Ok, ok, let me summarize:
- brand images for all brands -> that's already on our todo list. We will overwork all our brand images. (April) - remove brands with no cards -> not possible, cause this is often just temporary and we want visistors to come back again to see, if it's available. If the brand is not listed, they think, we never have this brand. But for our todo: better information message than "no data available".
At the moment, I just wonder for the problem of OmegaStarScream, because I see this example image and don't know, why the image doesn't load for him. Maybe we can check this, waiting for feedback of OmegaStarScream.

"No data available in table" - I will update this message with one of the next updates. Sometimes, the reason is your filter (region) and sometimes, the cards of these brands are sold out. (we only show cards with a quantity > 0) So, to remove these brands is no option. We want to show our customers all the brands, we have. Maybe, they come back later and these brands are in stock again.

@Coinsbee I've just noticed that Discord introduced gift cards for games and Nitro subscriptions. It would be nice to see them on your site. I looked around (Bitrefill, CoinCards, etc.) and none of these services had the cards. Also, I believe you have some kind of glitch. I tried adding Amazon ES GCs to my cart (7 of them) but I got this error even though I could clearly see that there was 26 in stock. I couldn't reproduce the error after refreshing the page, even after adding 30 cards but I suggest you take a look at it. we will ask our distributor if we can provide giftcards of Discord. Sometimes we have a delay, that happens if at the same time another customer shops the same giftcards.

So are these from you US distributor allowed to use on any paypal account around the world such as from india or middle eastern countries or only for US based ones? You should be able to use the cards regardless of your location. You'll be redeeming them through Topuptools.com, so any details about the codes can be found there: https://topuptools.com/PayPalAlso, the GCs are not discounted. You'll actually pay a bit extra. Thx for the answer. @rdbase the margins on giftcards are really small. So we can't give high discounts on the giftcards.

I just gave the region as an example. I was mainly referring to the other filters (crypto and brand). In my opinion, these are not supposed to remain the same after each visit to the site while the region filter should automatically be detected and changed based on your location. Could the confirmations be fee based? If you set a low fee do they wait for 6, but if you use a medium or high fee they just take the risk? Same with do you have RBF set on your wallet when sending?

I'm pretty sure that's not the case. If you check the screenshots I posted above, you can see that the confirmations are determined before I even send the funds. We will reset the brand when the customer came back to the page. But we think region and crypto should stay. We also checked the confirmations....80 of 100 transactions are passed in less than 10minutes. There are only some which took a little bit more time. If there is any large delay in the future please give us a short support message.

That answer is not explaining why the user above (AdolfinWolf) and I have different have to wait for a different amount of confirmation. I don't have to wait for any, while he has to wait for 6 confirmations, the bitcoin network and fees have nothing to do with that.
Also, here are some things you may want to look into:
- The filter is not automatically reset after closing the website and opening it again. If you choose "Canada" as a region and come back later to the shop, it will remain the same. - Whenever you add products to the cart and then buy them, they'll remain there. That's not the normal behavior, gift cards should be removed from the cart if your order went through without problems.
We check it with coingate with the goal to reduce the confirmations. - Yes we do don't reset the filter, because we think its more comfortable for the user if his region is selected when he comes back to the site. Or? - You are right. The gift cards should be removed from the cart, if the order was completed. We will fix that tomorrow.

We try to help you as fast as possible. The number of confirmations is set by our partner coingate. Normaly it took only some minutes.
Hmm. I'm just saying that it took 4-10 minutes to confirm, and then i had to wait another hour (plus or minus) for both giftcards to actually be sent to me. Sending a support ticket will probably not be worth the hassle, and i doubt i would get a response in time, but at the same time it's slightly annoying to wait an hour or more (if you're unlucky) when your transaction is already confirmed. I'm just saying that, for someone like me who wants to have as little interactions as possible (unnecessarily sending tickets etc..), and receive the GC as soon as possible (i think this is your average customer), this could be kind of a dealbreaker. The number of confirmations is set by our partner coingate. If you think that that's best.. Anyways, great service nonetheless We contacted coingate for this issue as mentioned before. Here is their answer. We try to work for the fastest process as possible (must be secure enough for us). "Confirming" status indicates that your transaction has been detected, but that we are still waiting for cryptocurrency network confirmation of the payment. Once you see this status, there is nothing else you need to do. Feel free to close the invoice tab (though we recommend bookmarking it first), and expect an email from your seller once the payment is processed by them. Transaction confirmation times depend on 1) the fee that was attached to the transaction and 2) the load of the cryptocurrency network. Typically, transactions confirm within an hour, but can take up to several hours or even days if the fee attached is too small."
