They mention many times that a new ui will be on the way. i agree ui is not bad but its nothing special yet. are you the one who sent in 3 btc yesterday or the whale who sent in 4.5 Cant agree more. I hope they revamp it soon. |

If you have other big holdings in cryptsy, I would recommend not withdrawing anything now. If a lawsuit succeeds, then there may be a distinction between users who have got partial coins back and users who got nothing back. Thats my 2 cents and I will wait out and see how the legal proceedings go. I dont think it will have any impact on the final outcome.I hope every one gets all their coins back from them. |

Lisk interest is huge, and after launch will be a success, but with DPoS system, value of LISK will decrease in time, this thing with delegates is not proven to be a success (is an example somewhere?) - a small group will produce coins and a large group will buy? I don't think so. In a POW system everyone can produce some coins (small miners for ex.) and is involved in coin. DPoS is energy efficient indeed, but for who? for a small group? DPoS will become like a closed group. DPoS is not attractive to masses. I like LISK and i want to succeed, but this is my opinion.
I agree, small group of 100 is not ideal. With the amount of money generated at ICO, I wonder if LISK management themselves can run these 100 nodes and distribute the earning to the voting users somehow- after deducting the server running costs, of course? |

I think if it drops below ICO price, I'd be willing to pick up a ton. And that's not something I ever consider - I'd normally wait for a huge drop.
It will be interesting, but definitely recommend keeping some for a very long run (like year or two).

I was trying the second link which is now very prominent. I didn't know the first link was still available. I see it now after looking under the ICO area (which I would have never thought to do since the ICO is over). When I login at the first link I do see my exchange. What a relief.
OK, maybe I over reacted in my panic of seeing a zero balance, but it would really help if a link to the first login could be provided from the main lisk.io page.

Unfortunately fedoracoin doesn't give supply with the getinfo rpc method. The reason is that due to the random rewards, the totalsupply can't easily be precalculated unlike with other coins with predictable rewards.

1.BigVern divorce case (documented there with all details, motions, hearings and so on)
from what we understand should include Project Investors and Cryptsy itself
Cryptsy should be sold and wife and lawyers paid.
Most likely Cryptsy would not be able to separate own coins and deposited coins, all should be sold.
this case might be phony but obviously nobody can prove it
2.some guys started class action, with expensive lawyers. Obviously their claims
are much higher than real loss.
3.Cryptsy workers began to flee hard since November.
Most visible defector was wallet man Mullick (and suddenly most of wallets went maintenance)
After Mullick was gone remaining Cryptsy guys had problems to find links to wallets (Horus asked in this thread where is link to wallet)
in Cryptsy thread some guys speculated that Mullick has taken some coins with him
4.actually last active months December and January Cryptsy has returned lot of small coins
without volume to depositors.
this is documented in the thread, and also all my friends all got Asiacoin back
a list of small coins which could be withdrawn was published on blog.cryptsy.com

besides, both on this thread and on Cryptsy thread 350+ pages nobody ever specifically complained of blocked Asiacoin.
Asiacoin was one of easiest coins to withdraw as very illiquid.
Returning to Cryptsy stories - supposedly Cryptsy was hacked of around 14.000 BTC early
2015, supposedly to malware in a wallet of very small coin.
BigVern has decided to disclose this hack after over 20 months.
All this story is weird.
Anyway, officially Cryptsy is short of around 14.000BTC since.
Returning any deposits and values from Cryptsy, having in mind 14.000 BTC loss, wife and class action - this hope is extremely fragile.
As to Asiacoin related to Cryptsy - as have written to this thread several times - believe that millions held on Cryptsy related wallets are not depositors coins but remainder of original April 2014 hack - free coins from hidden premine, washed through (wisely defunct) Mintpal.
And this is real headache for Asiacoin - nobody will try to expensively pump Asiacoin to be dumped on with millions of free Asiacoin from Cryptsy-related guys (friends of original hacker)
Thanks bittcoin for the info. Didnt know you could withdraw AsiaCoin succesfully from cryptsy, in fact I never tried it as my other big investments were not withdrawable. We can indeed ignore cryptsy if we go ahead with a new chain. |
