Yes I am staking everyday. (About 4 or 5 stakes)
so any idea about what's wrong with my wallet? i've tried adding the nodes listed in this thread, nothing... there is nothing obviously wrong into debug.log apart some connection timeouts on some nodes... and no, my firewall is not blocking outgoing connections (my captcoin wallet has no problems staking) any sort of help is appreciated, thank you.

i've my wallet synced, running, unlocked and updated since the beginning and it staked just 6 times (last time on august 5) with an actual balance of about 112 coins, i suspect there's someting wrong...
- backup wallet.dat - delete everything in /appdata/Roaming/PreminePlus EXCEPT wallet.dat - download the current PreminePlus Wallet from the OP and unpack it - start the premineplus-qt and wait until it is synced https://imgur.com/0YEr6gInothing changed... is everybody else staking?

For once microsoft has nothing to do with that, it is rather gmp dev team who refuse to make (or rather maintain) a gmp version compilable with Visual Studio.
So technically mpir is rather a moron free gmp... (and work as well on linux)
oh i see... no problems switching to sci-libs/mpir package

ah ah some progress (I borrowed Catia multiplication... mine was causing too much memory throttle which is bad with the small memory bus of the 750ti and will be bad with the future gtx8xx > ) m7 cudaminer 9.8MHash/s (on 780ti) m7 ccminer 10.7MHash/s (on 780ti) I need to reboot before testing the 750ti (did crash a lot today... ) What is m7 ? cryptonite's algo @djm34: will you update your git tree with it? Still a few things to check and lots of cleaning after that yes. Be prepared to install mpir (visual studio friendly gmp equivalent) if you want to compile ccminer after that update. microsoft free here

Also I'd like to gripe a little about miner donations. Let me count them for you all. 1,2,3,4, no wait, no donate, none
i've sent you 100 coins (24h worth of desktop mining) hopefully the ones with big irons will follow the example
|
|

sorry, i can't mine this coin anymore, it's too hot here i've sent all mined coins (447) to the donation address, it's not much but hopefully the price will rise... good luck again

Catia now delivers for you 2.5MH of raw speed on 750ti. For free as per usual. Now let those complaints roll!
impressive catia, and it runs even cooler!

Yes, we need the optimisation desperately. On average I am getting 1.2-1.3mh over a longer period of time (from initial 1.4mh) versus 3mh+ Wolf is getting (he has improved over 2.2mh and I am not sure if he is sharing his private miner to a few privileged). That is less than half of the hash rate of what Wolf's private miner can do. This is by no mean a small amount! With the current exchange rate of 0.000024, we are all losing a lot when mining with the public miner.
Why is this thread full of crying people? This is really pathetic! Yes, it is a significant difference in performance, but it is not devastating. You just mine 50% of what he does with the same HW, this is still fine. Instead of crying and waiting for everything served on a silver plate, you can: 1) dedicate your own time to learn CUDA programming, run NvProfiler and do your own optimizations, like Wolf0 did 2) pay someone to do optimizations for you 3) buy twice more HW you have now +1 4) Organize fundraising to crowdfund releasing a faster miner. This is really a good fit since there is an objective way to measure it. "2x the speed on such and such hardware, you get X amount of coins." Stop expecting people to do free work and hand you free money by helping you mine. It is pathetic and stupid. I agree BTW that 50% is not atrocious. It is probably still quite profitable over the cost of electricity or compared to most other coins you could mine. yes it's profitable at current price (it would even more without the 5% rejects on 1gh pool) and remember that a more optimized cuda miner also means higher temperature, more noise and more electricity... here with 35 degree i would have stop mining if i didn't found out about xcn and the public gpu miner because the actual ccminer is so optimized that even "cool" algos are pushing gpu temperature at 80 degree...

Started over and grabbed the new updated CudaMiner from git. Makes now with no issue, but now:
CudaMiner$ ./minerd -a m7 -o stratum+tcp://xcnpool.1gh.com:7333 -u Cmyaddressi -p x -t 1 [2014-08-06 18:36:43] 1 miner threads started, using 'm7' algorithm. [2014-08-06 18:36:43] Starting Stratum on stratum+tcp://xcnpool.1gh.com:7333 GPUassert: invalid device symbol cuda_whirlpool512.cu 1428
Going to try removing whirlpool512 and compiling again, I assume -t 1 is correct as I only have a single GPU.
Thanks for the help all, I'll have to run some cards on someone's XCN address when this works for the help =)
the source compiles just for compute 3.5, so it works just for maxwell cards, if you are on kepler edit the makefile and change compute_35 with compute_30 Maxwell is 5.0 - Kepler is 3.0 & 3.5. ops, sorry for the confusion, anyway you have to edit the makefile in order to get the miner working with your card...
