He gets a new job and immediately ceases all communication to bond holders of LRM - I think my assumption is pretty reasonable.
He either doesn't care or has some legal trouble that is preventing him from posting those are the only two reasonable assumptions in my opinion.

Hey Sparky - there's not much point in freaking out here. I have a similarly large amount invested as well, and I can understand how you feel about the lack of communication, but getting mad will not speed things up. LR did say that this is the month when a good chunk of our new gear arrives, so let's get ready for some giant increases in hashing power and keep our cool for a little bit longer  Whenever there's good news Lab_Rat all over this place, so I take it (thankfully, now that I know he's okay) that for the moment there's nothing to really speak of. How's this suggestion: instead of barraging LR with questions, why don't we attempt to arrange a weekly update? I think an update, even one that contains nothing new, would go a long way. I'm looking forward to some pics of our gear in their new setting! Exactly whenever there is good news he is all over this thread, so when he makes a huge announcement and then for over a month logs into bitcointalk regularly and doesn't say anything doesn't answer any questions and stops even posting details of the dividends - what is the logical conclusion? Surely it is that things are not going well? I really don't think I'm being illogical here at all. |

I've been away on business for the last few days, I just got home and I will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow. My guess is we will hv to pursue actions in both Belize and U.S.A. but I would think both criminal and civil actions could happen given Ken's repeated lies to shareholders. |

There should be some gear rolling in this week (Most likely) and I expect Lab Rat (Zach) will come on and give a full breakdown once that starts happening.
I'm sure you said the exact same thing after the coinseed deal was announced too and everyone had questions. Zach never answered those Q's, never gave a break down of the deal. Ken has not shown proof of anything, has failed to deliver on every single deadline he set and has outright lied to shareholders on multiple occasions. It is becoming increasingly difficult to understand how this doesn't constitute fraud.
I will be looking into filing a class action law suit this week.
@ken this is your final chance to come clean about everything that has happened and I mean everything otherwise you will be looking down the barrel of criminal and civil actions. Lying to shareholders is fraud your posting history provides clear evidence of your lies. I expect a lengthy response to be posted in this thread within the next 72 hours or I will instruct my lawyer to begin proceedings.

The bond trading thread is a joke virtually no serious bids and a list as long as my arm of people wanting to sell. Literally 15 mins a week is all we are asking for but zach would just prefer to log in every few days and read the thread but not post anything. Says a hell if a lot when he has seen the questions time and time again and just keeps ignoring them.

I thought the point of this thread was to stop trolls not stop actual shareholders posting their opinions? You can't just delete posts that hv a negative opinion of the company. Kens mismanagement is glaringly obvious he should never hv told a reporter anything before shareholders. That is the definition of mismanagement and my post should not be deleted for pointing that out.

Haha that's a good one. You do realise zach hasn't done or said anything to suggest that these bonds will ever be listed on an exchange again right? But you're wrong... The trading platform is next on my list after making stats public, as I said I was busy through thursday of this past week. From here on out I should have worlds of time to throw at making LRM everything it should be.
Lol so 3 months ago he said it was his top priority rofl if he wanted the bonds to be traded they could be listed in less than two weeks. |

There is no FUD, I told you all this would happen half of you laughed and the others said just be patient for a couple of weeks. . . This has so far played out exactly how I suggested

This has gone beyond a joke now, we have all been more than patient but I am done being patient. Labrat is no longer fulfilling his obligations to bond holders. He doesn't even post the details of the dividends any more. Everything I said when the coin seed deal was announced has come true. Labrat has taken a better paid job and now no llonger has time to service his obligations to bond holders. Things will only get worse over the coming weeks. The time for patience has passed lab rat 's failure to fulfill his obligations is reducing the value of all bonds and I am stunned that the rest of bond holders are ok with this.

Yes, I've exchanged a couple of emails with him. Not much to share, other than waiting for hardware. I know we've got a large Monarch order coming, and news from BFL is looking good on that. 'End of December.' Riiiiiiiight.... grnbrg. So what your saying is lab-rat isn't actually that busy and could easily of come in here to answer the many questions surrounding the coinseed deal but has chosen not to.......hmmmm I wonder why...? |

this is playing out exactly how I suggested, since labrat announced he has a new job with CoinSeed he has not posted here. No hardware has even arrived yet do you guys really still think this was a good deal for shareholders cos all I can see right now is Zach has no time for labrat mining anymore and all his time is devoted to his probably very well paid job with coinseed. Maybe if we wait another two weeks he may finally decide to grace us with his presence  |

I think we have all been patient enough now, it's time for lab-rat to post a thorough breakdown of this deal, the asic project and how LRM is going to change over the next 12 months and what this will mean for shareholders.
