Yes, it may take a while to sort all this out, but at least green hasn't
disappeared after all, interesting that a newspaper has located and interviewed him.

The interview was probably either over IRC or an anonymous email server or cell phone.  And if he has been returning money then why haven't we heard from people getting their money back?  Why another case filed against him?  Prison bitch should be the safest place for him.

Syscoin in the mainstream now, next time under better circumstances!

Liar is generally consistent with thief.

Wore, the biggest screw job was my very first experience in crypto.
Had a friend ( a Brit btw) got me into mining.
I mined a lot of World Coin back about a year ago when it was over .40 US a coin. Mounted up fast.
(keep in mind only about 50 coins in those days)
I also purchased shares in Scharmbeck, they were the devs offshoot and were hailed as
the coming "bank" that all WDC would process through ( or some such)
bought "shares" in that with BtC.

Well, it all came crashing down. various explanations but it all boiled down to scambeck (sic)
closed.$$ went poof!.....WdC crashing down to a penny where it stays today (still more than sys btw) and ol' Beach taking it hard and deep.
The legal route was a no starter since the devs were fighting and broke it all up and the scambeck dude went awol.

Big mess but, didn't involve near as much BtC as this moolah shareholder+ mintpal exchange funds + syscoin escrow cluster f*** that alex green has pulled off. He's a real piece of work.
This is way, way more BtC in total.
Of the three I would say only the Syscoin dev group has a prayer of recovering their escrow or at least part of it.
Moolah shareholders and mintpal exchange depositors are basically screwed.
I got most of my coins out of mintpal before they closed but had over a million in karma say it was "processed" but never received.
Also lost some syscoin and BtC. The reopening and listing wallet thing is bS.

The karma I mined starting in April, bought and held was worth over 1100 USD at one point but again dev drama BS crashed it hard.
Didn't see the signs , there was some funky stuff happening ....still have 25,000,000 worth 50 usd today.
No body to sue etc, met some nice people in that community though. Oh, and Mintpal was the MAIN Karma exchange, so ALOT of members have lost a ton in there since it seems most balances didn't make the jump to V2. Poof!....gone.

After that is only mostly smaller buys and crashes and there was Joker's Dragon crypto stock ( a forecasting company in BtC)....crashed when BtC did earlier this year and is worth about a tenth what I paid. All in all though, things have looked up . Syscoin mining from the getgo with a modest rig, bought a ton when prices fell in the sub 140's.
All in all the bag is in good shape with an average under 190 including the mined ones.
Have some cats and dogs coins but Syscoin is my long haul hold 'em.

Been an interesting year in crypto. One thing I learned ....every situation is different.
But, it seems a there are some Laws of Crypto.

Rule #1 - Buy a coin....it goes DOWN.
Rule #2 - Sell a coin...it goes UP.
LOL...
Rule # 3 - Hold a coin ....it goes Down
Rule # 4 - Watch a coin you WANT ....goes UP
Until you buy....then refer to Rule # 1

LOL...why do we do this?

People like Green actually depend on a system that will protect them, the system is broken and that is the truth of the matter, a system like that cannot be expected to improve things let alone the gene pool, they also expect you will simply be the victim and take it again and again.  They get a free meal when locked up but in cases like this they end up with all they have stolen awaiting them to get out, best you can hope for is that prick gets aids while locked up because he will be back to scam again.  He is a repeat offender operating under an assumed name simply to continue his con game.  No peace for this guy, period.  If there is no regulation, then the community must step up to regulate it.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: October 30, 2014, 08:55:23 PM
I've "been screwed" by some experts in crypto, more than once. You just pick up and move on.

Wrong, you hunt the fuck down, torches, pitchforks, plane tickets and baseball bats, sooner or later we'll run out of scammers.

What everyone is not considering here is how much secrecy is involved in the U.K. court system and based on their sparing use of gag orders it may just well be advice of their representation that has told them not to say anything.  Thus would make breach of contract situation between SYS and their attorney and any money paid to them for representation forfeit.

That bullshit in the U.S. shouldn't fly, but Uncle Sam done decided to wipe his ass with the constitution.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: October 30, 2014, 08:40:41 PM

If I'm going to get screwed I want to know by whom, and for how long, and whether they're going to leave money on the dresser.

No money on the dresser, not even dinner or even use of lube.  We're talking about scammers here and I don't sense the dev's are in on it.  You don't even rate being a whore to make moan to Green, your just another mark.

Not to speak of anything personal of Mr. Felts, but not everyone trusts a lawyer in a broken system that buys and sells justice on a daily basis.

I agree with this.  I don't want you to trust me.  I don't stand to profit from Syscoin right now (maybe my 10 syscoins will be explode in value one day). Actually, I lose money every second I'm here and not working on my regular job.  I also didn't lose any money from Moolah or Mintpal, unless you think they were behind the big drop in value over the summer. Nonetheless, I understand your point and it is fair.  To be clear, I'm trying to help root out a scammer and am trying to avoid leaving any stone unturned. It brought me here (Syscoin community).  I have a few questions and hopefully can move on. Admittedly, it would be satisfying to see others benefit from my work.  That's all I got, pretty simple.

Also personally I trust very few people at this stage on BCT and none of them are newbie account (hint hint).

I explained earlier, I'm not new.  This account is new on BCT, but I'm not and I've been very active in other forums.

Its really very simple. We are only going to release info that we have 110% verified is not going to cause problems later on for our case.
Yes, it would be nice if this could all be resolved within 2-3 days, but that is not how the legal wheels turn sadly.

Was the previous info released not 110% verified? I know it takes longer than 2 to 3 days for your type of matter to be resolved. That's why I don't see you getting escrow money w/o a trial on whether there's been a breach of the escrow agreement (or a theft, or fraud, etc) and why the injunction statements sounded funny to me.  Read my previous comments on TROs.

If you are into profitability; then I know where there is about 2Bn+ in natural resources that is vulnerable, long story that dates back to 1963.  The mob there runs a blood money cash cow, courts are owned or used via fear in conflict with what my grandfather as a 33rd degree Mason had written into the town charter because he saw them coming.  So go ahead and explain to us why the mob runs the U.S. which exactly relates to why this place is so f'd up.

You see guys....you got yourselves and and a few others all stirred up over nothing....NOTHING.
The devs don't have the time to respond to every dreamed up question.
They will respond as they can and when they can.
So just relax.
It reminds me of the character Emily Litella that was on Saturday Night Live many years ago that
would get all cranked up and ranting....find out she was wrong...calm down and say....
"OH....NEVER MIND."

Its not over nothing.  People like info that verifies things.  Still no better off than yesterday on that front, but we'll continue to wait and see.  Questions will be asked as necessary.  It doesn't have to be emotional if you don't let it.

Mr Felt is Right to question. Remember 6 months ago the reponse people like Mr Felt got after questioning Moolah?? & now....

Not to speak of anything personal of Mr. Felts, but not everyone trusts a lawyer in a broken system that buys and sells justice on a daily basis.  The only reason they might have interest is in profitability, because that is all that justice is about now.

and if he does not answer to this final injunction  by 4pm the courts will order an arrest warrant for him to be brought in front of the courts to explain the situation..and if he as no money or btc left he going straight to jail..4PM clock is ticking SLEX

There are likely SYS holders in every country, jail would likely be the safest place for him.  Being that a woman with hair is a sign of health and vitality, maybe Chelsea should get her head shaved being that Green made statements specifically indicating that Chelsea didn't know about it, which means he cares for her.  That is if care is actually possible for this chump.  SYS should modify their logo to include a photo of Green in the cross hairs.

This dude is just going to run/hide and change his name again.  Telling ya, plane tickets and baseball bats = results.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: October 25, 2014, 03:20:05 AM
It is most interesting that someone has over 2M shares of SYS up for sale on Bittrex at 0.00000226, and after a dip to 0.00000120 we all know exactly where this will not be going, and that's over 0.00000226.  In question is the 5M dump after the dip and the potential for price manipulation.

Unhappily urs for about 15k shares purchased at 0.00000388 before your drama with Moolah of which I would be happily hunting down and breaking long bones if you didn't want to get porked by a judge in the process.

Nice...

WORE.

...but we're going to make sure the community gets justice while STILL pushing forward with our innovative vision. Can't thank the community enough for the support they've shown in this matter.

Unless you are going to go all 'Capone' and kidnap a family member of a worker at the court then there are no guarantees in justice.  Angry mob we are and will back you as it is in our interest in doing so, as they say the enemy of my enemy is my friend.  Plane tickets and 'Louisville Sluggers' and all.

WORE

guys SYS peopel are working on this coin [i knpw it for a fact] even tho they lost alot of BTCs due to moolah ceo scammer.
give tchem a break - they never stopped working on this and invested their own money while now they are at huge loss due to this looser.

SYS is not for pnd but for long term stuff imo. i cannot give anybody advice of what to do, but personally im just holding a pretty large amount and not even thinking of selling on this prices.

Price is dictated by supply and demand.  Now there is an obvious surplus.  One has to wonder if Moolah took the BTC they were supposed to sit on and put it in SYS.
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: October 21, 2014, 04:05:39 AM
Picture this headline: "SYSCOIN TEAM INSTRUMENTAL IN BRINGING NOTORIOUS SCAMMER MOOLAH TO JUSTICE"

Then look at the price Wink

I know legally I can say this- we are the first to action (literally) and won't be the last. But we are the tip of the spear here. Waiting for legal counsel to allow us to release some of the paperwork for public consumption... soon.

Legal system only works in the court room if you are willing to "buy" justice, outside it is a different game and you will get farther with plane tickets and a few Louisville Sluggers.

-Just sayin...

To keep you all updated as we go through this process, https://twitter.com/syscoin/status/523202538443923456 - please follow us on twitter to get up to the minute updates.

We've begun litigation. We will have the criminal complaint posted shortly.

Excellent work. So glad that sucker won't have an easy way out of this. Poolah sucks!

Meh...  I would have rather enjoyed seeing CNN report of a mob of angry Syscoin owners chase him to the police station for protection...    Grin
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: October 17, 2014, 09:39:36 PM
sys should by all means get the money it's entitled from Moolah, which is looking scammier by the day.

But consider this: If SYS had not botched the launch, which became a source of widespread ridicule at the time, SYS would have had the entire escrow in hand. Instead, you were forced, by the loss of investor confidence created by the launch, to entrust a third party - Moolah - with a time-delayed, milestone-based escrow release plan to boost investor confidence. The price of SYS wouldn't be so exposed to Moolah risk if it hadn't been for that bad launch.

Crypto is a series of disappointments these days - one after another. And I think a lot of people/groups have conducted themselves badly. Moolah's just the latest, sadly.

Kind of makes one think that big banks are involved in this, and in exactly that fashion.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: October 16, 2014, 04:06:42 PM
moolah is your partner and you tell us you have done enough investigation of this company at the very beginning, now you tell us it's a scammer, what the hell!!!

Somehow I don't think Syscoin intended the partnership to be conjugal with everyone involved in Syscoin to be the mark.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Syscoin - Business on the Blockchain on: October 16, 2014, 03:29:09 PM
We will continue with Syscoin no matter what.

As for the Moolah funds : https://twitter.com/syscoin/status/522742327727890432

"No response from @moolah_io, we are now taking legal proceedings against Moolah / Moopay LTD for the 67% presale funds outstanding #Syscoin"

Please re-tweet

The bad guys never fear a court system that is consistently selling 'justice'.  This should be obvious with the corrupt paper currency peddling banks on Main St that get nailed and end up doing weekends in a facility with a swimming pool.

Plane tickets and baseball bats...
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [WACG] WACCOIN GOLD **POOL WORKING** on: October 04, 2014, 11:17:04 PM
Has seemed to me this whole project has been a joke since it was first announced!

Sorry for those that lost out!!

So Jim, your approval in your apology is what it is.

Mind you.

Diversity is required over necessity for invention, this was discovered in decoding the human genome, curiosity is a required component of learning.

That said; nobody here really gives a phuck about actually developing a better coin.

Your failure to properly address my previous post serves as admission to my previous accusations and tells us all that digital currency is no threat to the corrupt fiat paper money peddling bankers however currency backed by something more than hot air does seem to be, and shows us who's dick is in your back side and is confirmed by yours in everyone else that lost here, and probably a long list of coin growing longer huh?

WORE,
Descendant of a 33rd degree Mason serving the people, not the mob.
