I'm CPU mining on my 8 core cpu and it goes from 33-140 kh/s and then just shuts down before it comes back after a while and does it over and over.
I use minerd.exe and mining_proxy.exe, any help to fix this.
also how can i make it stay at 140 kh's?

7990 is the most powerful GPU in the world, hashrate or otherwise, not the best value however.
r290x is the most powerful single-die GPU, 290 comes in as a close second.
Best hashrate per dollar? That depends on what the prices are in your part of the world, probably a 270x or 6950...maybe even 5830s still...
i have an r9 280x on the way. What are the best hash rates you guys have been able to get messing with the flags? |

CPUMining on CoinoTron and dropping?
I'm CPU mining with my 8 core proc on Coinotron with minerd.exe/mining_proxy.exe and it intermittently drops then reconnects and builds up to 100+ kh/s before disconnecting again, has anyone had this happen and anyone know how to stop the drops?
do i need to add certain flags to the command line to prevent this?

I'm only getting 30-55 kh/s on my GTX 570. I know it can get way more. for example proof. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=66811.msg833904#msg833904Can anyone with this card and using CGMiner show me their command line to get their hashrate? Also the GPU just stops mining every 30 mins or so and starts again is that because it's overheating , is it normal? |
