Traditional banking system is full of bureaucracy, procedures and limitation that in most cases contribute to keeping millions of people out of banking entirely. However crypto on the other hand does not involve many of these bureaucratic procedures, thus making it seamless to onboard anyone. I believe the digital Euro, Dollar or Yuan can in a great way bank the unbanked.

I don't know what part of the world OP could be from but i can categorically tell him/her that the downsides of this pandemic on the global economies is by far more than the upsides. Yes there's a huge surge in the acceptance of digital revolution but a lot of people and economies are suffering greatly right now as a result of that pandemic.

Come on member, are you so serious? Yes the covid-19 situation triggered working from home but do you really mean it that the pandemic did not always cause any harm? If you say it triggered the altcoins season, that maybe true but how % of the world population know about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies? The virus had caused so much harm to the world mate.

I agree with you that the adoption of Cryptocurrency in Nigeria is to a very large extent greater than what is obtainable in India, but looking at the economic and population size of India, one can confidently agree that p2p trading volume in India cannot be overtaken by that of the Nigerian populace.
