CGMiner is a very messy program, it is a wonder it does work. It's like all the other Linux stuff, to many people have put their fingers on it.

I already feared that tomorrow would not be the day, and the next week you may not .. if they are really hoping the teams from China takes longer than a week.
I also got a Bitcoin account (it is not mine) of WafflePool, has running a few days with approximately with 0.30 BTC.. account ends in * DCgUh , I hope it's not the same they give to everyone.
The reality is: I havenīt "A2mini" and I do not receive bitcoins to my account for the compensation. Very BAD.
I'm really pissed with MinerEU, should be more serious and write emails or forum explaining the situation like this and keep us informed at all times.
We are all impatient. I hope this one stays in a bad dream and be fixed soon.
Victor.
The BTC address they gave me is different. They are probably using their Zeus miners to mine for us. Maybe they have a warehouse full of A2Miners running at London Bridge cooled with water from river Thames. That's why they don't want to sell them to us! ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) Anyway, I'll be drinking Belgian beer whole evening to ease my pain!

I suspect that if you ask for a refund, you will lose even more money. I doubt they will gave back $4000 worth of BTC, even if they haven't already spent it.
I don't want any of the other devices, too much power usage.
It is unacceptable, considering when I bought it they were apparently "in stock in the uk", which of course was untrue.
As it stands now, I'm already losing $70 every day at the least. I can have an A2 shipped with UPS and at my doorstep in 3 days, all the way from China. So why can't they ? I may might take a trip down and see what they have to say for themselves?
Of course perhaps what actually happened was that they spent all our BTC on their Zeusminer stock?
They have enough BTC. And I don't hear other suppliers about a manufacturing problem. It's the same as when I ordered them, first on that Monday briefly it is stated on the site that the factory had a power outtage, then suddenly it is changed to them being swamped by orders and they cant handle it.... They still promised to send out the orders including that Monday and it never happened. Instead I had to wait 2 weeks. I CALL BULLSHIT! I don't buy the manufacturing problem either, there is something fishy going on. The Zeus miners are no option for me because they will cost me hundreds of euros a month on energy. I don't see any other option than to wait till next week. I'm really pissed off about the whole situation.

Yes, when you don't have to drive hundreds of miles to get there it might be worth while to talk to them directly.

Totally unacceptable. First it takes them 2 weeks to deliver 2 A2 minis, then after 1 week one gives up. Now we are another week further down the road and I would have to wait another week ?
I don't think so. And no to the mediocre compensation aswell. I trade all day, I make way more than 0.05 BTC with 30 Mh/s....
I also make a lot of money trading, but what can you do about it? At least I hope that when it arrives next week it will be a solid product, and not some Monday morning type of thing.

I asked if they were still being shipped tomorrow and they just told me they are delayed
Yes, till mid next week. WHAT ? It makes me wanna cry! ![Cry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cry.gif)

Yes, till mid next week. They changed factory, I don't hope we will get a patched up product with a lot of problems.

But no mention of how much compensation or when you will receive it right?
They sent me an address at WafflePool, since 6 days mining at 30Mh/s, I can see how much it earned (at the moment 0.3 BTC) which is about right. Bill told me they will send it to my BTC address when they ship the A2Mini. I just got the message that the shipment of the A2Mini is delayed again for something like 8 days. As long as I get compensated for lost mining time, I can live with it, but I'm certainly not amused.

Just got a message that they are mining to give me compensation for lost mining time, so they are reading our emails. Nothing about the planned delivery date for the A2Mini.

Meh... It's kinda frustrating. I have some more stuff I would like to order, but I want to see the matter of the defective A2 resolved first.
The no response thing is really starting to bug me.
+1 Hopefully there will be news tomorrow ... Victor. They are as silent as the grave! I'm not very happy about this. This is not the way we do business here in Europe. Hopefully there will be some movement tomorrow. My order for a HurricaneX3 14-15Mh/s SCRYPT ASIC MINER changed to "Processing" during the night, I'm assuming that means they're getting ready to ship it (since they're supose to start shipment 17h/19th)? "Processing" means that they received your payment. It doesn't tell anything about shipping.

So, i just got my G-Blade from MinerEU and i think something is not right after running it for 12 hours ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) I'm using the Hashra controller and the clockspeed of 839 (supposed it's the "magic" number) and my top speed is just 4.6Mh/s and the average is 4.4. Also i'm getting to many HW errors. I think 2242 HW errors is way to many for something that it's stock ant not overclocked ![Lips sealed](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/lipsrsealed.gif) Is there any Pi controller i can use that can check the chips individually to see if they are working or the temperature? I'm think i have one or two bad chips on my blades. I was expecting at least 5.5 top and 5.2 average ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) Maybe you should try the CPU miner for Gridseed from sandor111, I always had the best results with that. https://github.com/siklon/cpuminer-gc3355You should get something like 5.6Mh/s with it. HW errors should be only a few. It also shows the results from each chip, so you can easily track if there are chips doing nothing at all.

Well tomorrow is Tuesday, so I'm expecting a shipping notification then for my next unit. Still no word on my promised compensation though.
I just sent them an email because I would like to know when the A2Mini will be shipped and whether I can expect some form of compensation. Hopefully I will get an answer today. They may also add a couple of Blizzards as compensation, I would be happy with that. I've been playing around with the Fury's last week and they are not as bad as I thought. They use a lot of power ~42W. But to run a few of them is not really a problem.

Indeed DPD doesn't give a damn when you get you package. But ok, they are cheap!
$54 isn't cheap, at all. Not really, no. UPS will cost you 3 times as much (for express). I assume DHL is in the same league as UPS.

Just connected 6 Fury's to my PC and put them on an el-cheapo 360W PSU. They are doing 8.2Mh/s. This is more than I've got with 20 Gridseeds. I will keep them running till the second A2Mini comes in.

If I was doing it I'd just drive it, 44 metric tonnes of freight in one go, perfect.
Birmingham is just where it's national hub is. It's how they all do it in the UK now. If I send a letter to someone who lives a mile away, it will be picked up from postbox and taken to local depot, then it'll be driven 30 miles to nearest sorting facility, and then driven back to the same local depot for delivery :-) It's cheaper apparently
Very efficient!

I think DPD normally truck it out to Europe. By the time you've driven it to the airport and waited for it to clear security and whatever it is just quicker to drive it (or not in this case). Where I live we have a huge Amazon warehouse, Deutche Post trucks coming in and out all day. Often if something is OOS at Amazon UK, I can order it from Amazon DE or FR, knowing it'll come next day from down the road
I really don't understand why they transport it from London to Birmingham, seems to me a totally wrong direction if it goes by truck.

Seriously pissed at DPD now. Apparently, the tracking IS accurate and the package is dicking around in UK since Wednesday!
My package was kept for a day or two in Birmingham. I think they hold it until they have enough packages to fill a cargo plane. I can't imagine that there aren't enough packages to fill a plane for 2 days. It's not as if DPD is operating an airport and planes and pilots and all that. This stuff is subcontracted out to air and ocean carriers who transport parcels from several carriers. DPD also guarantees 2 days for Air Express. I really don't know, but I have seen small planes on airports with a DPD logo on it, so it's not complete nonsense.
