The problem is that if the devs are telling people who trusted them that they are working on XBC but are in fact secretly working on another project, they are being grossly dishonourable. Seriously gross entities.
Let's wait and see. Maybe people don't deserve decentralisation and freedom.

Point taken about whales.   and yes the attention due is working for us, We actually appreciate whales and how important a part they play. Some of my best friends are whales.
The point of the thread that seems to get missed or misinterpreted is the danger of excess in crypto trading. Whales temper the metal of coins. A good thing. Greedy, irresponsible whales kill the host and move on. A really professional trader knows where to draw the line.

I'm looking forward to a huge success with this coin.    I've already recovered my original investment. I say that here so folks will be denied the chance to accuse me of making comments simply because I've lost out at some point.

Excellent  coin, devs, community, ideas and future. We will get there.

This coin could have a great future. 
People in crypto, the traders, the exchanges, the miners,the investors and the devs all have a stake in making it difficult for rampant profiteering.
So we can all win. Yes, I agree it's a good idea to hold your coins. But one day, you will want to sell and the predators will be waiting. Let's get something working to at least provide a heads up on an exchange when a particularly greedy one hoves into view. Meercat style look outs. Sorry but Yes. I'm suggesting a blacklist and self regulation.

Hey Jakecrow can you not read??? I don't even have any kids but I can empathise with folk who are trying to manage these days and suffer at the hands of greedy bastards. You are an excellent team of devs and I know you will do amazing things.
However, it will feel sooooo shitty if, yet again,  some greedy f##ks with don't give a f##k attitude rape your coin to death.
They rationalise using all the market up / down arguements and "there need to be dumps to make coin strong" etc. All part truths they use to justify going too far.
I say again. The greed and the whales must be dealt with to get them in check. It requires action.
I'm pleading for profits WITHIN REASON. Stop the rape. 

  Well folks, XBC will not live long if we (the crypto community ) continue to collude with the whale problem.
Exchanges and traders know who these people are and know what tricks they use. Time and time again the troll boxes yammer about the p and d's while the whales, some of them cynically and blatently, rape new coins. The whales in their tertiary blindness and stupidity forget how many people on exchanges are trying to feed their kids.
Whales think they are so clever when all they do is abuse the power they hold. Agreed, the skills and power are built up over years and hard earned but that's no excuse for unfettered greed. We don't want Wall St. in crypto.
Be a clever trader but not a greedy, opportunistic, egotistical pig. Make the profits but within reason.We can admire your skills but detest your activities.

The exchanges, traders and investors must do something to put a limit on outright destructive whaling. Maybe some nubies and traders admire the whales or try to get into the slipstream for a quick buck. Understandable. But think about the cumulative impact it has on us all.

Time to restrict the whales. Crypto is at it's heart about fair distribution and fair profit. Let's not make it too easy for the predators. It only inflates their egos and bank balances. Governments and banks have been playing "gamesofdeception" on us for centuries and thinking themselves heros for it. They get away with it as long as we let them.
Whales will not listen. They will carry on and rationalise what they do in terms of " nothing personal, it's just business ". Time to cull the herd.

You will be played so have a plan to get your investment out.
Price will soar and fall. Buy low. sell high.
Getting into this game is as pleasant as putting your hand in a blender.

There are quite a few utterly immoral, greedy, skillful players. They eat nubies for breakfast.
