No updates for ages here. Dev only thinks about his exchange. WBB is pure pump and dump. It was pumped so freaking high, almost to market cap top ten coins. Now only dumps and dumps. I honestly don't get it (but I am a serious crypto newb btw., so I honestly would like to have some input here):
Why is this this coin so cheap? The dev delivers great work (WBBOS for example, and 1ex.trade) and this coin hangs around 250k market cap? It seems to me that something goes seriously wrong here... Crapcoins like RISE (and others, but I invested in RISE and regret it) have 3 times the market cap without even delivering anything, or coins with just a good idea but no progress comparable to WBB (PEERPLAYS) give 5 to 7 times the ico-investment (lucky me invested here early).
But this coin with tons of potential stalls or even goes down? I invested quite a bit of money into this coin, as I see tons of potential (as a matter of fact, lots of stuffl is already done but seems not to be acknowledged by the community). What goes wrong here? Is it solely a lack of proper marketing?

You are soo right. I am early investor and can't believe how undervalued this coin is atm. But admit that, this coin looks quite inactive, probably looks dead in some extent. Crypto community wants rapid hype, astonishing promises, resulting into huge volumes and price gains. Working product is in second priority (remember ETH/DAO hack, countless hype-on-promises coins and no developments till today). From traders point of view, there are much better options to invest into, if you want trade short. Long term investors aren't that much in crypto. Everyone wants quick buck to buy Lambo, lol. No marketing, zero hype, but meanwhile something special baking behind the scenes (we know some specs and test results, graphs so far). All that sums up into poor coin trading results. Peter avoids hype, he wants to deliver mature product and only then marketing will kick in. All we know is that huge gains and volumes are caused by whales interests. WBB isn't popular in big guys heads. That's it. 250k USD cap is just a joke, if we look at coinmarketcap table top entries. Many crapcoins are much higher just because of over hyping, manipulations. |

I can't disagree regarding distribution. Whales need big pie from coin max supply, otherwise no pumps are expected. That explains, why WBB is pumproof coin. One of few of this kind. Most coins were pumped to mad heights an volumes. WBB got one or two micro pumps, where trading volume didn't exceed 100BTC.
Fortunately Peter has business plans to adopt v5 into real world usage, not only for average user, but for large firms/companies as priority.
People shouldn't expect mega pump for WBB, nor dump. It's stable where it is, and price will grow naturally. People holding it, knows it's real value.
Screw those pumpdumpers-bot-whales-manipulators!!! They prove their inability to pump under risk the coin with quite fair distribution. Scary and pathetic people they are.

I guess, so far WBB as coin has no unique feature, excluding great dev (that doesn't matter, looking back to crypto history), and sister project- 1ex.trade. V5 will make it a lot different opposed to what we have seen in crypto.
Still, WBB limited supply... If it gets a momentum, price is unpredictable, could reach half BTC at peak, imo. Keep it as my prediction...
Let's just wait for V5, which is tested hard at the moment according to Peter words. He proved his attitude, releasing 1ex.trade exchange then V2 of exchange, taking into account community suggested tweaks and finetuning site again and again.
Peter always comes here and leave posts about updates, or questions. Although, slack channel is place where you can speak to Peter a lot more, every day.
Now there isn't question about, will WBB be developed further, it's all about some more weeks and Peter will come up with his own sight about how crypto should evolve further, with real grand update, converting WBB into next gen.
Yes, and if someone holding WBB feels unsure, feel free to sell and invest into latest pumps... XMR and SDC, after that come back and invest your profits into WBB. It is safe middle term investment.

Since last month, few times price went up to above 40k but again dump...dont know why....who did that, with total coin supply and dev. Should be more 1 usd
So much shitcoins get much higher caps and proper coins stay low. I think you know how crypto is fuckd up. And WBB is one of examples. All trading wise depends on whales. Do they want to pump or leave alone the coin. Fortunately, Peter has more advanced plan to involve real bussinesses. So, demand could come from non crypto money bags. I believe one day 1usd price will be distant history, more to say with low 1.8+mlj current and 2.6+mlj max supply. Only approx. 800k coins left to mine, diluted for many years. In October this year is halving to 1.25 coins per block. And new technology wallet is sceduled in next couple months. |
