Hey! I think you can use crypto to face your problems inside and try to cope with them.
I understand what you experience is really hard...
I have been diagnosed with bipolar-I disorder 4 years ago.
Had job/family/relationship problems for years. Bipolar disorder includes anxiety too...
I was always impatient, impulsive and anxious.

And I jumped into the crypto world. Everything started falling apart again. I wasn't able to sleep, started losing money, anxiety, impulsive sell/buy.
Then I talked to my doc, asked if I should quit. He encouraged me to trade more, read more and use crypto to help cure myself.
It was hard first weeks... But then I found myself getting patient... I can lose or I can win, but life continues and things are going to be just fine...
Now I am calm and hopeful (even for the last 3 weeks)
You sometimes have to push yourself... I know it's hard, but you can do it!
Just hodl yourself and your coins

Well, I think that depends on the next move of BTC.
If the last wave happens and btc goes under $6 k, eth going under $600 is possible...
But that won't last long...

my biggest regrets are the .hitcoins I bought...
Buying these coin from ATH prices...
Such as Siacoin and Digibtye...
Wish I had bought ETC or SYS more instead of those..

Bad effects:
- People faking their lives for other people
- Feeling depressed from seeing fake lives
- Manipulative information (just like they do with btc news)

Good effects:
- Hearing about new places, motivation yourself
- Information channel
- Hearing more from your friends, family etc. who you love and miss

Well, a lot of people say so on Twitter. I was fooled about it I guess... Had 0.2 BTC amount of SC, now it's worth 0.1. So pissed, holding till it comes back to 0.2 (I am absolutely sure that some whales will pump it ASAP). Then bye bye SC, no way SC can be $1 this year. Maybe $0.1

Project idea seems solid, application platform with blockchain tech.
Okay but I want to see some products to be sure about it.. I have 1500 from airdrop. Didnt sell it, I ll keep till the end of 2018. Can go up to 5 bucks with good news coming.

If all your portfolio is ATH bought it maybe hard to hold..
What I would do in that case would be exchange between coins. For example, if you have SC and DGB and they both lost the same percentage, you can check which one is more promising for the future and buy the one promising with the other one's value...

ETH is a great coin, that's for sure... And the first platform coin. But it has some downsides. Coding is hard they dont let multiple languages. That's why people are also considering NEO which allows multiple programming languages..
Anyway, I dont think that ETH will loose power, actually, it will continue to grow...
PS: ETH price = BTC price... no way that's gonna happen

There is huge FUD in the market, even though I bought btc around 3-5 k I am scared too..
But I keep reminding my friends this...

Please be careful when buying from Bitmain company.
The customer support is really bad, if you need something and the current service provider doesn't help you, open other tickets and send your question multiple times...

It's never the right time to buy XRP, it is just crap.
There are tons of useful, good project coins.
You can even invest in a scam ICO and gain more that u do with ripple...

I believe 5% of the ICOs. You should pick the one with good project and good team. Be careful and read everything about what you are going to invest in.
