261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin correlate with ETH and Litecoin? on: December 12, 2017, 10:42:28 PM
There is not a fixed pattern for it, they all go in different's patterns, but sometimes they all just want to follow bitcoin prices.

A lot of times when bitcoin goes up, alts go down. But when bitcoin goes down like hell or there is a dip, a lot of altcoins tend to go up during those times.

It is a very weird thing, but no one knows what is the real pattern that they are following at the moment.

I have btc.  Is it possible for bitcoin to go up and eth and litecoin to go down?  If one coin goes up, the other ones do?  I assume the 2 coins with the most correlation would be btc and litecoin?
262  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we gonna see Bitcoin fall back a bit for those who wish to invest? on: December 08, 2017, 11:48:55 PM
I agree with you mate, that is what really happened during the last few hours.

And a lot of people were saying, oh no, it is going to drop below $10000 for sure, they all were wrong with that.

$12k could happen, but perhaps the correction we saw from $17k back to around $15k was already a large enough correction to push us over to the next rally.

It is not going to drop, and if it falls, then it will be just a dip of no more than $3000 or so, so dont be afraid people.

If you have just entered the market, then you should know that after a rally, there is a dip, and after that dip, there is a big rally again, and this proccess is a whole cycle that has been repeating since february, so dont be scared of it.

I think that once that it touches $20,500 it will fall to $18,000 or less.
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEM (XEM) up 150% after WeChat partnership announcement! on: December 08, 2017, 11:33:09 PM
So probably WeChat is going to be considered as the "oficial cryptocurrency of China"

price jumped by 150%[/url] after they announced on Twitter that they have partnered with WeChat.

I dont know why it has been going up so quickly, 150% in a day is just an insane spike, much more than when bitcoin did 50% in a day, and that was crazy (because it was yesterday lol)

But it will drop anytime, just be patient if you want to buy some NEM because the actual price is unsustainable.

I have been investigating over this coin.. but now it is very expensive and i can not buy them at a reduced price anymore.

DimCoin is using their platform too.
264  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase account closed with pending tx?! on: December 08, 2017, 11:19:25 PM
My co worker linked his bank account via instant verification 4 days ago and then immediately made 3 tx which were all pending still today. When he went to log in it said his account was closed?

CONTACT THE SUPPORT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Your friend probably has his account compromised by those assholes, they are capable of doing anything in order to steal as much as they can.

How much money did he deposited in there?

It is incredible how thiefs they are, that is why i have always been out of those exchanges and i am now holding all my bitcoins on an offline wallet, THAT is the only way to protect your bitcoins from those assholes.

He is going to get replied in a week, or maybe a month, but do not lose the hope.
265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where do I find people actively looking to spend bitcoin? I want to sell a house on: December 07, 2017, 07:49:11 PM
I dont know if you are really a troll, or if you are meaning it serious.

You are not going to get a buyer in here, there aren't any big whales in here, maybe the most wealthy guys in here doesnt even have more than six bitcoins (and that is less than $120,000)

Post it into the good's section on this forum, maybe you are going to get some attention or some advices, who knows.

Or just post it in any of those websites in where you can publish your house, but in the description add this: "only buyers who are willing to pay in btc"

and that is it.

266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CryptoKitties is mental on: December 07, 2017, 07:29:13 PM
Crazy A. The whole network if unusable ATM.

Plus: Ethereum doesnt work, bitcoin doesnt work, i do not know what else to do.

Bitcoin is going up to the sky, but it is unsable, so what is the sense of seeing it going over twenty thousand dollars if we are not able to send a single transaction without having to wait hours to get it confirmed?

i am getting tired of this.

Have you noticed that since cryptokitties was launched the whole network is more slow? Is this a coincidence?
267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In the case of a large percentage drop on: December 05, 2017, 11:08:40 PM
If the price drops below $6,000,i would put most of my entire life savings in to bitcoin, you all know that everytime that it drops there is always a new retracement, and it always tend to go up, doesnt matter what.

The whole population from the US have always had a lot of trouble in order to hold bitcoins, there is nothing new with that.

that would be hard for US citizens to hold onto them.

In fact, the IRS is very desperated because they want to raise as much money as they can just by taking people's taxes from their bitcoins.

That is why they are just trying to catch all those who have larger amounts of bitcoin on their wallets (only if they are citizens from the us of course)
268  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: At which price would BTC get te currency we use, instead of $,€,... ? on: December 03, 2017, 02:42:57 PM
i think that it feels great to say, i have $10,000 instead of ; i have 0.80 btc.

i always liked the idea of having a lot of money, and now i am really living that movie, lmao.

But yes, maybe you are right, we need to consider to say that we have X amount of bitcoin, but mBtc? No, that is an useless term to call bitcoin, i do not understand why we have Bits-mBtc-mMbtc, etc, Satoshis are a good thing because we are reffering to the founder, and that is fine.

You are right, but maybe bitcoin is not very famous at the moment, and that is the main reason of why we dont use those terms.
269  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: looking for mentor on: December 03, 2017, 02:22:20 PM
Dont reply anymore people, the OP is probably trolling in here

It is impossible, you are looking to be a bounty manager in here, and that is impossible because you do not even have enough experience to be like one of them.

I do not know if you are aware of that, but being a bounty manager is much more difficult than just being a signature btc campaign, because you just have to manage bitcoins in there, and in bounties, you need to use tokens and that is much more difficult if you need to use another wallet.

But of course, you do not have experience, you are probably using a bought account.. That is enough to red tag your account.

Good luck.
270  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Problems with Blockchain? on: December 01, 2017, 09:15:35 PM
move the funds out of there, blockchain is one of the best online wallets, and it hasn't scammed anyone yet.

But the best thing that you can do is just put those funds on localbitcoins, and sell that amount to a seller, that is very easy and if you want a wire transfer it can be made in just minutes.

I didn't knew that blockchain.info had the option to withdraw money, i mean, i thought that Coinbase was the only one who was offering this kind of alternatives to withdraw some bitcoins.

Maybe it is because the miner fees, but 5 pounds seems to be a little bit expensive (since atm's fees are aprox $3)
271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is That The Thundering Herd I Seem to Hear? on: December 01, 2017, 08:46:12 PM
I am sorry, but can you post this on english instead of that weirdy language? I dont even know what are you trying to type since it is unreadable.

A friend just asked me about it today (the first unsolicited inquiry I have ever gotten re BTC).
Rather than a Bubble, I think I hear -- softly, softly -- a thundering herd coming in the distance.
Opinions solicited from you all....

What did your friend asked to you? I dont get it, did he ask you about "what bitcoin is" or "bitcoin is a bubble?" I dont understand since your whole thread is making my eyes bleed a lot.

Bitcoin at $10,000 seems to have gotten some attention.  Especially in Asia.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment on Altcoins on: December 01, 2017, 08:25:41 PM
It has been answered a lot of times in here, if you go to the Altcoin Discussion (in where you posted this thread) You are able to see that there are at least five threads asking the same question.

Why do you need to create another one? You could just click in to one of them and that is all, i dont see any necessity of keep spamming this forum with useless contributions.

And in case that you are so "lazy" that you do not even want to do your own research, just put all your funds in Bitcoin, ethereum, monero & litecoin, those are the "best" picks that you can make in order to succeed.
273  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining ? Tell me About it please on: December 01, 2017, 08:01:10 PM
Why dont you try to ask the same question too google instead of posting this kind of crap in here?

Just put this on your searchbar; "What is cloudmining?" You are going to get tons of answers just by doing this, and it is not even difficult to do so.

Anyway, cloudmining is a very risky way to invest your money, you are just "simulating" to have hashpower, only that you are paying for that hashpower and the company is only giving it to you based on the rates that you paid.

It is not safe, a lot of this kind of websites are down right now, and they are now scam.

So better to be away from this kind of ponzies, they all are the same lie.
274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram users beware! on: December 01, 2017, 07:46:39 PM
What is the problem with that? The FUD has always existed, there is nothing new with that.

Just look at all the other forums that are not "always talking about bitcoin" And you will see that a lot of people who are investing in cryptos, are saying that everybody MUST buy at $8000 instead of the atm's price.

It is not a good advice for those who are not still introduced into the system. But this is making the price to be stable a little bit more than before.

But why do you include telegram in this? They are just a channel, telegram is not the problem in here.
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coin should I mine and wait for over 10000% return? Please explain on: December 01, 2017, 07:23:01 PM
You are a piece of scum, why are you asking for a coin who is going to make 10000% return? Better to search for your own information, i dont know why all the newbies are trying to get everything for free & easy in here.

it is disgusting, try to make your own research instead of ask advices in here.

If i know that a coin is going to make 10k% in just a few months, i would not even tell you because i dont know you.

Are you seriously expecting to have some RELIABLE answers in here?

Most of those who replied in here are the shitty posters who are saying that NXT is going to make x10000 (which is impossible)
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 95% of Cryptocurrencies will Not Survive in 2018 on: December 01, 2017, 06:48:14 PM
If you are talking about those ico's who were not succesfull, then you are right, they are not going to survive just because of this: There is no way that people can not be convinced to keep their funds in that project if it is not profitable for them.

People is always hunting money, and if they realize that they can make much more money just by holding those funds in bitcoin, they will leave that project sooner or later.

But 95%, that is pretty unfair.

You should know that there are aprox 5,000 altcoins listed. a five percent of that is just 250.
277  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are paid signal groups worth to join? If so, how much should I trade to pay off? on: December 01, 2017, 06:29:07 PM
You are right about saying that he is wasting money with that, because the price is very expensive. But do you know "how" does that group works? I guess that you do not.

0.5 BTC to join a group providing signals? You're wasting both your time and more importantly money.

If the price is over a half bitcoin, then i guess that it would be a good group, have you made a research in google about that? or maybe you can find some info on reddit (there are a lot of discussions in there about groups)

But it is a huge amount of money, maybe it is worth it, but you need to have a huge balance on your exchange in order to be able to earn more than $6,000 a month (only to break even)
278  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fees in Bitcoin are perplexing on: November 30, 2017, 11:54:46 PM
People is never going to understand that bitcoin can not be used anymore to send payments of $5 or $10. They all should know that sending big payments is the only way to do not be worried about the fees.

I made my first transaction this morning to a wallet. It cost me a measly $4 for about an $850 transaction.

Miners are always putting their own cost, nobody can determine that, they are fucking bitcoin and you should know that. Go back to November 12th, they almost killed bitcoin because they wanted more profits, so they moved to bcash. Now they are back again in here..

From what I read, the fee goes to the miner who mined the block of which my transaction...... How is this number even determined in the first place?

Then why dont you use cash or credit cards? If you use CC you wont have to pay fees, but you need to pay monthly fees for the usage of the card. And an anual renewal of more than 70$ per card (it depends on what kind of card are you using [visa/mastercard/amex])

than just cash or a credit card that don't charge fees
279  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What trading indicator(s) do you use for a 'long trade' or a 'short trade' ? on: November 30, 2017, 11:37:37 PM
Do you know how the indicators are working when you talk about altcoins?

They are almost useless, specially because the whole crypto market is only followed by pure speculations, you can not expect to have the same patterns as the price of EUR/USD are having on forex.

Maybe the only good indicator that you can use for alt trading, are just the bollinger bands, they are very effective, and you can make a lot of profit from them if you are just looking to do scalping.

But ema, ma, macd, they are just useless, because they are not going to predict when a bad/good new is going to came to the market and when, and how much, it will affect the price.
280  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: looking for mentor on: November 30, 2017, 11:28:50 PM
Unfortunately, there are not too many things that you can do in order to earn $50 or $70 a week, but tell me, where do you live on?

It is a low amount of money to make a good living for one week, i guess that you dont have any other earnings because you said that you lost your job. So, are you from Phillipines or any other country like that? it is full of people from there in this forum.. and they all are doing the same thing..

Better to look for good ways to earn money, by yourself, why dont you try to get another job? You can not just get to here and ask for a mentor or someone who can teach you because you dont have a job.

if you want money, then work hard, if you dont know in where to start, then try to understand how the market is moving and what are the requeriments to be a bounty/signature manager.

Be careful, and do not be like all of those who ask for 0.20 bitcoins a week, because you would need to work for free by the first times.
