It can be true, though I have a doubt about it! I have been living with crypto since 2015, but I never heard such ICO, KYC terrorist acts ever! Even when all ICO was dying in 2018, I did not hear like this crime! There are many ICO scammers who committed crimes and they should go to jail but yet they did not do criminal activities with our KYC! Maybe it happened, I just personally did not hear about it!

Actually, these types of pumps have no strong value. When a coin grows up 12000% then I don't know why people wait to see more growth. Your friends did a huge mistake and MDAB price won't hit again that high! About five months ago, the same thing happened with the TXN token. I was shocked that my friends were making huge money where I told them this coin is shit! After two days, the price comes at normal price, almost 94% down! The president of China's open speech about Bitcoin endorsement is the main reason for pumping the Bitcoin price and the whole crypto market. Though today Bitcoin, Ethereum and other coins prices started decreasing again! Ethereum came back to 181 from 192$! It seems the pump was just for the quick hype, now it decreasing to hit its basic price! But, now, we can hope, crypto market pumping can start anytime between November and December of 2019!
