been afk a few days, what is happening with BC at the mo and why is price tanking so much? So strange, this is a really solid coin. I guess imo that a lot of people expected something magical to happen after 10k blocks were hit and nothing has done so they got discouraged?

Ugh it only takes like 8 bitcoin worth of buy orders to push us sky high! We need more people interested in this coin. Sadly, since it's not being mined anymore, it doesn't get any more exposure...
We are working on that but everyone's help is appreciated. BlackCoin is one of the first PoS-only coins in existence. Work that angle. As far as I know people are working on Gambling sites and of course a Reddit Tip Bot. also to point out, if you look on coinmarketcap at coins like mastercoin, nxt, etc, these coins are not available to be mined too, and guess what, they maintain a solid value. |

me too  AFAIK we do not have any plans to fork or reboot the actual coins. We want to do a rebrand and let people buy for cheap. I think we feel that there are a lot of people who purchased panda at higher than the current price, so to restart we feel would make a lot of people upset. |

let me clear up some confusion, i just woke up and saw the price had halved. the most obvious reason that this has happened (to me, at least) is because a lot of people, especially newer miners looking to get in on the action with BC got too discouraged over the fact they couldn't work out the POS configuration for the wallet and inadvertently dumped their coins and abandoned ship because they are crying that the dev has a life away from his computer.
the price is going to rebound back, i dont care how much you disagree with this statement. i am right a lot of the time, usually all the time, i also have many leather bound books and my house smells of rich mahogany. bunch of maroons
