261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Its time to move on, and ignore the BTC !!! on: June 25, 2018, 01:55:57 PM
Well, that is hard to say or be an opinion of Someone who is initially here in the BITCOIN forum. How will you ignore the number 1 Coin and Blockchain Technology user that has gained its reputation through time. Bitcoin might fall sometimes but we cannot ignore the fact that its value is still rising and falling. We know that there are a lot of Cryptocurrency and all we can do is wait for their values to change.
262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will banks ever offer bitcoin deposits? on: June 24, 2018, 12:03:03 PM
Cryptocurrency and Banks are two things that actually sounds good but has not yet have the opportunity to be joint together. Banks are not yet fully trusting Blockchain Technology or maybe they are not yet knowledgeable about it. Banks may not accept Bitcoin deposits because their money pool does not change while Bitcoins value is changing constantly.
263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has no competition on: June 23, 2018, 06:31:57 AM
The post was two years ago and yes, we can say that Bitcoin has no competition at that time because it was fairly used as mode of transactions in buying other potential coins that is still lower than Bitcoin.

Right now, we can now say that Bitcoin has competition even though it still remains in the number 1 spot but a lot of potential coins (alternate coins) are still proving their worth and may have Bitcoin's past values.

265  Economy / Economics / Re: its not about how much you invested, its when you should invest? on: June 19, 2018, 03:57:51 PM
Actually, both how much and when affects the investment you make. The amount of SOMETHING you are investing onto ANYTHING can be profitable in a lot of ways. If you invest time in something you are interested then you will learn. If you invest money in something you trust then the money will earn for itself. You should also consider when because if you are investing on a bad time then you wont get any profit from what you have invested.
266  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin go under regulation on: June 18, 2018, 12:54:59 PM
If they see it as a threat then they should learn about it. If they think that it really is a threat then they should place regulations on the usage of Cryptocurrency and not only Bitcoin. If they place regulations about something they are knowledgeable about then they should not be worried about it because people will use it without abuse.
267  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the most influential factor that triggers bitcoin prices to fall down? on: June 17, 2018, 11:04:13 AM
We can say that the most influential factor that triggers prices fluctuation are the platform users and other Alternate Coins that depends on Bitcoin. Some day traders can adjust their wanted price if they use the Buy and Sell method and that could trigger price changes to their satisfaction.
268  Economy / Economics / Re: Know Your Customer on: June 17, 2018, 10:46:45 AM
For exchanges, ICOs that collect KYC information, when are they required to send information to the government.

If I remember correctly, in the US if you make a money transaction, such as through Western Union, or bank, $3,000+, within the same day, or smaller amounts during consecutive days, the institution must collect your ID information and Social Security and report it to the government. I forget which entity of the government.

Does that mean that if one participates in an ICO and puts in over $3,000, that gets reported to the government? Or if you move $3,000 out of an exchange, that gets reported?

This is absolutely new information for me. At first i was thinking that they are using KYC or Know Your Customer for knowing their platform users that will continuously be with them through out the usage of the platform. Now that i have read this, i was thinking that maybe they are keeping track of those high earners or maybe they are making sure that they are transacting with humans that can travel around the world.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest now or wait? on: June 16, 2018, 04:21:04 PM
Decisions that are created by strategic thinking would make a great difference. If you invest now, then there would be a chance that what you have invested might grow really fast and give you more profit than expected. Waiting is somewhat reasonable until you make up your mind and waiting is not that stupid but it is just waiting for the right time that you wanted.
270  Economy / Speculation / Re: Selling bitcoin is a stupid decision ? on: June 16, 2018, 09:12:06 AM
It is not actually stupid because it depends on the person selling it. If the user is selling it for personal investments and widening their range of investments, then it may be a good decision. The use may also selling it to provide for its personal satisfaction and other stuffs. Though it might be stupid to sell Bitcoin while it is going down because you have lose the chance of having more profit.
271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that other coins move faster? on: June 16, 2018, 05:45:35 AM
Of course they need to move faster or work faster and more efficient if they want to at least overthrow Bitcoin or even wants their value close to Bitcoin. These alternate coins need to do all that it takes to increase their market value and make their platform work the way they planned it.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange or Wallet? on: June 13, 2018, 02:21:32 PM
It is actually better to keep it in a wallet instead of keeping it in the Exchange wallet which is capable of holding your token. We know that Exchanges are vulnerable to external hacking and you are not sure whether your tokens are safe there. In Wallets, you are sure that only yourself can access the wallet with your own password and Private Keys.
273  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Amazon Integrate Bitcoin? on: June 13, 2018, 12:36:47 PM
Well, there are already a lot of e-commerce but we can say that Amazon is one of the best there is and i guess they are already using it(Huh) or just waiting for future developments on their website. If Amazon is integrated into a Blockchain Technology that would be even better but only Integrating Bitcoin that can ease their mode of payment, then i guess it would get better but they might place regulations on the Prices or values that will be placed Online.
274  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does bitcoin will double its value by the end of the year? on: June 13, 2018, 12:10:03 PM
Well, hopefully. Bitcoin's value on past trends seems to double at the end of each year and that seems normal. In 2018, we still do not know if that can happen again for all Cryptocurrencies and just wait for their values to rise and HODL. Some Crypto Enthusiasts already said that Bitcoin might fall last year but it is still going on and now we do not know what to believe anymore.
275  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy in your country on: June 10, 2018, 01:04:27 PM
Economy in our country is somewhat fluctuating but i guess its going pretty bad. I guess that is what will happen when there are a lot of corrupt leaders in the past because the present leader will have a hard time to atone for their mistakes and keeping up a good economic status. I guess if people start working together in our country and if it is for the greater good of everyone, they might make a economic status of one country very commendable.
276  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: How do you keep your mnemonic phrases? on: June 10, 2018, 01:00:07 PM
Mnemonic phrases are a pain to be kept. Sometimes when they are needed, they must be input the same way that it was given to you. For me, I personally screen capture where the mnemonic phrase can be seen and copy paste it into a blank notepad. I also keep the file in folders where i can access because Mnemonic phrases can be used to access personal information and other wallets.
277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does bitcoin need to improve? on: June 09, 2018, 02:18:13 PM
Well, as far as we can see, all of the Cryptocurrency that is already implemented wants to improve their security and usage capability. We know that everything wont last that long but Crypto is prolonging their use to the world by developing what they have started. In bitcoin's part, i guess what they need to improve is stabilizing their value and make sure that it stays that way.
278  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin remain dominant on: June 08, 2018, 02:18:01 PM
I have asked this question to certain Crypto Enthusiasts and they said that it depends on whether the platform of Bitcoin stays efficient and useful in the future. We know that there are a lot of Cryptocurrency being launched and we are never sure when will Crypto hit the bottom or will it even hit the bottom but we must believe that it can have positive effect on the users.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people don’t believe in crypto? on: June 06, 2018, 09:55:19 AM
One reason that they do not believe Cryptocurrency is because there are too much advertisements of it in the internet. They think of it as a fraud and as an hacking material that might affect them. They are not yet knowledgeable about Cryptocurrency and this is why they do not believe it.
280  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it true that bitcoin immune from hacking & fraud ?? on: June 06, 2018, 09:52:16 AM
It is not immune but we can say that its security is really hard to hack and overcome. Blockchain technology which is where Bitcoin integrated is complicated and requires at least multiple hacks before you can get what you want. Take note that hacking Blockchain technology must be continuous so other hackers use it instead of hacking it.
