there to win a game where its statistically impossible to win at, it's not impossible to not understand this about gambling, a wise man once said, "if you want to make money with gambling, own a casino".

That is exactly what a gambler should do. The only problem is that most gamblers who experience it become greedy for money or change their perspective when they win a huge sum at the start of their game. They immediately feel wealthy and anticipate even greater riches.

So, because they persevered and with their greed, they will not see that when they lose the next bet, they will win and recover their losses, but what is occurring in fact is that these gamblers chase their losses without recognizing the amount they lost.
278  Economy / Economics / Re: The Thailand government will distribute money to its citizens. Economists critic on: November 17, 2023, 03:44:11 PM

The policy of mass cash transfers was one of the campaign slogans of the centrist Pheu Thai Party (For Thais), which came to power in the Asian country in the summer. The aim is to stimulate the economy by giving the equivalent of over a thousand Dollars to 50 million people, encouraging them to spend more and thus helping local producers, shops, and small businesses. Under the influence of opposition criticism, Prime Minister Srettha slightly reduced the initially planned scale of the program, which was originally intended to cover 56 million people. Income limits and savings limits were introduced. Ultimately, anyone who is at least 16 years old, earns less than 70,000 baht per month, and has less than 500,000 baht in their bank account will be eligible for the transfer.

The money is intended to reach the broad masses of the population exclusively in electronic form, through an e-wallet available via the government application used by millions of Thai citizens. Citizens will not be able to convert the virtual wallet contents into cash, and the funds will need to be spent within six months of receiving them.

The authorities also want to control how the money is spent. Recipients of the government program will not be allowed to use the received funds for debt repayment, bill payment, tuition fees, gas and petrol purchases, gold or gemstones, internet products and services, alcohol, cigarettes, or marijuana.

-------------------------------------------

Question : is this a planned experiment regarding money supply manipulation and full control over society? Is this an attempt before implementing "temporary" currency internationally? A test on the population? What are your thoughts on this?

What does this have to do with the Bitcoin issue here on the forum? Because it is clear that this topic you raised is a government policy that wants to be implemented for all the citizens under their jurisdiction. And it seems like it's still in the experimental period right now, if I'm not mistaken, right?

In addition to what the government of Thailand is doing, it seems like you have no secrets to hide from them; they want to control your entire privacy. I don't agree with what the country of Thailand is doing, to be honest. This is just my opinion; I don't know about the rest of us.
279  Economy / Economics / Re: Being rich = not looking at price tag on: November 17, 2023, 03:21:17 PM
I often read people saying they want to earn enough money so they don't have to look at price tag of product. Imo, even if you are rich you wouldn't want to spend money on things that are not worthy of price being paid.

You wanna look at product and then it's price, if it's worthy of price, you purchase the product.

I believe that you just need to save and this will give you success in terms of savings. And this is explained by the fact that there is a principle of Compound Interest. You save and multiply the deposit, right? This means that every dollar spent now will not allow you to get $ 10 later. Which, in turn, you could then turn into $100.

So you need to earn money, but at the same time you need to save a lot.
As people say, you need to observe the golden mean, balance.

Even now, many people, particularly in civilized places, continue to do so. Where people are looking for a method to make a living,
Of course, because we want to survive despite the fact that we are not wealthy, we will not waste money without a sense that we need to.

And it's natural for those of us who aren't wealthy to consider the price; even wealthy individuals, I believe, do so because they respect the money they make.
280  Economy / Economics / Re: Isreal and Palestine war and losing your wallet phrase and password on: November 17, 2023, 03:09:28 PM
Have you consider that you lose all your coins because the wallet phrase to your coins and PC burn in a war.
So what will you do if you survive after the war to start back your financial struggling and your crypto investment journey. Or can you get the coins back?

If you saved the one with the seed phrase as your backup, you can still recover it after the war, for sure. But if you don't know where you put it, there is definitely no chance for you to recover it.

That's why it's really important that you have backups, not just one; you should have many backups to make sure that you can also recover when you suffer from such a battle with every country in the world.
