Интро Аналитика берет в расчет старые данные по сданным объектам СК? И за какой период?
Я думаю не только старые, но и новые данные. Ведь судя по WP пользуются продуктами проекта государственные чиновники куда чаще, чем партнеры. В ББ указано, что данные системы обновляются каждый месяц. Значит, в Интро Аналитика всегда можно будет получить самую свежую информацию. Свежая информация это, конечно, хорошо. Но, чтобы не ошибиться с выбором фирмы-ззастройщика, желательно посмотреть ее "послужной список" за несколько предыдущих лет. Надеюсь, вся эта информация тоже будет представлена в Интро. Да, надо несколько стаистик, текущий год, и динамика за последние пять, например. Тогда все сразу ясно, но возможно СК будут против такого. |
