And often it gives nothing (or almost nothing!)

In my opinion there are 2 fundamentally different strategies (depending on temperament):
-All your energy into 1 or 2 campaigns to accumulate as many rewards as possible (and pray!).
-« Occupy the land" (when your a beginner and IF you have time): doing as much campaign as possible with easy tasks. 80% of the time it will be unsatisfying and 20% are good!

I see a lot of questions and no answers from dev team ot community managers. This is bad. They are active only when hyping ICO or other funding.
