Hi FatFork, I just received confirmation from our crypto processing provider that for all their clients, regardless of the industry, one XRP address is used. It is the tag that is the identifier of the uniqueness of the transaction. Of course as you can see, the TAG is different. I hope this answers your question.

Thank you for clarifying that you are using the same crypto processing provider. I think it is not user-friendly. What will be your action if a user sends xrp without a tag or with the wrong tag? You cannot retrieve it because another casino holds the same address. The user will eventually lose his funds. I think you should talk with your provider and ask for a unique address. It's just my suggestion. If you have a better plan then you can implement it That's how other exchanges do (my local exchanges too), almost the same address for all of the users but with a different tag. If your main concern is the sending of xrp without tag, most of the time it doesn't work, an error will show that the tag is required. Well, do they? Maybe you could find out and let us know? Why don't you ask your crypto payment provider if they use the same XRP wallet for all their clients? That would clear things up a bit. I am surprised that Punt uses the same deposit address as JacksClub Casino. Is it managed by the same person?
