I don't think there is a platform that is immune to hacking. So much money has been lost to hacking and more is still going to be lost. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are not vulnerable to hacking by securing your cryptocurrency with a reputable wallet such as hardware wallet.

That is their views and they have the right to express it. The fact is that such should not bother anyone. Those men are already made and can choose to run down cryptocurrency at will. After all, what made them billionaire is the current system of money so why should they oppose fiat money?

I feel your pains because I am also in your shoes. All my coins have gone down in price and diminishing at a high rate. You are not the only one affected. The price will eventually grow and you will make good money. This trend of scam ICOs will cause great damage to the future of cryptocurrency. Potential investors may change their minds towards icos and it may spell doom. People are loosing so much money to scam. According to what I read, over 80% icos have turned scam so far in 2018.

Anyone who still can not change his view of thinking that bitcoin is harmful or illegal despite all the developments across the world will remain in ignorance for a very long time. I think I will have to leave such a person to happenings around and give him constant reminder as events unfold. He will change his view at last.

No government can be pushed beyond what they think is good for them at any given time, whether it amounts to selfishness or otherwise. Countries like Germany, South Korea etc were not compelled by anyone but they embraced it once they see the reason. Many other countries will do same.

Good analysis from the OP. I thought I was the only one thinking same thing. No wonder several exchanges are emerging day after day. That is why I marvel each time I hear of big exchange hacking. I think these exchanges are buoyant enough to be able to secure the platform.
